We went to look at a Porsche Cayenne for my wife. It started out OK, a sales advisor met us, we discussed what we were looking for and took a test drive. Since none were in stock to my wife's liking, he had to search for one. This were it went downhill. The advisor had a back problem, was in obvious pain, and could barely move at times. I realize it was not his fault, but he shouldn't have even been working. After spending an inordinate amount of time on the computer, he said he'd keep looking and would be in touch. We never heard from him until several weeks later, after we had bought a Cayenne from another dealer. Maybe another sales advisor would have made the experience better, but we will not be going to Autohaus again.

It was a great experience.    Extimate was done in a timely manner - work was scheduled and performed according to estimate.  A rental car was provided through my insurance and it was delivered to the repair facility and all paperwork was done there, saving me an additional trip to get the rental car - and I could also return it to the collision facility, also saving me a return trip for the rental car.  The work required extra days above those estimated and the rental car was extended at no extra cost to me.  The work done was excellent - it looks GREAT  (now i wish the rest of my car looked as good as the newly painted parts)!  I would definitely use this repair shop if I needed such services in the future.

A branch damaged the hood. They responded immediately and took a look at the situation. They said the engine is not damaged and so off to the body shop we go.
These guys are always straight up, if they can or can't do it. I go there for anything they can do. They have referred me to the dealer for some things. I am always impressed with the results and usually pretty happy about the timeliness. I feel the prices are fair.
In this case it was a free lookover. I am happy as always with the treatment.

As I backed out of the driveway one morning with my CR-V I bumped into the rear of my Accord and buckled the trunk lid and part of the rear corner panel. I drove the Accord to 2 body shops and estimates were $700 and $1,000 for parts, labor, & painting. I then found Phil's here on Angie's List with a lot of good reviews and drove the Accord to their shop on Derry Street.
They are very friendly and gave me several options, one of which was to provide my own parts. This was wonderful as I was able to find a used trunk lid from a salvage yard that matched my car's color almost perfectly. Since I was supplying my own part, Phil's Bodyshop quoted me $300 for the job and said it would be done in about 2 days.  I called them two days later to schedule the drop off and they were very agreeable. I made a special request to have the car put indoors the same evening it was dropped off due to forecasted rain (due to the damage to the trunk water would get in) and they agreed with no question.
They called when it was finished two days later and the price was exactly as estimated. They moved all of the parts from the old trunk to the replacement lid and even provided me with some additional touch up paint at no cost which I only mentioned in passing when I dropped the car off for the repair. My car has just over 221,000 miles so I didn't expect perfection and the damage is barely noticeable and to the average person I don't believe they would be able to tell the backend was damaged.
I would recommend Phil for any body work you need. They are honest, reasonable, friendly, and very accommodating.
