  • Ordered online through [*** Link removed ***] The website was very easy to use, and they offered free shipping on all order! The wiper blades arrive to my house in just 3 business days. I have had the same RainEater wiper blades on my car now for 2 years. Very good product. Highly recommended.

  • I recommend to stay away. I have done business with Laughlin Collision Service. I have purchased a car from them, as they are not only a collision center but also a dealer. They purchase used cars, repair, and sell them. So, I have purchased a car, I was assured that everything was ok with it, that everything was taken care of by them or other shops they work with. I opened the hood and started the car - 5sec later anti-freeze was spraying out of one of the tubes. They fixed it right away on the spot. I took it for a test drive and it did sound a little weird but we stopped at the local mechanic (their friend) and he said it sounds ok. We finalized a transaction. 10 miles later, on my way home, the "check engine" light showed on the dashboard together with "limited performance" message. I called them right away and said I'm on my way back. They checked it with their scanner, said that 2 codes found on the scanner mean probably something minor. They did reset the code and reconnected the scanner, now it showed about 8 codes. We went to a local mechanic as he had more professional scanner. He said it's something about computer failing, lean banks, and transmission. I was really in a bad situation as I just purchased this car and had to drive almost 500 miles back (it was pretty unique car, this was the year and model I liked). After a conversation on what to do next (as I was ready to return it on the spot) I was promised that they will reimburse me for whatever is required to have the car fixed for up to $1,000 and the remaining balance we will split in half and I had 30 days to do so. In those 30 days it was all a nightmare, I had to get a rental to have a car, pay for multiple mechanics to diagnose the problem. I paid a total of almost $2,700 plus another couple of hundreds on rental. 2 days before the end of our 30 day agreement I sent them an email of what needs to be done and how much it costs and wanted to ask them for their opinion (i.e. if I should do it). I was not 100% sure, as it was a lot of money and just because this is their industry as that's what they do for a living I was expecting them to advise me. Also, I wanted to get their feedback before making a final decision, as again, it was a lot of money and their responsibility, so if they had another idea on how to get it fixed it would be a win win situation, as they would save on the reimbursement fees and I would have the car fixed. However, they DID NOT respond to my email at all. They looked at the email multiple times (I know, as I use email tracking software with my clients so it shows me exactly # of opens together with location and device) but decided not to respond and wait for 30 day time period of our agreement to expire. Not hearing back from them, I decided to have it fixed (still in our 30 day period). A day after I sent them all receipts and amounts. I received text message that they will reimburse me only for $515.50 - which is the amount I paid to the first mechanic, as I did not provide them info on time. Also, they are selling auto warranty telling that even if you have a problem that exists now, the warranty company should take care of it - really not trustworthy. Please trust me, stay away. I'm in the middle of discussion this with two law offices and I consider a law suit. It's too bad that there are places that change someone's dream about owning a specific car into a nightmare. I hope this review will help you make a decision and save you the headache.

  • I drive and Audi so it takes a lot of oil. They've looked over my vehicle several times. They have either damaged things on my vehicle or they have estimated or wrongly diagnosed my vehicle. I've filed three complaints with Audi USA on them. I would take my vehicle and have them look it over. Either things came back worst after I left or they gave me a price for over $1200.00 to repair something. I took it somewhere else and had it repaired for $200.00 versus $1200.00. It didn't make sense that they were that far off. We know the dealership is more expensive but not that much. They were recommending repairs that I didn't need. When they fix stuff. You don't know if it will be okay. You have to see if there is more damage. For example, I broke my hood latch. The cable just had to be put back on the handle. When I got it back the whole cable was gone. The large piece was ripped out underneath the hood. This was problematic because I had to replace that part and have someone else repair it.

  • I've taken my cars to Monroe for about the last decade, because I could just wander over to the movies while my car was worked on... but this year, I'm a bit busier than normal, as I'm in school and am trying to get an apartment ready to rent. I've been given the runaround on 3 occasions now, trying to get my car to pass inspection... gave me a verbal list of welds, which I had done elsewhere (because they don't offer that service), then they replaced a muffler for me, then I had more welds (they gave me a list this time). I racked up over $800 in these repairs, and today, got another list of NEW repairs to complete before the car will pass. BS... I would have junked the car before spending $1000 on a car I'll only be driving until July, as I'm living on loans, and am now WAY overbudget... and it STILL isn't street-legal. Severely disappointed, will NOT be going back.

  • They are very accommodating, and their prices are pretty reasonable. I had an emergency one time, and it appeared they were booked up. I called, and they said they could get me in. The manager was able to squeeze me in. They were able to get the work done that same day, and everything went fine.

  • Always goes great. No bs here they tell you the truth and don't tell you that you need stuff that you don't need. 100 percent honest, extremely friendly, reasonable prices, very professional and all around great place to do business with.

  • My car broke down and they needed to replace the air conditioning unit. I think they were very helpful, and they got to it right away. They gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. So, Yeah they were very helpful. I don't have this kind of work done all the time so I didn't have a change to price, calling around different people either. so I'm just guessing since I was referred to me by an mechanics garage, they probably somewhere in the ball park. I don't have any contacts to tell if they are over priced or under priced. I'[m just going to guess they are average price. It's something that they did just recently. I haven't had any other  problems but it's been such a short time. I seen they did everything, good quality work. They got it done when they said they would. I didn't have any complaints.

  • Called late afternoon of a day they were open 'til 9pm and had to leave a message after a recording promising a call back. The call came next day while i was on my way to a garage who did it all for me.

  • They are pretty good and professional. Normally their prices are high for car repairs. I didn't have to pay for the recall. I have a service contract on my car. They have a nice waiting room and everybody there is friendly. I would use them again.

  • I visited SUPERIOR TOYOTA and was warmly greeted by TERRANCE (TERRY) SMITH.  Terry took lots of time with me showing me various SUVs and talking honestly about the pros and cons.  He also spent several hours test driving various makes and models until I settled on a vehicle I loved, a LINCOLN MKX with very low miles and a comfortable ride.  Terry helped me negotiate a good deal with the owners and I drive away very happy in my new SUV.  While all the various people I met at Superior were very friendly and pleasant to work with, Terry was a superstar of a young gentleman.  He really cared about me, and my selection of vehicles.  When it's time for to trade in any of my next vehicles I will happily return to see Terry.  Please give him a call when you're ready to buy a vehicle.  It was a delight meeting him, and a real pleasure to have someone honest and thoughtful in all the details to complete my purchase with.  Thank you SUPERIORS,! .....and Thank you TERRY!
