  We dropped off our vehicle before they opened in the morning with a note explaining that we had a flat tire and needed to get to work by 9:30. They repaired the tire, put our spare away (without us even asking) and had it ready in time for us to drive to work. We often use this service center for oil changes, inspections and larger repairs. They are always polite, professional and have repairs finished in a timely manner.

  It is a small garage. He is a heck of a nice guy. He did such a good job. He helps people. He was helping people left and right when I was there. He is full service. His brother's name is Frank. He had me run to the store to get FREON since he ran out. It was about $75 and then he put it in but charged me like $20. People were coming up with problems with their cars and he would help them and not charge them. He told me where to get tires and I got such a good deal on them and he mounted them for only $10 each. He stopped what he was doing to mount them. I highly recommend him. He even helped me sell a truck that I was going to fix up. It would cost too much money to fix up and he was right. I sold it for like $800. He is a really nice guy.  Quality is really good. He took care of everything. Sometimes he stays there all night. He is an old school guy. He likes to get in late since it is hot out and he works late. One time he wanted to fix the distributor on my Honda Accord. He put a cap on it, he thought I needed a new one but wanted to save the money. I broke down 10 miles. he sent a tow truck out there right away. I maybe walked two blocks and rented a car and the took care of the whole repair.

  The whole experience was great! Not only was the driver early, the service was impeccable. They really took the time to ensure my family was comfortable and satisfied. I would definitely recommend them anytime and to everyone!

  Gotta say, I had a great experience with these guys. Actually, two:
  My windshield had a divot in it that for 6 years passed inspection with no comment. Then this year, the very same mechanic decided it didn't pass. I had to have the divot fixed to pass. So, I called these guys and set up an appt for 2 days later. Because they were located on my commute-route, I went to their shop, but they said they'd have come to my home for no extra charge. Cool.
  I was told the fix would cost about $60. I waited for my car for about 40 minutes. Then I was told they had tried, but could not fix it entirely... it might pass inspection, it might not. No charge, he said. Then he proceeded to show me how I could tell if a car's windshield had been replaced, explaining different glass manufacturers. (Just in case I ever bought a used car, I could tell if the windshield was original or replaced, say after an accident). I appreciated his extra attention to information that could be useful to me in the future. I think he genuinely felt badly that they couldn't fix it.
  A week later, driving my car away from my mechanic's yard, I hit a huge pothole and a major crack blasted across the opposite side of my windshield! Now, I HAD to have my windshield replaced!! Guess who I called!
  Two York Auto Glass guys came out to my home and replaced my windshield in about 90 minutes, right in my driveway. Very Cool. Really pleasant and professional guys. A real pleasure.
  I worked through my insurance company, so they set it all up for me. I only paid $100 (my deductible) but it would have cost about $230. My new windshield looks great!

  I came in without appointment for an oil change at about 12 noon.  service advisor helped right away.  I waited about 1 1/2 hours which I thought was pretty good since I had no appointment and it was already noon.  they found I needed a new air filter.  brief wait to pay the bill.  the service advisors care that I am happy with the work they've done whenever I come in.  once they replaced my windshield wipers at no charge.  in fact, everyone I have dealt with from beginning to end has been polite and pleasant, and patient when I asked a question.

  it went great.  I have been going to conroy shell for about 25 years.  I have always found the guys there to be nice, helpful, honest about what needs to be done and when it needs doing.  their work has always been excellent.  when I decided to order the tires, the guy said he'd get prices and that his supplier doesn't even bother giving him prices for cheap (in quality) tires, because the supplier knows Mr. Conroy doesn't want to provide inferior products to his customers.  I have never left his shop wondering if I was having work done that I didn't need or that he charged unfairly.  also, the new tires are great.

  I bought a certified preowned 2010 Honda Accord on 9-11-2013.
  The next day the oil flashed on several times. I checked the oil level, the dip stick came up dry!! Luckily there is an autozone just 3 blocks from where I work, I was not going to drive the car any further than that.
  It took 2 quarts of oil to show full.
  I took it back on 9-14-2013 for them to check it over. They said there was a pinhole leak in the oil pan gasket and they fixed it.
  The car had the CPO checklist filled out on June 10. 2 quarts leaked out in 3 months from a "pinhole leak"?? The car had not been driven much in that time going by the mileage in the car-fax report.
  I looked at their CPO checklist that they give you with the car- oil and filter were all checked as good. Everything was checked as good- but considering this I don't feel the document is worth the paper it's printed on.
  They basically said "Ooops! Someone missed it."
  If that is the quality of their service department, I will certainly never set foot in their door again.

  I like the fact that they are very friendly and the customer service really aim to please. But what I don't like is that they will tell you that you need other parts on your car when you don't. They will try to scare you by saying that if you don't get the repairs your car will not work in a few weeks. After having a second opinion I was told that I didn't need the repairs that they recommended and I don't really like that about them. I will not use them again in the future.

  They were excellent! The employee who handles the front desk, Scott, has an amazing personality. He's positive, friendly, helpful, and doesn't make you feel bad about parting with your money. He always explains the work that needs to be done or doesn't need to be done, and he's trustworthy!
