    Went in to see car, agreed upon a deal, got buyers order & while at the dealership I called my credit union, I was already pre-approved for all financing, sent over buyers order & called my insurance company & added car to my policy. They tried to get me to use one of their finance companies but told them I wasn't interested in theirs since I was already approved. After going thru all this they tell me they don't accept down payments on a used vehicle & that the car will still be offered to anyone who walks thru the door after I leave. So I tell them I want it, it's sold, I'll bring them the check Monday morning as that is when the loan dept can cut check. I leave & then get an email couple hours later that says they sold the car to someone else who came in and did "everything" today. In other words they used their finance company which more than likely benefits them more financially than me bring in my own cash. This dealership has no loyalty to a customer just the money. Very slimy & ****** tactics to sell a car out from under someone after a deal has been agreed upon. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

    I recently bought a truck from out of state for a restoration project.  By PA regulations all out of state truck purchases must have an inspection mechanic verify the VIN and GVWR for the truck prior to applying for a PA title.  Currently the truck is not road worthy and I could not take it to a garage for the verification.  I contacted Comstock Automotive at the recommendation of a neighbor on Saturday July 2, 2016.  The owner, Paul, returned my call on Sunday July 3 and offered to come out to my residence that evening to perform the verification as long as I had the appropriate forms on hand.  Mr. Comstock came out that evening as promised, verified the information from the truck, and also answered some technical questions I had about restoring the fuel system.  Mr. Comstock was at my residence for approximately 30 minutes and the price was fair and less than I had expected for the at home service.  I was pleased with my experience and will use Comstock Automotive again.

    It went fine. repaired as planned in a timely fashion.
    Stopped using this provider after 3 years because I was tired of hearing how poorly my truck was made. He gave me advice not to fix my air pump in my truck then the compressor died and added another expense.

    I would highly recommend them. There is no better place to go to for window repair. They have a lifetime guarantee on everything. The repaired the weatherstripping around one of our windows on our car. They fixed it at no charge! The weatherstripping had been installed improperly by someone, and I took our car up there and they fixed it right up for no charge! I will never go anywhere else. Their prices are are very reasonable, even though they didnt charge us. You couldn't ask for better service.  We have gone several times to them for service. Every time I go there, treatment and service has been outstanding!

     I liked that they were prompt and were very courteous.  They did a pretty good job.  As he finished up it started to rain so I did not get a chance to get the car out and he was gone. When I went in the car I found an awful lot of spots that were missed.  I was little disappointed with that.  It ended up having to go out and take errands with dust underneath the seat and all. They did a pretty good job.  I am a kind of sensitive whether I would call them again.  If it was very good cleaning I would have probably been very happy with it. But given the fact that it is supposed to be a full detailed cleaning and it was $100.  I don’t want to give a lousy review but I think I would think twice in the future unless they have some exceptional deals which were worth $50 job.  I don’t think I will take them again for $100.  I don’t want them to get into any trouble or anything.  I don’t know if he just missed certain spots but I had to bring out my vacuum out and I don’t think that was appropriate after spending $100. Over all they did not make an effort to do a pretty good job at the same time I would not want to be nasty about it.  Price wise I was not very happy with it. If it was a standard car wash for a $50 deal I would have been happy with it. But given that it was $100 I was not really thrilled with it.

    I called them on a busy Monday afternoon, (my air conditioner had stopped working), they took me right in. I asked if they had the time could they also inspect the car and change the oil and replace the coolant in the radiator (which it was due for). I really didn't think they would get it all done, as I didn't get there until around 3 p.m. but they did and they had me back on the road before 5 p.m. Everyone there, including the mechanics, receptionist and owner were extremely friendly and nice and treated me very well, which I appreciated so much since I had to stay and wait for the car (not having any other ride.) It has been almost a month since that visit and my car runs great and I am still impressed with the service I received at Superior. I had been looking for an honest and knowledgeable auto service and I really feel I have found one! Their prices seemed very fair, too! This was my first visit and I won't hesitate to return should my car ever need any other work done. The owner, James McCoy, really seems to take care of his customers and wants them to be happy with any repairs.

    This review is not for any specific service, but for the overall satisfaction that we have had for many visits to their shop. We knew we had found the right place when they told us that the work recommended by another shop wasn't necessary, even though they knew we would be giving them our business. In addition, there have been recommendations they have made that allowed us to get by without spending money such as the time when my son's car had problems related to cooling and his air conditioner. He couldn't afford to get it properly fixed at the time, so Hesski suggested bypassing the system which allowed him to wait until he could afford it. I always feel as though any work that they tell me a vehicle needs would never be challenged by a second opinion. They always do quality work and the prices are always reasonable. Ironically, one of the most compelling reasons I use them is because of the one time when something did go wrong. During one visit for my other son's car we had an oil change done among other things, The bottom line is that the oil cap had not been put back on properly. This was discovered a day later when my son was driving late at night and it resulted in the engine light on and a huge mess all over the engine area. The fact is that this could happen in any busy shop. However Hesski's was mortified and arranged to pick my son up (45 minutes away). Arranged for towing of the vehicle, checked everything out and had the entire engine compartment steam cleaned of course at no cost. Their response was genuine and was right in line with everything else I have seen since. I have had so many bad experiences with other auto repair shops in the past that we have been very happy to find Hesski's.

    Superior Motor Service
    We have used Superior Motors from time to time over the past 4 years because they are the local AAA garage. Any time we've had car trouble at home - flat tire, dead battery, engine problems - we call AAA and Superior Motors is at our home in no time. Their staff are very professional, they do quality work, and they do the job quickly. Once, they had to tow the car back to the shop because they didn't have the necessary (industrial strength) tools with them. Later this month I will be taking my car to Superior for an LOF and its annual inspection (instead of to the dealer). I think I will be receiving better treatment not to mention a better price. Note: when I see Superior's trucks and vans on the road, they are always spotless! It appears they take good care of their own vehicles, as well.

    I have used Glenwood Foreign Car to maintain my 99 Honda CR-V for the past several years. While they are a little more expensive than the shop I went to when I lived in NJ, they are every bit as thorough and honest. They don't fix something that isn't broken. They'll tell me when something can wait a while longer or if it just needed an adjustment. The receptionist is very friendly and also knowledgeable. The shop looks neat and well maintained.
