  • I have been going there for years  now and the stuff I have is not for some reason I am not getting better. So he tell me to go to the specialist and stuff like that and then the treatment recommend I am not feeling any better from that.

  • I would recommend her to someone. She is very friendly and very outgoing. In addition to that, she is very professional. She knows what she's doing. She has a nice and pleasant office and staff. I'm pretty sure she's able to diagnose whatever your feet problem might be and she handles it in a very medically professional way.

  • I saw Dr. Wilkie, but first, I waited a loooong time. Making the appt was easy and fast, the staff is great and very friendly. I was taken back to an exam room very quickly, where I waited and waited. Then Dr. Wilkie arrived and I told her why I was there. She looked briefly at my feet, very swiftly scraped off a small callus (15 seconds) and proceeded to tell me that there was absolutely nothing she could advise me, or do for my feet, because they have very high arches. Apparently high arches mean my feet will always be troublesome, and she told me all I can do is get custom orthodics (for $400+). I've had orthodics before, for about 15 years, actually. They're a pain to fit into shoes, give you new blisters in new places and are expensive to keep replacing, since insurance never covers them. But she not only reiterated the orthodics edict multiple times, but told me who to buy them from. I felt I was getting an advertisement. I even asked her point blank, and quot;so is there ANYTHING I can do, any type of footwear to lean toward getting, inserts (besides $400 orthodics) I can get to help prevent numbness, ankle turns, painful calluses?and quot; The answer was no, no, no. Really? All your years of experience, and you've never been able to give decent advice for high-arched feet? I got nothing from this appt., and felt I'd wasted my time and $50.

  • He ended up wanting to giving me an excessive amount of cortizone shots. I had questioned him because I was concerned about the amount of shots he wanted to give, and I wanted to use a cream instead.  He flipped out on me and raised his voice. He also told me I could see myself out of his office. It very was bizarre and the worst experience ever.

  • It is always easy to make an appointment at this practice. I highly recommend Dr's Smith, Gabriel and Maxwell. This has been my PC office since 2004 for myself and my husband. All I have ever encountered is professionalism, high level of skill, kindness and empathy. One time, Dr. Smith went out of his way to contact a physician when I was at an ER visit to confer re: my treatment. You cant buy that kind of service. I am forever grateful.

  • They are responsive, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that everything is electronic. It is nice that you can get a prescription filled instantly. You can send an email to the doctor and they respond immediately. You can get appointments easily.

  • She's very good. All the members in our family have been to her and she's always been very good. She's very caring and she listens to what's wrong. She's been really good at fixing things. We will use her again in the future if we need to.

  • Vadim came to our house for an hour of treatment three times a week, and, after two weeks, he literally gave my life back to me. With his excellent skills and treatment, not only was my tremor greatly improved to the point that I could feed myself, but my handwriting was even returned almost to the level of illegibility that it had been before I fell. As soon as I was no longer housebound, I continued with his excellent care at his office.

Because of the severity of my injuries, I required many months of physical therapy. However, I did not require any additional surgery, and I have normal range of motion in my right arm. As I said previously, he gave my life back to me, and I am very grateful for all that he has done.

  • The receptionist I spoke with to make an appointment was curt, and when I asked if my potential problem would pose any risk to my baby (being 8 months pregnant), she refused to answer my question or even go ask a doctor, PA or nurse, but rudely told me to go talk to my OB about it (though he would have absolutely no expertise in the issue I was seeing my primary physician for!). When I asked when I could get in to see the doctor, she told me they were all booked and did not even present the option WHEN I COULD, in fact, get in. After pushing for more information, she finally gave me an appointment 4 days out. She then scheduled me for the wrong day/time, and I received a call asking me why I had missed my appointment. I have had a very good experience with Dr. Wanner, but a very poor experience with the reception staff, especially if you ask them to do something requiring slightly more effort! If this happens again, there are enough good practices in the area, that I will seek care elsewhere.

  • Overall the experience was very good. Diane Duda was the PT and she was personable and skilled. She gave me great exercises that definitely made a positive difference. It was easy to get an appointment and all of the office staff were friendly and helpful. Treatment took place in a group setting and the therapist split her time between me and one other patient. At one point I was also sharing a large table with another patient. This didn't bother me but it might bother some people. I would have continued going there for PT but my insurance copay was very expensive, so I had to stop.
