  • Waited approximately 30 minutes to see doctor. Staff was perfectly nice. Doctor was literally dismissing me as he walked through the door. He said he had a lot of patients with general pain in various areas and it was probably some virus! Told me there was nothing to be done about it! Take ibuprofen. I had to ask him to look in my ear and nose to see if, possibly, I had a sinus infection. He did look and said the left ear was a little red. Told me to go home, rest and take ibuprofen! I was with the actual doctor for less than 3 minutes! I don't have the bill yet, as they send it my insurance company first. Can't wait to see what he charged me!

  • I have a primary care doctor that I go to once a year. I have been going to them for three years. Him being personable stands out. The outstanding thing about him is the amount of time he spend with you, and that he is very personal with his patients. He will converse with you and he will have a relationship with you. Its very unique. If we can give him A+, we give him A+. Its hard to get in to see him. If had an emergency, I could get right in. If you have an emergency, they will take you right away. The staff is wonderful. His facility is very clean, there is easy free parking and the girls are very helpful. There isn't anything wrong there. He spends time getting to know you, asking you questions and he really has a relationship with his patients. This man is very different as far as a primary care physician goes. I think I have my annual in September. I will use him and I will recommend him in a heartbeat.

  • It took over a month for the doctor to provide the full information on the prescription he faxed to the pharmacy. I called his office, but only got excuses, the Pharmacy faxed them asking for more information several times, but didn't get a response  until over a month later. My PC physician also called them. After all that the prescription didn't help.  Also he sent me home with an air cast, which I was the try for 2- weeks,  I used it for 3 weeks, but my foot was no better after the 3 weeks.  I cancelled the follow-up appointment and went to another doctor ( Dr Mark Krahe at Orthopeadic and Sports Medicine in Erie, who prescribed orthodics for my shoes which has eliminated the pain. He looked at the very same Xray and immediately knew what the problem and solution was. He told me the prescription and air cast from the other doctor would not help my foot problem at all.

  • They ask questions and pay close attention to your answers to set up an effective treatment plan. I gave a B on results, but don't think anyone could have done better with the limits of my insurance. I still have pain but have slacked off of my exercises, so can't fault them for that. Overall an A+ as I am much better than before.

  • They're usually pretty good at getting you in when you need to get in. They do try very hard to get you in at your appointment. He's been very responsive to all my concerns. His staff seems to be very good, too. I've seen nurse practitioners there who were good. The intake people and the office people seem perfectly competent. I've never had a billing issue there.

  • First, I want to start by saying that I had an excellent experience with my actual midwife, but I was not impressed with the nursing staff on the labor and delivery floor. They were very rude and were not helpful with answering questions. While I was in labor I had a great nurse who was supportive and thorough. I really felt like she cared about me. After I had the baby, my child had to be taken to the NICU for observation. I would ask my nurses what they knew since they wouldn't let me out of bed right away to see him and they wouldn't provide me with any information. When I was finally able to see him I was happy to see that the NICU nurses were amazing. However, I had a horrible time with the nursing who were providing my care. They were very rude about me wanting to visit with my baby in the NICU. They complained about having to do my vitals down the hall since I was with him most of the day. It was a very difficult time for me and I wish I would have had more supportive nurses.

  • The office is a little older/less modern than other places but the promptness of care and the caring atmosphere is the most important part of this practice. Everyone was friendly and helpful during my visit. As it was an unscheduled appointment I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait; I waited about 2 minutes and the doctor came in. He was instrumental in allaying my fears and took a lot of time to figure out what was going on with my symptoms. He did not leave until I felt completely comfortable with the diagnosis and the follow-up treatment.
I left the office informed and confident with my diagnosis and follow-up treatment. It was a positive experience in a very upsetting time; I will continue to go to this practice with complete confidence in both regular appointments and for emergencies.

  • We have been going to them since we moved and that would be fourteen years. When we moved to this area they were recommended to us. There were times when we wanted to shift but were kind of hesitant to do that because we didn't know anyone else.

  • He has always been responsive and professional. His receptionist can he a bit harsh at times, but I can ignore that. The wait time is the only thing that is not an A. It is at least 1 hour for a 15 minute visit. But, I doubt any doctor's offices run on time. I would and have recommended others to go to him.

  • The front desk staff were great. Since I have visited before they had all of my information at hand. Did not have to wait very long, maybe 5 minutes. Doctor was very caring and gave me the information I needed regarding ear wax build up ( they flushed out my ear - not a pleasant procedure but it did help the problem. Nurse was caring and listened to what I was saying. Gave me details on what I needed to do at home. I have allergy problems, so back on to all of the allergy medication to keep it all under control. All in all a very good visit. I would and have gone back.
