ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! From meeting with the company's designer to choose the bathroom layouts, fixtures and paint colors, to working with a project manager and the renovation crew, all facets of the projects went extremely well—communication and the overall quality and efficiency of the work was consistently excellent. ANexGen Exterior Home Remodeling LLCMy favorite part about Jesse (and the NexGen crew) is that he just won't stop until you're happy—a very rare trait indeed among contractors. How do I know this? Because of what I'll call the Mail Slot From ****. Part of our job involved getting a new front door. We asked Jesse if the manufacturer could add a mail slot to the door, and he passed word along to them. Sure enough, they added one... but inexplicably, they made it slightly larger than a standard size slot. That meant that the slot hardware we bought did not fit... because NO slot hardware would fit. It was a size that simply did not exist. Jesse could've left us high and dry. But he and I put our heads together and found a local metal worker who made a custom flap that exactly fit the slot. Jesse picked up the tab for the guy's work and had his guys install it for us. Mind you, this all happened several weeks after all other parts of the job were complete. Again, another contractor might've just called it a day, eager to close out the job. But Jesse stuck with it. All in all, we got all new siding on our home, 6 new windows, and 3 new doors. The siding and windows went on perfectly. In fact, another contractor who came out to do some different work inside our house commented that "whoever did that siding did a great job". That's a qualified compliment right there. There were a few issues with the doors. Again, Jesse never once stopped his positive attitude, never told me he had to stop working, never asked me for more money. But I did get the sense that maybe his crew was a little less familiar with doors vs. siding and windows. Overall though, it was a great experience. The guys always showed up when they said they would and put in a full day's work. We have more windows to be replaced in our old home, and when the time is right, I'll be calling Jesse again to do them for us.- Josh R.

AHomecraft IncGotta give the Homecraft staff a ton of credit. My husband can be a bear when it comes to hiring and watching work being done. Noone can do a project better than he can....LETS Get Real. He's no spring chicken any longer, and I don't trust him to accomplish a project like he used to. The front door has been an issue for over 10 years. I put my foot down and hired Homecraft. The salesman was wonderful, while hubby tried to explain why I shouldn't hire them, I just couldn't understand his concerns and only saw a knowledgeable and trustworthy business. Several weeks later when the door was ready to be installed. Homecraft called to scedual an installation day, The hubby went balistic over the placement of the locks , even tho he hadn't even seen the door. Can someone explain to me why he went nuts? There was nothing to set off the hissy fit he displayed. The door showed up perfect with no imperfections and the locks were perfectly placed! The installer was professional, curtious, polite and experienced. From the moment he showed up to completion took 2 hours! I can not say enuf good about this experience. The installer also helped place the RING doorbell. The door looks amazing from the outside, properly installed and caulked, as well as the inside. The exterior of the home is stucco and interior porch has siding, you can't even tell that there was an installation of a new door. I'm thrilled over the baked finish on the door, I'm sure it will last for years to come. Thank you Homecraft for putting up with a difficult hubby and a grateful wife.- elaine f.

ABasic Basement CoBasic Basements made this process extremely smooth and easy. We were seriously not inconvenienced at all despite having pretty major work done in our home. You now how you get an estimate of a timeline and a bottom line cost and you figure in your mind "ok double that - it'll take twice as long and cost twice as much"? That was not the care at all. Both the price and timeline estimates were exactly right! Gail made scheduling so easy and even helped me communicate with the township about permits and an outside HVAC company and Bob oversaw that everything was smooth. Whether it was the painters, floor company, inspector or family, everyone has commented how clean and beautiful the work looks -- smooth lines and attention to detail. FThis company is beyond unprofessional. Chris Burton who gave me an initial quote was persistent with signing us up as customers. I told him that we were contemplating to possibly list our home and if it made sense to get all windows replaced. Fast forward a year later into Covid-19, we decided to go ahead with the window replacements and when we thought it would be safe. I reached out to Chris Burton and his response was “NO” in a email. No other explanations just “NO”. So I reached out the the company to complain about how unprofessional Chris Burton was. I explained that different response could have helped the situation by simply stating that he appreciated our business but would recommend a different company because it was out of his timeframe. His job title is a salesperson and honestly if a customer is not ready to move on an estimate it is up to the customer decide when it’s best. Come one week into my initial complaint, NO ONE had returned a courtesy call... the receptionist hung up on me after I told her that I would put in this review about the company and the lack of communication as a potential customer. Fast forward ten minutes later, the owner called and told me that he tried reaching out to me but did not leave any messages. He also told me that I was lying and threatening that I was going to get his receptionist and Chris fired. I am disgusted that this is the experience that I received from such a “highly recommended quality company”. If you are a customer that like exceptional customer service... I would not recommend this company. Just imagine what follow up customer support would be like if there were any future issues with your purchase!?!?

AChecklist Handyman Services did a great job renovating our 35-year-old house's ugly bathroom in September of 2018. The original owner never renovated anything since 1984 and we have been waiting to update the largest bathroom for years. I found Jose's card at a YMCA and gave him a call. I found out it was easier to communicate with them via email or Facebook because he is really busy. His estimate was very fair and competitive. We finally got down to work and the project changed each day because this old house has some hidden problems. I knew that the cost may increase because of the unpredictable plumbing issues I was sure would arise. Jose was very flexible with changes and responded kindly to my questions and concerns. The final cost was reasonable and I think a great value. He is very personable and we were able to work together to sort out the hurdles. As the handywoman of our family, I appreciate any contractor who treats my concerns with respect. We ended up with a lovely bathroom with some really cool features that made our whole family happy. I have posted before during and after photos of our bathroom renovation. It has been a year since Jose renovated our bathroom and it is going strong. I need to replace the caulk around the tub, but nothing has failed, chipped or warped. I definitely would suggest Checklist Handyman Services for your renovation project especially if you need some creative solutions. He seems dedicated to making sure the customer's problems are solved.
