John renovated our kitchen this past spring and we're so glad we found him! From design to build, it was a great all around experience. He was professional, personable, and most importantly on budget. We loved the final product and plan to retain his services in the future.

Neal and his people were amazing. They were totally professional and worked and cleaned as they went along. I think the pricing was about average to low average and the quality of workmanship was above average. The people who worked were extraordinary and if something was amiss they immediately fixed it without complaint. I am going to save up to have Housing Solutions to do my next job which is either painting the interior or replacing my windows. This is the contractor to use.

Great, as always. The old shower was demo'ed and enlarged by over a foot, making it nice and roomy (no more banging my elbows into the walls!). Tiling work was impeccable, and our choices of design worked out really well. Every detail was done with care and precision, and throughout the process the house stayed pretty clean every day. It wasn't cheap, but high quality work never is, and Neal's prices are quite fair for the value he and his crew provide. My only problem is that we are running out of projects for him to do!

Maria came out to the house in a timely manner, took measurements, and discussed what we wanted. They never gave me the plans which were the whole point of it. I called Mario several times and got different stories and promises, over the last several months. I want a full refund of the cost. The time I wasted is of course not refundable.

Ben helped me to select the granite for my kitchen and bathroom renovation around five years ago. I looked all over Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties. I also went over to New Jersey trying to find the most unique granite, when all the time Forever Marble and Granite had the best and most unique slabs. The slabs are easy to see. They are not crowded in his space and he’s there to move as many pieces that you want to see, and always with a smile. Thanks for his patience. My countertop needed to have a seam and Ben explained the reason for his choice for the least conspicuous location for the seam. It looks terrific and you cannot see the seam because of his skilled workmanship and attention to details. I also purchased marble for my bathroom countertop and shower seat. In the beginning of October 2016 I decided to have a surprise Birthday Party for my adult daughter. I contacted Ben and told him of the urgency to have some granite for the fireplace that I just renovated. As always, he showed me several options and we decided on a beautiful piece of quartz with beautiful veining, which is what I really love in my design. I did not know the stone was quartz because it had all the movement with the veining that granite offers. Ben suggested putting the quartz not only on the “face” of the fireplace but also around the raised hearth to really make it spectacular. WOW!! What a transformation. As usual, with my time constraints Ben rushed through my project and produced an elegant yet functional design. Thanks to Ben for his advice and insight in knowing my taste. I love the look and so did all my family and friends. Thanks Ben. Jennifer W.

This company walked off the job after 7 months of doing the job in fits and starts. They had to completely redo the shower tile wall they installed because the backer was installed poorly. They had to redo the tile floor they installed because they used the wrong grout. The small alcove in the tile wall was not up to code as the tile of the back of the alcove was affixed directly on the drywall of the adjoining room and not vapor barrier. The toilet tank was installed crooked. The medicine cabinet was installed rotated 90 degrees (installed rectangular box oriented horizontally instead of vertically). Workers disappeared for weeks because of "other jobs". And so many more problems. Kip Poust was the owner and he was very unhelpful. Darin Swartley was the "project manager" but I use that term loosely as he seldom was ever on site. I think they stopped doing business under the Millenium name, but beware of any business involving Kip Poust.

We have lived through two total down-to-the-studs kitchen remodels and two similar bathroom remodels. Neal is hands down the absolute best contractor we have ever worked with. He and his guys are clearly highly experienced and work seamlessly as a team. We didn't need a lot of design help, but Neal did have several ideas that turned out to contribute significantly to the overall success of the project too. The guys were always on time, worked long and hard, were all expert in their specialities (electric, plumbing. tiling, demolition, sheetrocking, etc.), took no short cuts and did every job right. They cleaned up at the end of each day carefully, and Neal sent a cleaning person twice, to clean up after the demolition and again at the end of the job. We had several other estimates for the work, and Neal's was neither the lowest nor the highest. He had a personal manner that convinced us he could be trusted to do the best job, and we are delighted that we were wise enough to choose him. He will be doing another bathroom for us in the very near future - no extra estimates needed any more. If I need a contractor, Neal will get my call. Thanks, Neal!

First, the price was good, which is why we went with this company. The installation was 2.5 years ago, so I don't recall how that went, or having any problems. HOWEVER, 2 years later, a glued seam between two parts has broken, leaving one whole side of our kitchen useless.  We contacted the company and explained the problem, first via email. Response time was a few days. We were asked to provide photos, which we did. The response was, "it appears that the glue between the two parts did not go all the way through, but sat on top."  This sounds like an installation failure to us, so we did not expect to be told that there would be a $250 service-call charge to repair it! We certainly expected a proper installation to last longer than 2.5 years!
We were told that they only stand by their work (guarantee) for 1 year. If we had broken the material or the fault was ours, we'd have no problem with this charge. Additionally, we had to contact this company multiple times over the course of a month to get a response, BEFORE we were told about the $250 charge to repair. This is SIMPLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  We are renovating our bathroom this summer, and WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

: After calling and being ignored repeatedly, we finally spoke with the owners, who said "they wanted to make this right." We were told that they would schedule a repair-person to come and would not charge us the $250 fee. However, if there are any future breaks, we will be responsible for the $250 repair fee. After several days of waiting and calling, we finally got a scheduled date and time for repair. The team did not show up when scheduled and we called again. The repair team arrived 4 hours later. However, this is where the story finally gets better: the two men showed great knowledge, care and attention to detail in the repair work. Both obviously had many years of experience and took pride in their work, explaining the process and the materials they used. These two gents could teach the whole company a thing or two about customer care and service. I can only hope that the repair work will be long lasting, as I don't wish to deal with this company again.

These team of contractors did beautiful work on our home.  They worked quietly with great attention to detail.
We are thrilled with the work they did in our kitchen and master bathroom.  Definitely a team we would hire again!

Fantastic.  I whole heartedly recommend Pat for whatever type of remodeling/repair needed.  He is a jack of all trades and can handle anything that you request.  His best quality is his strength of character and honesty- which can be so difficult to find when looking for a contractor.
