Technician came over very nice man was professional. The problem is that he was at my house for over an hour and could not figure out the problem at first he said it was a coil and would cost me 2700 and then he said compressor was to hot and needed a new system but he was not 100% positive. He then placed a call to supervisor and they figured out I was low on freon and the system needed 2 pounds. Cost of the the repair came out to 485 and I has a 50 coupon which that seemed to up set the technician. I thought that was 2 much money and called the company next day and supervisor said that was going rate and somewhere in my system there is a leak which technician could not find. I had someone come over the next day and check and the freon is still holding, if there is a leak wouldn't it just leak out and show that the level is going down. As of now my AC is working better then it ever did. I am going to check the level every week to see. When I asked the supervisor if there is a leak how come no one can find it, no reply just some crap. There are some that believe that a system 10 years and older some times just need an extra boost but according to Curtis that is not true. I will keep in checking and if the level does not go down I will sent it to BBB.

The technician determined that the condensate line was clogged. He recommended installing a condensate pump. I have this device in another house I own so I am familiar with it. It is a self contained unit where the PVC condensate line from the HVAC unit goes into, it plugs into a wall outlet, and there is a flexible clear plastic line that then goes into an existing drain. In this case there is a power outlet by the HVAC unit, and it's next to a washer/dryer so there is a drain for the washer a couple feet away. Basically a 5 minute install. The part is about $50 on amazon. The technician quoted me $850 to do the repair!!!! Unconscionable!!!! Luckily I knew enough to send him on his way, but what if I didn't? I called to complain to the manager who said "oh he should have adjusted the fee". Well he didn't, and if I didn't know better I would have been out $850!!! By the way, this is on top of requiring a separate visit for $99 to check it out!! I had a leaking toilet and I asked them to check out the HVAC issue at the same time. They said NO and that I had to pay a separate $99 fee for someone to go out there a second time.!! They charged $49 to come look at the toilet and then$266 to re-seat it (which seemed a lot, but ok).

Dennis called back immediately when I first called, he then assured me my problem was an easy fix. BUT he wouldnt be able to get to me for 4 days, on the day he was supposed to come, he called to say he wouldnt be able to get here till later that evening, or Monday morning so I took Monday morning off and waited, he showed up on time, and when he saw my unit,(only 7 years old) he stated he was not familiar with my model and would have to go to his supplier for the manual. And would be back in the afternoon (I had to take the rest of the day off). He called me later that afternoon and stated. he knew what the problem was but the part was on back order and wouldnt be in until Tuesday. He called me on Tuesday to say he was held up at another customer and probably wouldnt get here till Wednesday, did I want his guy to go get the part. I answered yes and again waited. Wednesday, I called in the morning, he didn't call back, I called in the afternoon and he texted me that the part wouldnt be in till Thursday or friday and asked if i was willing to wait "OR TRY ANOTHER COMPANY"? During the day, I found the part ordered it. So I told him, I've made other arrangements. His response told all. "GREAT!". If I had to guess the problem, it would be that there was NO MONEY to be made repairing my boiler ($150), as compared to servicing central air units. But he could have told me from the start, and not waisted my time.

Great. Rev showed up on time and immediately identified the problem. He stepped out to pick up a new transformer (with a breaker installed as this is why the transformer blew out to begin with) and had our furnace up and running in about an hour. Great knowledge and service.

Our initial contact was with Karen in the office. She so impressed us that we felt it advisable to consider them. Mike (an owner) arrived as expected, looked over everything, prepared an estimate and explained our options in great detail, including some very appealing financing options. We decided to go ahead and have the work done, and set up a schedule for installation. The installers arrived as scheduled, did a very professional job, were polite and even cleaned up before leaving !!

They came as an team. They were professional. They did the tune up and then they diagnosed a problem. They confirmed it to me, and the supervisor then reconfirmed. They were direct and honest about the situation. They offered a number of options of cost saving options, and elements on fixing the unit. They knew how to do the work.

They did something wrong but they did resolve it.  They were good.  They didn't hook up one of the components of the heating system, the 2nd stage. The day we had 30 inches of snows was when they solved it. It was taking two hours to get to temperature.

Mario was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Our 22+ year old HVAC unit was failing fast, and he got out to us very quickly. He went over everything and gave us several options. His price was excellent, and so is the quality of his work. He is very meticulous and wants to make sure you are completely happy with his job. It was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely use him again for any work that he is able to do!

I felt he was honest. He explained everything in detail. Nothing he could have done to be better. I think he done the best he could do. He was an expert in my opinion. You could see he has been in business for a while. He had people skills. He had manners. He was very professional. Quality is about the same. He explained between the best and the one he suggested. There is not that much difference. To me its the same. He was very prompt. He was right on time.

Contractor provided me with various options and explained the options clearly. Also, provided information on rebates offered from local electric and gas companies for installing units that meet energy efficient standards. Provided installation dates that worked for me. Arrived on the date of installation and completed the installation same day. Removed all old equipment and place was left clean. Provided end user demo of new system. It's been 3 weeks since install and everything is works great. Highly recommend this business.
