    The Provider was not good at all at keeping in contact.  Once an
    appointment was made they neglected to meet the time frame.  They never
    bothered to contact me to let me know they were running late.  It was
    only after I called them(30 mins after window expired) to find out what
    was going on.  Receptionist told me I was the next address to go to,
    that the tech was running behind, but couldn't give me a time.  I
    cancelled the appt as I already missed 2.5 hours of work sitting around
    waiting for them.
    If you are retired or a home maker than maybe you can sit around and wait for them to show up.  For me, it was a waste of 2.5 hours of work.  Very costly.  I should send them a bill for my time.  Would be more than there service call would of been.

    I felt they were very honest with me and told me what to watch for with regard to the frig, so that I would know when it was getting worse and replacement was unavoidable. I was surprised that two men showed up (had not been told to expect that). The only reason I can think of was that they thought there might be a possibility of having to remove the washing machine which would require two people. Did I pay more because two men came? I don't know. The cost for just the service call was $69, which I guess is pretty customary. They charged a $20 labor fee to empty the freezer and take a look. They only had to drive 10 min. to get to my house and were only here for about 10 min. The total price seemed high just for what was done and the short travel distance. They were very punctual and even called to say they could come earlier than scheduled.

    These guys are great. My experiences with their service has been top notch on both occasions. I placed this order on 11/20 at 2 PM and the knobs were delivered by FedEx at 11 AM on 11/21. With Thanksgiving around the corner and 4 of the 5 knobs broken my wife was most appreciative of the rapid service. The knobs were perfect. Oh, by the way, the price was much less than the OEM  Parts Select website, $28 or Sears Parts Direct, $22.

    A&E Factory Service ��� Miami
    A&E was recommended by Whirlpool customer service. A&E is part of a joint venture held by Whirlpool and Sears Holdings. Sears provided the parts to A&E to attempt the latest repair. The service techs provided by A&E appear to be independent contractors who don't really know how to fix the problem but are fast to offer additional overpriced parts and service. After the technician completed his latest attempt and left our premises, my wife noticed that the door to the freezer was miss-aligned and the freezer drawers were not functioning properly. Later in the evening the freezer was icing up again as further evidence of A&E lack of ability to remedy the problem. Compounding the problem was a very rude and obnoxious A&E tech service rep who I have reported to A&E customer service but I don't expect that effort was worthwhile. Obviously, we are very unsatisfied with Whirlpool, Sears and A&E and we have no intention of ever purchasing additional goods or services from them in the future nor will we ever recommend them to anyone!.

    This was as least painful as a repair could be. His secretary who answered the phone was so knowledgeable I thought she was the technician. She explained the minimum costs upfront, discussed possible scenarios of the breakdown and what they might cost to fix. The repairs went fine (see above), but the extra effort that got Sangrey Appliance Service CO the A rating was that afterwards I had commented that my dishwasher was not as effective as usual, and he took a few minutes to explain why, and possible solutions. This is a competent, skilled, and personable company, and I highly recommend them. I will certainly call them when my next major appliance needs help. Thanks Mr Sangrey!

    I had heard good things about J B Zimmerman so I decided to purchase my new fridge there.  The ice maker stopped working about a year later so I called J B Zimmerman.  They came out to look at the issue and they couldn't find the problem.  Finally they sub contracted someone to come fix the fridge.  The technician came out and was able to show me how to fix it by clearing out the ice from the filter and it has worked since.  J B Zimmerman wouldn't offer to replace the fridge because I was able to use everything but the ice maker and their technicians were a little uneducated on how to fix small issues.
