Tim was extremely instrumental in in the design and layout of my remodel. He is a perfectionist which makes his work not only excellent but if we ran in to a issue or probe was able to come up with alternatives. Tim is a true craftsman which is rare these days. I wouldnt have wanted anyone else going they this project with me. Thank you Tim!

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He showed professionalism in the quality of his work and interactions with his customers. I love the bathroom, which adjoins my bedroom. I chose the materials and colors that I like and am happy with the result. I like the framewell glass shower door that he installed. I bought most of the supplies. He gutted the whole bathroom and replaced everything. I still admire the tiles that he installed on the walls (floor to ceiling) and floors-- the precision.,cleanliness, and design. He installed everything and although he worked alone, he finished the job on schedule. Watching him, I wondered how he was able to carry those heavy pieces all by himself, Kevin explained what he was doing and what would be the next steps, He answered questions respectfully. He is quiet and focuses on his work. He showed up on time for appointments and work schedule, gave me some flexible time when I needed it. He was busy and I had to wait for several weeks after signing the contract. He seems to be in high demand among people who know about him and his work. He is very meticulous and thorough and maintained his working place clean and tidy. No damages anywhere in my house, although he had to travel back and forth from downstairs where his big supplies where and to the upper floor, walk through the bedroom and to the bathroom in progress. I was afraid that I could not be able to use my bedroom for three weeks. He said, "no worries. I make a trail from the bathroom to downstairs." And that was what exactly happened. The trail was clean and even covered by a floor protector. No hidden cost; everything was transparent. I highly recommend Kevin for his professionalism and honesty and quality of his work and would hire him again. My only concern for my situation would be the amount of deposit that I had to put down to hold my place in his schedule, 2-3 months out. But if you have that kind of money to deposit and also wait, the result is worth it. It was worth to me for this extensive bath remodel project.

Work was performed in a professional manner. The results were up to expectation. Jim's attention to detail is obvious in the results. The shadow boxes had been made of solid birch, and Jim was careful to remove the wood so that it could be used again on another project. We are new to the area, and Jim was very helpful with area information as well.

It went very well!! Tim was an excellent contractor to work with throughout this project....I had no idea how much was involved with re-modeling a bathroom, but Tim was always so willing to help with anything I asked of him. He also had many different ideas to share with me.

His work ethic is top notch! He is a perfectionist and it very much shows in his work performance.

Will definitely be using Tim in the future for other projects we will need done.

This was the 5th project he completed for us since July 2015 and the total of all that work was around $7,000.                                  I have taken so long to write a review because I am still overwhelmed by Brent and his crews unbelievable hard work and professionalism  and compassion. We agreed to contract a very large shed out to someone who came highly recommended by a friend in the middle of a busy season last summer, and it turned into a complete disaster.
Since Brent had already completed a huge tree removal project in July, followed by concrete removal, dirt replacement and leveling and grading of the area along with dirt replacement and grass planting, plus a repair to a damaged basement wall and all the surrounding wood and interior sealing of that wall. We were absolutely thrilled by all the results, we trust Brent and his crew, who are terrific to work with, so we asked him to finish our botched shed project.  I really didn't think he would help us out since he did not bid on it to begin with, but he not only completed the project but tore apart unsafe parts, re-enforced poorly done work, and brought the project up to code as much as was possible. The structure was actually previously unsafe and could have destroyed our belongings and or we could have been seriously injured in this structure. He fixed it, made it safe and then documented everything "on paper" and with pictures in the hope we could recoup at least part of the completion cost. Who does this? Only someone with the highest standards and a good heart. All the guys who worked in the middle of a snow storm and over the holidays, We are eternally grateful to you all. Best Christmas gift "EVER".
We have thousands of dollars in future projects to be done. In the next phase of our home fix we are having a full gut of 2 back to back bathrooms that will hopefully be done late this year and I have already told Brent they were his jobs.  This will be followed by the Kitchen, dining room and living room and floors throughout the entire house. In the next 5 years we will need a new roof and concrete driveway laid, plus a complete electrical upgrade. We will use Brent Davis Enterprises for all of this.
I have already given his name to many people as I am asked on a regular basis who did the work on our house and shed?
Brent is one in a million. I would tell anyone, with all the horrible contractors in our area, and believe me there are a lot, he is the best of the best. I don't now what other people are saying in their reviews, I did not find any of their negative comments to be my personal experience.  I will add that Brent likes a 15% cushion on large projects, but I have found this practice really avoids the back end problem of running over budget when unplanned situations arise, and gutting an older home always has it's surprises. The smaller projects came in on budget, no surprises. Also 2015 was a terrible year for outside home projects that started 4 to 6 weeks late due to the unrelenting rain. The fact that Brent was able to accommodate the projects he promised to do with all the bad weather says a lot about his integrity. I do however have a suggestion, with the size of his growing business, perhaps a it's time to get a secretary. He works to hard. Thanks again for everything. Hope to see you this fall.

Mel and Crystal are hard working professionals. Cleaned the area before they left for the day, to be ready to continue next day.  They sealed off the areas they were working in to help prevent sanding dust from getting dispersed thru the whole house. Helped immensely, but not 100%, but no fault of theirs.
Very pleased with the work they did on our house (100+ years old).  Were very helpful with suggestions on cleaning woodwork.
Asked them to save us some time next spring to continue some more work on 2nd floor.

Overall, they did an awesome job!!
Originally they were just coming to make the aesthetic updates in the family room and to repair the water damage in the stairwell. They were super flexible in being able to fix the support issues in the family room, while also accommodating our additional request to transform the bookcase into a wet bar and make repairs to our outdoor area.
Matt is very professional and takes pride in doing high quality work at reasonable prices. Matt was able to take our vision and build upon it. He worked with us on designing the wet bar, which we wanted to fit into our "southern plantation" theme. He is also well networked, which allows him to suggest suppliers for more specialized items, such as custom cabinets, granite, flooring, etc, that we otherwise would not have necessarily known where to go for the best value. We were always impressed by the level of respect that all of the suppliers we used have for Matt. We really looked to Matt as our general contractor in terms of bringing together the whole project together.
The project did end up taking some time to complete. However, we made multiple add-ons that were not anticipated. Therefore, we were pretty flexible with our schedule as well. Matt and crew did work to get the spaces back into usable condition as quickly as possible though. He was also attentive to cleaning up the work area after each day of work, which we really appreciated.
As to the quality of work, we are extremely impressed. Everything came together perfectly and looks great. We also feel that we got high quality work.
We already have a few more projects in mind, and we will definitely use MMS again!
    Thanks, Matt and crew!!!
