  • Tri County Kitchens did a complete remodel of our kitchen. The owner Todd Leighton designed it himself and we visited the showroom to pick out finishes and an appliance. The re-design of the flow of our kitchen is perfect and we couldn't be happier. The installers were punctual, courteous and efficient. To this day I walk into my kitchen and smile at the dramatic and functional change. I highly recommend Tri County Kitchens.

  • I had gutted my kitchen and did a complete remodel. Shenley did an incredible job. If you buy your products thru them, you get a discount and lifetime guarantee. Shenley showed me how to put stuff together. If something went on sale, they credited you the difference. I also got a gift card for doing such a big project. They managed the scheduling with the contractor and the delivery of the appliances.

  • We asked Lloyd for our $9,250 back because, by then, we were reading some serious complaints about him on the Better Business Bureau sight and In the course of several months he has returned all but $2000.00 of our down payment. The rest he stole. We filed a civil lawsuit to no avail. He hasn't answered his phone since June and never showed up at the hearing in October. This contractor must be stopped! He is a thief.

  • Joe Chromik came out and gave us a very good quote and was very prompt. We met Steve & Carl the first day and they were great they explained what they were going to do and also listened to all of our questions and concerns. The end result was great we are very pleased.

  • They came to the house to show samples and take measurements, it took a few weeks to get everything made. The installers came from Pittsburgh every day so they were a little too anxious to have the project wrap up. Rather than coming back one more day they did a hurry-up completion and really didn't do great finish work in a few areas. The counter top was also damaged upon delivery, they repaired it but left a very sharp edge we had to have someone else come and fix. Based on how things went and how it looks 9 months later, I think we paid too much and didn't get workmanship corresponding to the price. The installer had us do a signoff before he left, it really didn't give us any time to inspect his work.

  • It went very well!! Tim was an excellent contractor to work with throughout this project....I had no idea how much was involved with re-modeling a bathroom, but Tim was always so willing to help with anything I asked of him. He also had many different ideas to share with me.

His work ethic is top notch! He is a perfectionist and it very much shows in his work performance.

Will definitely be using Tim in the future for other projects we will need done.

  • We hired LD Construction (Lloyd Davis) to completely gut and remodel our kitchen. He stole thousands of dollars from us. We are currently suing him in small claims court. We gave him $26,000 (out of a $33,000 contracted project). He told us the money was being used, in part, to order cabinets, counters and backsplash. None of those items were ever purchased. His crew did do a great job on our floor, electric, insulation, drywall and paint. But the big ticket items were not purchased by Lloyd, and the crew has not been to our house now since late March. We know of at least four other people who have similar experiences with LD Construction. Please avoid doing business with this man. Thank you and good luck!

  • I showed him the first bathroom, it was to update the counter and hand basin and new fixtures for the hand basint and in the shower. He said the counter has to be marble, he said the tile in the shower was loose and the current fixtures couldn't be replaced the entire wall would have to be tore out. He then pounded, not a knock, but slammed his fist twice on the shower wall. The next morning when I went to take a shower, I noticed for the first time he had broke the backboard because several of the tile right above the tub are pushed in and the grout on a third of the tile is now cracked and loose.  The second bathroom I wanted updates made to was to remove the vinyl wall tile and replace the sink. He said he could remove the tile without damaging the wall and paint it. The third bathroom is a half bath in the basement. the walls are tile board. He grabbed the trim and broke it off. He saw it was green board under the tile board. There is mold along the baseboard because the sewer backed up, He said he'd remove the wall and see what was going on, but he didn't seem to want to do anything else in that bathroom.

I have not heard from him since. I've never experienced a contractor coming into a house and damaging the property just to provide an estimate. He was the second contractor I had come in to give me an estimate. The first contractor  said the bathroom tile walls were fine and he could find replacement fixtures for the current fixtures. He said he would not have to remove the walls. He has already provided me contracts for what I had asked for quotes. He was at the house two days before Mark Corsi came to give me an estimate.

I am going to contact Mark and request he reimburse me for the cost to repair the bathroom tile he damaged. I was doing the updates on a fixed budget and replacing the bathroom shower walls was not part of the plan. They were fine and I did not have any water damage from them, until Mark showed up!

I would not recommend using Mark Corsi Remodeling. He was not professional and had his own thoughts on what I needed to do. He told me the tile has to be removed and he would put a fiberglass surround in the shower. It would also be lower that what the current tile is. I would have rather had him tell me he didn't want the job, instead he came in and acted like a jerk. He has created a bigger mess and more expense which was not what was in the plan.

  • The natural cherry cabinets are of very high quality. They have been I my kitchen for about two years and have held up very well. As I stated above Chardon did a complete kitchen design and we ended up buying from the installer. I thought their design was very well done and they were very professional.

  • This was the 5th project he completed for us since July 2015 and the total of all that work was around $7,000.                                  I have taken so long to write a review because I am still overwhelmed by Brent and his crews unbelievable hard work and professionalism  and compassion. We agreed to contract a very large shed out to someone who came highly recommended by a friend in the middle of a busy season last summer, and it turned into a complete disaster.
Since Brent had already completed a huge tree removal project in July, followed by concrete removal, dirt replacement and leveling and grading of the area along with dirt replacement and grass planting, plus a repair to a damaged basement wall and all the surrounding wood and interior sealing of that wall. We were absolutely thrilled by all the results, we trust Brent and his crew, who are terrific to work with, so we asked him to finish our botched shed project.  I really didn't think he would help us out since he did not bid on it to begin with, but he not only completed the project but tore apart unsafe parts, re-enforced poorly done work, and brought the project up to code as much as was possible. The structure was actually previously unsafe and could have destroyed our belongings and or we could have been seriously injured in this structure. He fixed it, made it safe and then documented everything "on paper" and with pictures in the hope we could recoup at least part of the completion cost. Who does this? Only someone with the highest standards and a good heart. All the guys who worked in the middle of a snow storm and over the holidays, We are eternally grateful to you all. Best Christmas gift "EVER".
We have thousands of dollars in future projects to be done. In the next phase of our home fix we are having a full gut of 2 back to back bathrooms that will hopefully be done late this year and I have already told Brent they were his jobs.  This will be followed by the Kitchen, dining room and living room and floors throughout the entire house. In the next 5 years we will need a new roof and concrete driveway laid, plus a complete electrical upgrade. We will use Brent Davis Enterprises for all of this.
I have already given his name to many people as I am asked on a regular basis who did the work on our house and shed?
Brent is one in a million. I would tell anyone, with all the horrible contractors in our area, and believe me there are a lot, he is the best of the best. I don't now what other people are saying in their reviews, I did not find any of their negative comments to be my personal experience.  I will add that Brent likes a 15% cushion on large projects, but I have found this practice really avoids the back end problem of running over budget when unplanned situations arise, and gutting an older home always has it's surprises. The smaller projects came in on budget, no surprises. Also 2015 was a terrible year for outside home projects that started 4 to 6 weeks late due to the unrelenting rain. The fact that Brent was able to accommodate the projects he promised to do with all the bad weather says a lot about his integrity. I do however have a suggestion, with the size of his growing business, perhaps a it's time to get a secretary. He works to hard. Thanks again for everything. Hope to see you this fall.
