AJohn Springfield ConstructionIn my basement John replaced drywall, gutted and refinished my powder room, built a wall and added a door at the top of the steps, replaced the powder room and closet doors, replaced all the tiles in my drop ceiling and primed and painted the whole room and stairwell. ABob's Home Services, LLCBob stands out in a crowded field because he conducts his business in a highly professional and intelligent fashion. The first impression is his responsiveness which is very timely, and then his well thought out and easy to navigate, user-friendly website. I was able to review some of his previous work, read his policies and figure out a pricing plan that I thought was fair and workable for me. Then I checked his schedule and found a day and time that worked for me, and scheduled my own service. I sent pictures of the various jobs that I needed done, with an explanation of each. All of these details set the stage for a well-organized, highly productive day of work. It meant a lot to me because it signaled that he was very experienced, in the business for the long haul, committed to being successful and willing to work very hard to provide outstanding customer service. He was very personable and professional in all communications. Now that the job is done, I am very pleased with the whole process that he has designed. He is unusually responsive, diligent in his pre-work assessments and communication, and very honest, and fair. The quality of his work is excellent. He removed a very large, free standing, backyard brick fireplace with a chimney today ( it was old, in poor repair, and leaning), in addition to adjusting a downspout that had been installed incorrectly and was completely blocked, and repairing a deck railing. He also researched and found the last available construction refuse bags available in the two county area. He worked very, very hard! I feel that I got excellent value for the money because of how well he had planned the day, and how hard he and his assistant worked. He is very above board, transparent, more than reasonable, and makes great recommendations, all of which make you feel at ease. I wasn't home when he did the work, but my adult son was, and he was also very impressed with the whole experience. I've already booked another day of service, and anticipate that we will have a long-term relationship with Bob. It's really a relief to have a go-to person whom you can completely trust. AThe construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity. He was so calm and reassuring during the process which reflected on how we dealt with the renovation ourselves. He was extremely conscientious and reliable and that's why we have just hired Ramsey Builders for our addition that is underway now. The bathroom renovation went great and we have all the confidence in the world in Ramsey Builders.

FI’m writing this so other contractors and costumers don’t get burned. I’m the owner of Clipp Electric and we performed work for this company back in July. We completely redid all the electric on a flip home property that Denny Construction was in charge of. We performed the work properly and without trouble only to be stiffed $5000.00 by Jason Denninger the owner of Denny’s construction. If your going to use this company be very scared as now I’m heading to court for this and the owners of the property we worked at are going to be dragged into it aswell. As a contractor I would never do work for this joker as you’re more then likely not to get payed!!

AAnother excellent job by FXW Builder! We have had work done by them in the past and have always had our expectations exceeded. This project was no exception. We were having a home sauna built and even though FXW had limited experience with constructing saunas we worked together to make sure the design and installation were done just right. The team worked with us closely and we now have a beautiful in home sauna and personal gym. The guys are excellent craftsman and always polite and clean. That is an important factor when they are in your house for weeks. I highly recommend FXW Builder inc. You cannot go wrong with their work.

ATom and his guys are great. He is the absolute best and knows someone to get anything you need done. This is a family business and he is a man with a heart of gold. He goes the extra mile to get the job done right and he is fair with pricing. I had to move away, but if I were still in Philly, I would hire him every time. He helped me with a new roof, some landscaping, they replaced a beam in the basement that had termite damage, and he was even able to subcontract out to have a new furnace and A/C unit installed.
