ABella Brothers Construction IncWe hired Bella Brothers for a full first floor renovation. We had an original kitchen, metal cabinets and in less than 3 weeks, I now have my dream house with a modern kitchen, open floor plan and LPV flooring throughout. From the initial meeting to the very end of the project, every single interaction was respectful and friendly. They provided us with a designer who helped us choose every last detail. In their showroom, they had many samples for us to pick from (counters, tiles, flooring, cabinets etc.) and were able to show us the flooring layout on a screen. We were assigned a project manager who was our main contact, who kept in regular touch with us throughout the project. He came to the house to meet us and go over the project before it began. He made sure to maintain regular communication with us. All of their employees were always on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, from the day the job started to the end was less than 3 weeks. This included demolition of walls, moving beams, moving plumbing, moving gas lines, adding new flooring, new cabinets, etc. As far as craftsmanship, they just cannot be beat. All of the work was top notch, detailed, while keeping the house immaculate. I would recommend them over any contractor.- Alice A.

ABella Brothers Construction IncBathroom is beautiful. Two men came daily until it was done and did a professional job. When a problem developed with leakage in another bathroom I was using while work was being done and caused damage to my dining room ceiling, the project manager got on it right away. The leakage had nothing to do with the work being done on the remodeled bathroom. He arranged a plumber to fix the leakage and someone to repair the ceiling. The price was more than reasonable. ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ABella Brothers Construction IncI contracted Bella Brothers to renovate a bathroom that had not seen change since it was constructed 50 years ago. Before deciding on this company I had considered and rejected four others for "red-flags" I detected in their proposals. These included the materials to be used, construction methods and contract terms. Joe, my Bella Brothers salesperson provided a proposal that met my standards. Mike was assigned as the project manager and Jon and his assistant Leo would do the renovation. Once the project plans were finalized, the work began. The demo was extensive leaving only studs and pipes visible in this now gutted room. The renovation work was completed in less than 3 weeks and the results were beyond my expectations. I now have a bathroom that is both attractive and functional. While Bella Brothers is certainly not the least expensive, the quality of their work is top-notch. All of the folks involved were professional and courteous. I recommend Bella Brothers to others considering a similar project.- Robert A.

From meeting with the company's designer to choose the bathroom layouts, fixtures and paint colors, to working with a project manager and the renovation crew, all facets of the projects went extremely well—communication and the overall quality and efficiency of the work was consistently excellent. AHousing Solutions, Inc.Neal and his team did a wonderful job on the renovations to our 1906 rowhome. His crew, led by Dave, removed a wall to create an open kitchen with a peninsula. They did an excellent job and we gained more space than we initially thought possible. His floor crew was able to remove 3 layers of linoleum to expose the original hardwood floors and did a wonderful job filling in the parts where floorboards were damaged. His builder, Alex, did a great job with the trim work, adding beautiful crown molding and matching new baseboard, window, and door trim to the original trim style. They added a small powder room tucked under the stairs, which is the perfect size and makes a seamless addition to our small space. Bradshaw the plumber did a great job updating the old cast iron plumbing to new PVC. We also had a section of the basement parged and waterproofed, which has worked well, the basement ceiling spray painted, and recessed lighting added. As with any major renovation project, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Neal always made sure to address them and find a resolution. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier.- Hallie B.

AGood Deal RemodelingThese guys did an amazing job. They totally underpromised and over delivered too, finishing early on what I thought was an aggressive schedule to begin with. I literally found them through Angie’s List on a Monday, signed a contract on Tuesday, they started work on the following Monday and were done by Thursday. They replaced the entire bathroom in that time: double vanity, cast iron tub, tile surround, toilet, new fan, new lighting and vinyl plank flooring. They left the hall spotless every day when they were done, and everything was perfect when they were finished.- Victoria G.

When it comes to knowledge, quality of work and value there is no other company in the area that’s more trusted. I highly recommend them to my friends and family . When I had my first plumbing emergency they helped me to navigate a serious leak and then resolve my problem. When I needed a drain cleaning, they were there to help. Even for bigger jobs, they handled all my Gas lines / plumbing kitchen renovation needs. AJMG ContractorsJason at JMG Contractors was pure class. We hired him to get my parents house ready for sale which is a truly emotional thing for anyone selling a home that has been in the family for 20 years. We knew this would be a big job and knew we didn't want to use a solid stain on this cedar siding. I asked is there anyway to bring the cedar back? Jason did the research and said yes it is called sand blasting. I said lets try it. He got to it, rented the gear and started blasting the house and the results are amazing. They worked tirelessly in extreme heat during covid and took all the precautions. In the end it looks better than I could ever have imagined. The video and results are truly amazing. We had some issues with other things with the house and he tackled everything we threw at him swiftly and professionally. He is worth every penny and guess what he was extremely reasonable on price and timeline. I know how hard this outside project was especially since the house is around 6500sqf. He was always reachable and that is hard to find these days with many contractors. The work is beautiful and I am so glad I hired JMG Contractors. They can do general contracting from kitchens to baths to decks and blasting cedar back to new. Don't think twice about calling them and getting a job done right.- Brad H.

AToilets were fixed. We need plumbers back to fix shower head which needs new transfer part from hand held to overhead shower. Also we need to call Moen to get cartridge replacement to switch in hot water in one tub faucet. They also need to comeback to work in two outside hose bibs since they didn’t have needed parts.

ADon Volkert came in, worked with my ideas, provided options and of our 4 estimates had the best price. He was the only contractor we talked to who thought outside the box. He and his team were punctual, friendly and neat. The work they did was fabulous. One bathroom kept the same footprint but looks totally fresh and different. The other bathroom required reconfiguration and now looks like it belongs in a spa! We are beyond pleased with Volkert Remodeling and would definitely use them again!!

AIf you are looking to finish your basement, look no further than Dean Churchill. When we were planning to finish our basement at the end of last year, we reached out to Dean as he came with some great references from our neighbors. Looking back now, we feel lucky to have found him. He is very passionate about his work and did a fantastic job. He took time to understand our needs and was very patient throughout the project. He is independent, highly skilled, and prices his projects fairly. Thanks to Dean, our basement turned out to be better than what we had hoped for. AAnother excellent job by FXW Builder! We have had work done by them in the past and have always had our expectations exceeded. This project was no exception. We were having a home sauna built and even though FXW had limited experience with constructing saunas we worked together to make sure the design and installation were done just right. The team worked with us closely and we now have a beautiful in home sauna and personal gym. The guys are excellent craftsman and always polite and clean. That is an important factor when they are in your house for weeks. I highly recommend FXW Builder inc. You cannot go wrong with their work.
