    Polite, prompt, reasonable price, replaced the igniter so dryer had heat again and told me duct work had lint in it and left it unhooked exhausting hot damp air into basement saying it was okay to use it that way. Now if I want the duct work fixed I must call someone else and pay for another service call charge just for them to come to the house and look at it.

Darren arrived on time, confirmed the problem and explained my options and prices. He returned after the part arrived to quickly make the repair.

    It went very well as I was very pleased with the total service. I had called a few appliance service numbers and Belson Appliance was the only one to get back to me. Chris Belson was very courteous! He found the problem quickly and after the part was in, he had it replaced in a few minutes. If the need arises again for some service call on our appliances, I will be sure to call Belsons first. I will recommend Belson Appliance in the future to my family and friends.

    I called and the young woman who answered was professional, pleasant, and helpful. She schedule the time for a service person to come out the next day. She also let me know up front what the charges were for the service call, labor, and, of course, there would be the cost of the product if a repair could be made. The next day, on schedule, the repair person came. Checked out the washer, found that the timer had gone bad. Told me he would order it and it should be in within a week. Great. Even better news, the very next day I get a call from the repair person, he was at the warehouse and the part was there. He wanted to know if it would be convenient for me to come over now and fix the washer. Are you kidding me? What service. He quickly fixed our washer, the bill was less than expected - very reasonable. We could not be happier. Definitely will tell friends who need repairs done that they need to call Tom's Appliance Repair. I have never given all Top Scores for anything, but this business earned them.

    I was very impressed by the serviceman's experience and the speed of his work. He was very professional and polite and he didn't make any kind of a mess. He even had the shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt into the house. I was impressed that he used genuine Samsung parts with a one year warranty. This could change, but currently there is a discount offered if you fill in a service request at his website rather than just phoning him.

    It went beautifully. The owner responded and was at my house within an hour's time. He went above and beyond, cleaned everything out, found the problem (the motherboard for the fridge) and got it so it would work or us for a week or two until we could make other arrangements. He was very honest about replacement and very fair in pricing.

    Scheduling was easy and the Technician arrived promptly. He determined the issue and ordered the part. Fortunately he determined that it was still covered under warranty and we were only billed for Labor. Once the part came in we scheduled another apt and Tech returned, installed, and insured everything worked before he left. Everything was handled courteously and professionally and we would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

    The service man was wonderful. He didn't have to do anything but turn off and back on the main power switch. They charged me too expensively for the call. The service man said what they charged wasn't right and changed it on the apparatus he was carrying. I explained this to the collection center, after they billed me the original charge but this has not been sorted to date. I would still probably use them again because no one else services sears appliances around here.

    It went very well!  Tom's Appliance Service came highly recommended by a friend and I came on here and saw great reviews, and I am happy to add another one to the mix!
    We called on Monday, had no problem scheduling an appointment for Tuesday with a service window of noon to 3 pm.  Showed up pretty close to noon and was very professional and did a great job.  Even explained what things were to my husband and how he arrived at his conclusions.  Our units are ours and there was no warranty, but the prices for the parts were very fair (I checked online and he didn't jack up the cost at all...was even cheaper than some places) and the labor was very reasonable.
    I am very satisfied and will definitely use Tom's again if needed!
