    CTS Electric
Excellent. We originally were thinking of a ceiling fan. Ben came out and took time to go over all of our options and we decided on ceiling lights (which we love). CTS was in constant communication ahead of time about exactly what would take place as there were no lights ever in this particular room. Karen is wonderful to work with and every employee I've met has been courteous and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, they are innately trustworthy - I never have an issue if I need to leave my home while CTS is working here. Any time we need electrical work - we will always go to CTS.

    CTS Electric
I could not be happier with CTS Electric. We needed some work done with outdoor lights and re-wiring of some lighting in our basement. They are very responsive, extremely attentive to detail and thoughtfully consider everything while explaining all options. They are so trustworthy, I felt comfortable leaving my home while Tyler was finishing up the work (he's awesome by the way). Kudos to CTS - HIGHLY recommend!

    CTS Electric
Fine. The trouble was finally determined as a hidden switch in an enclosed wall. The work was then speedily completed with new circuit. We will also be having the ballast replaced in a faulty light fixture . All of the work was completed professionally in an exceptionally respectful, friendly manner . We will be calling CTS Electric again, for sure !

    Pete Bilotta General Contractor LLC
Pete was very easy to work with, and very good communicating dates and times with us. His work was excellent and he let us know exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He tried very hard to make the least amount of holes in the ceiling to run the wiring. In fact he only made four 5 holes in the actual ceiling where all the lights would be placed. It probably took a bit longer for him, but he thought that was best. We were home while he was doing the work with our two children, and you wouldn't have even know he was there except for him going in and out to his truck.

    Pete Bilotta General Contractor LLC
Pete got back to us very quickly when we initially reached out for quotes on our projects. After signing a contract, it took Pete only a couple of weeks to get to our jobs. We were pleased with Pete's intense attention to detail. It was clear he didn't just want to get the work done; he wanted to make sure it was done well.

    Coventry Workshop Inc
Ken (the owner of Coventry Workshop) is a perfectionist. He improved the wall where he installed two medicine cabinets and raised them to ensure I could open them optimally even though it required more work than he bargained for. When the old vanities were removed, he found that the original home builder never completed the tile flooring underneath. Ken suggested creating a kickboard to put around the bottom of the vanities to hide the missing floor tiles. My one day project turned out twice as long for Ken and his plumber Ron, but they both rolled with it and maintained a great sense of humor along the way. In the end, the project turned out great. I really enjoyed working with them and recommend Coventry Workshop for bathroom, kitchen, and general contracting projects.

Overall it was ok. He didnt call or contact for few days when we purchased the deal through angie's list.
We had some other work in the house that he said he will get back to us with a quote but never called or emailed.
i will not go with this company ever again.

    Sal's Electric LLC

My experience with Joe was excellent. He is a pleasant guy to work with - easy to make an appointment and reschedule, responded quickly with an estimate, showed up on time as promised, and did an amazing job assembling and installing a crystal chandelier on 2 story celling. He also installed another 2 chandeliers and adjusted 6 recessing lights on high ceiling for me.

What impressed me most was he cared about his customers. He always wore shoe covers when entering my house, and covered my floor with tarp and protection boards when he?s working on a ladder. He is also experienced and knowledgeable in solving unexpected problems. You can trust him for anything in the electrical department!

I think his price is right too although I didn?t quote with other electricians. He did a lot of work for what I paid for him. I would definitely call him again when I need an electrician next time.

Wanted installation of motion detector lights to illuminate two stairways leading up to large deck on back of house. When Gene returned call, he said he'd order a light and install it the next day. I asked if he needed to visit prior to installation to see installation site and determine our needs and correct fixture for the job. He said it wasn't necessary to visit site and proceeded to order a light and schedule installation. He had no information from/for us or questions regarding what we were looking for. During installation, he had nothing to say unless I asked a question. Installed light and left. Light only went on for one stairway, so I did some research on my own and realized we needed a different fixture for the job. Called Gene to ask that he replace the light with another that has a wider detection zone. He called a week later to say he would order the other fixture. Three weeks after that, he arrived with fixture, again had nothing to say while he was here. The sun was very bright at time of installation. He asked me to tell him if light went on when he walked around. I did my best, but hard to tell. I'm not an electrician. He appeared annoyed that he had to return and even ignored me when he brought the invoice up to the house - walked right by me and gave it to my husband. Also adjusted position of deck table, saying to my husband that, "I'd better put it back in the right spot so I don't get in trouble." Very insulting and uncalled for given that no one had been rude to him in spite of his inadequate approach to this job.

The light still did not illuminate both areas as requested, so we wasted $223. I found another electrician whose first request, without my asking, was to visit here at night to see the site and determine what we needed to do the job!!!!! He gave us a lot of information, explanation, suggestions, and will correct Gene's inadequate job and fulfill other outdoor lighting requests in a professional and pleasant manner.

Eric was to do the work on 4/18 but called me on 4/17 about 11:30 and asked if he could come by to do it at 2:30 same day and I said yes.  He picked up the top for me (in original work order) from Lowe's.  Eric arrived on time and I went out to his truck to greet him.  I should have known then and there that I chose the wrong person because any professional whose truck is loaded to the gills in a jumble of piping and hose and fittings and everything else you can think of and has no organization at all...well, that says it all and I should have then and there asked him to not do the job.  He already had the sink top in his van so I let him in.  In installing the faucet, he told me the cold water was not flowing properly, only dripping, and that "the faucet was defective."  While I ran to Lowe's to get a new one, I asked him to clean up the mess in the bathroom, attach a flexible drainage hose to an outside gutter elbow, and remove/replace a light on the deck which he did. He installed the "new" faucet.  But when he removed the PVC pipe he handed it to me to clean out (27 yrs of gunk) and I did not do it.  Neither did he, but told me it would get gunked up in the future anyway! After he left I asked about replacing the PVC.  He told me "each PVC trap installed is $50 per trap."
While he was doing this I checked on the flexible drain outside.  I touched it with one finger and it fell off the elbow.  He never fastened it correctly and put a few screws in it after I showed it to him.  I have yet to check it again.
He installed the light fixture.  So far so good.
After he left with my check for $400 for 2 hours of work, I checked out the faucet.
The stopper would not go up or down.  I had a leak under the sink.  All this in addition to a sloppy job attaching a flexible drainage pipe to a gutter elbow which was falling off.  All he had to do was tighten everything but he did not.
After he left I texted him about the stopper.  He told me "ok, the stopper might be at its maximum; I remember trying to get its longest, I'll see if I can get it longer if possible.  I cannot believe how a "professional" could leave the customer without telling me that there was a problem with the stopper!
Then I discovered the leak.  He texted me about it and wanted to know exactly where it was coming from.  At that point
I wanted nothing more to do with him and hired someone else. It was like everything was defective and I knew nothing.
