ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ALLB Flooring IncDid a great job removing the existing ceramic tiles from my basement kitchen concrete floor, leveling it and installing luxury vinyl floor planking. Also removed carpet from my family room, a bedroom and pantry and installed luxury vinyl floor planking. They completed the work in 4 days. Total square footage of flooring 1,100 square feet. ABasic Basement CoWe used Totally Basments to finish our basement this past fall. While it did take a little longer than the originally estimated time of 6 weeks, the basement was completed in a professional manner and all work completed went above our expectations. Every employee showed up at the expected day and time as planned. The teams were very knowledgeable about their specialties and our main contact Bob helped us every step of the way. Thinking each decision through was a breeze because of his experience and knowledge about the business. And his input was very helpful based off of his other customer’s experiences. Gail was also extremely helpful in scheduling/organizing all of the components and keeping our project moving along. ADMC CONSTRUCTIONWorking with DMC construction was a dream. We had no idea where to start with a project this large and Dominic and Matt walked us through each step. They guided us through the blue prints and the permit process. They coordinated all aspects of the building. Their workmanship is nothing short of perfection. During construction, we were given suggestions to improve the layout of the interior that we never thought of and it made such a difference. The finishes on each room are only found with high end construction. We are ecstatic with the results. We plan on booking DMC on future remodels to the main house. The entire project was all handled during COVID delays in materials and they still finished on their projected timeline. DMC Construction is a five star business!- Vince C.

ASchumacher ContractingTJ did a fantastic job on completely remodeling our upstairs Hall Bathroom (and repairing and painting the damaged kitchen ceiling below). TJ and helper Ben worked cleanly, and with minimal interruption of our power and water. They were very polite, helped us immensely, and always kept us informed. Our completed Hall Bathroom Remodel is wonderful, and it greatly exceeds our expectations! TJ has amazing skills and knowledge in all aspects of bathroom design and construction. His knowledge, and his support for us, far exceeded that of our past remodeling contractors. He helped us immensely during planning and product selection. TJ brought us multiple product samples, and he helped us find descriptions and sources on the Internet. AProfessional! Reliable service. Leaf's staff was very helpful in guiding me on solid hardwood to match an existing floor and on selecting durable, up-to-date carpeting. Installation of natural oak flooring on 45 degree angle was stunning! A large amount of carpeting over several floors was beautifully & skillfully installed. Their decades of experience and skilled installers were the added value I wanted. I wouldn't go any place else and it's my 4th time with them.

AWe used Top Notch for a second floor remodel, including a master bath, guest bath, laundry room, and new doors/carpet. It was an extensive remodel particularly for the master bath and involved moving plumbing locations etc. The team was great to work with and we are very pleased with the end result - the project was done on a tight timeline and within the initial budget. We had almost daily contact with Jesse and the team which also made the process go smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a home contractor.

FTerrible. Sciortino is completely unprofessional. I contracted him to install wood floor in the kitchen, stain and apply oil based topcoat to match existing floors in the house. He subcontracted the work, the installers then put water based topcoat down which did not match the existing oil. They they put oil down on top of the water to try to fix which did not look better. I then payed the installers more to sand down and reapply topcoat to the new floors as well as the existing floors that were in the same room in an effort to make them appear seamless. This did not help. The topcoat on all the new floors appears to be peeling or not adhering in all seams, joints and ends. The existing floors do not have this issue. Sciortino only came to my home to get paid. I asked pay with a credit card and he said he could not accept credit cards because customers were stopping payment on jobs for no reason. I see why customers were doing this. I have been calling him since October 4 months to have him come out to look at the floor and fix it. I would say he is completely unresponsive except he returned my calls one time and when I said he had been evasive he blamed me and then told me he had been in the hospital so “stuff happens” as he put it. Perhaps stuff does happen however 4 months and no resolution is beyond stuff and he is completely unprofessional. There are far too many options out there to have floors done than to risk going with Sciortino.
