Tim was extremely instrumental in in the design and layout of my remodel. He is a perfectionist which makes his work not only excellent but if we ran in to a issue or probe was able to come up with alternatives. Tim is a true craftsman which is rare these days. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else going they this project with me. Thank you Tim!

    Anchor Home Improvements
Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He showed professionalism in the quality of his work and interactions with his customers. I love the bathroom, which adjoins my bedroom. I chose the materials and colors that I like and am happy with the result. I like the framewell glass shower door that he installed. I bought most of the supplies. He gutted the whole bathroom and replaced everything. I still admire the tiles that he installed on the walls (floor to ceiling) and floors-- the precision.,cleanliness, and design. He installed everything and although he worked alone, he finished the job on schedule. Watching him, I wondered how he was able to carry those heavy pieces all by himself, Kevin explained what he was doing and what would be the next steps, He answered questions respectfully. He is quiet and focuses on his work. He showed up on time for appointments and work schedule, gave me some flexible time when I needed it. He was busy and I had to wait for several weeks after signing the contract. He seems to be in high demand among people who know about him and his work. He is very meticulous and thorough and maintained his working place clean and tidy. No damages anywhere in my house, although he had to travel back and forth from downstairs where his big supplies where and to the upper floor, walk through the bedroom and to the bathroom in progress. I was afraid that I could not be able to use my bedroom for three weeks. He said, "no worries. I make a trail from the bathroom to downstairs." And that was what exactly happened. The trail was clean and even covered by a floor protector. No hidden cost; everything was transparent. I highly recommend Kevin for his professionalism and honesty and quality of his work and would hire him again. My only concern for my situation would be the amount of deposit that I had to put down to hold my place in his schedule, 2-3 months out. But if you have that kind of money to deposit and also wait, the result is worth it. It was worth to me for this extensive bath remodel project.

    Mordini General Contracting
We picked three contractors to view damage and submit bids. Tom Mordini seemed to have the best combination of professional acumen, clear answers to our questions and reasonable pricing. You don't meet many business folks who turn down an opportunity to make more money for the sake of giving a straight answer. The crews showed up on time, worked straight through and were pretty conscientious about masking and draping other areas of the room to minimize mess. Tom kept tabs on the guys and dropped by several times to check progress. They even reinstalled a glass wall shelf for us that I had to take down when the ceiling collapsed, despite it having nothing to do with the job they had been hired to do. Overall, we are very satisfied by the work Mr. Mordini did on our ceiling and would recommend him unreservedly. We have not had very good luck with previous contractors we had hired for other work in the 11 years we've lived in the area. It was refreshing to find an honest guy whose main goal was quality work and customer satisfaction. We're glad we found him and we're glad Angie's List helped make it possible.

    Dave Lane Building and Remodeling
We were very happy with David Lane. He did great work. We wanted to get as much of it done after we moved out and before someone else moved in and he got it all done in just a couple days. We were amazed at how fast he was able to get everything done. He even painted a couple extra rooms for us for free while he was at it. He was very professional, friendly, and responsive. I thought his prices were quite reasonable. He itemized all the individual jobs on the estimate so we could choose which things we wanted to do and which things were beyond what we wanted to spend. He gave us multiple options when available and gave helpful suggestions. He had email on his cell phone and would usually respond within minutes when we would write him with a question or concern.
