  • Upon arriving the associate had me fill out paperwork. My insurance said it covered Wal-Mart but not Sam's Club. She took the time to call the Insurance company and ask if it was included. Upon finding that it didn't she said that I didn't have to have Sams Club perform the exam that I could use Wal-Mart since they were covered. Being that there was only a difference of $5, and the time she took to call my insurance I chose to have them do the exam.

  • My dentist and I discussed the options for either pulling a tooth or having an implant put in.  My dentist is very kind, and gentle.  When he is giving anything pain related, he asks constantly throughout the consultation to ensure comfort.
    Aetna pays all claims on time and I have never had any issues with them.

  • No problems with Highmark's coverage; everything was fine. Highmark has been my health insurance provider, through work, for many years. I have found them to be responsive to my phone calls and questions. I have had a number of opportunities to use Highmark over the years and have never had a problem go unresolved; I am very happy with having them as my health insurance provider.

  • My employer was with me in the ER and had written down exactly what happened and gave it to the nurse; it was ignored and misplaced. I had a thorough exam pertaining to possible stroke symptoms. (A major concern was that I was 60 years old and had never fainted before.). After the blood work results came back I saw a young ER physician who said everything was normal and I could go home. He was more concerned relating his story about how he got drunk, went in a hot tub and fainted than he was in treating me.
    A followup with my family doctor, who was concerned that more tests had not been done, resulted in my having more tests which included a brain MRI. The MRI findings indicated that I have a rare brain disorder, although not life threatening at this time, does affect my quality of life and was the cause of my fainting.

  • Their website is very easy to use and the billing does happen rather quickly compared to other agencies. I have had little contact with the call center, but they seem helpful once you get to the right person.

  • First the emergency area is HORRID!!!!! Dirty looking, very noisy, two TVs with different shows running. No quiet place to go at all. Waited a matter of fact by the time I was seen it is believed that I had already passed the stone. Still in some pain os they did give me something. Did a ct scan - not sure what they found. The tech actually asked ME what the scan was for....did the doctors NOT tell them.
    All in all not a good experience. Although the nurse and room tech were nice enough.

  • I've found the pharmacy at Sam's Club to be better in both price and service. They have the best prices around and they took care of everything to transfer my prescriptions. You never have to wait long and they're always friendly.

  • I would recommend them, and they were very professional.  The doctor came out an discussed the results with me, and everything went well.  They kept me informed, and it was a pretty good experience.  I had to wait a little longer than I thought, and that is the reason I am giving them a B.   I would use them again.
