    My most recent trip within the past month was just for an oil change, and they rotated the tires while I was there. I have an older car and have been using this business for years on the recommendation of my parents. I tell people that if you can find a good dentist, and a good auto mechanic, it's a great thing! I have had to have my car towed there a few times. They give prompt service and they always manage to fix things correctly. Have brought things like a/c problems to them after having nightmares with dealerships (Brown-Daub), and they will fix things correctly or at the very least explain what is going on and will always respect your decisions on whether you want to proceed. They have also fixed cars quickly when I let them know, we were down to 1 car in the family at times. If you have ever met Lynn or his wife you will agree that you cannot find nicer people. Lynn's son Bob continues to do a great job in the same tradition started by his father. They keep up on things and you know they will try their best to help you. Bob's wife Wendy is a pleasure to deal with. Kris who also sets up appointments is also doing a great job.

    First I was quoted a monthly payment, then when I signed the papers it was $30 higher without any notice or explanation. When questioned, the salesman said he couldn't quite get the interest rate he originally thought. It was supposed to have a very good, remainder of factory warranty, to 100,000 miles and only had 27,000 on it, so I didn't get an "extended warranty" at the time. ONE MONTH in, something in the steering went wrong and it cost $600 to fix, of course it wasn't covered, which I didn't understand why and the VERY cocky, unprofessional salesman said, "it's your fault, you chose not to get the extended warranty". I was so ******. Like anyone knows what exactly is covered on any of these warranties. It said bumper to bumper and when questioned this same salesman told me it's an excellent warranty that will cover anything but normal wear.... not so I guess. I can understand the warranties somewhat, it is what it is but this cocky attitude salesman made me want to punch him right in his smug face. I'll NEVER shop here again!

    Very good experience. I was showed the underside of my vehicle for a full explanation of mechanical concerns. The shop is clean, organized and pleasant to be in. No inappropriate girly posters. It was a pleasant experience.

    They did a great job. They are professional. They have a well trained staff. The owner is in on the repairs. No objections. He came and picked me up, and dropped me off. They do have a sitting area, and it serves the purpose of the place.

    I have been taking my car there for about 2 years. Their scheduling is fine, never a problem. Communication with the staff is very good. They seem honest, you never know with car repairs.They did tell me to keep an eye on my brakes, they are getting to where they?re going to need serviced soon. The next time I go in will probably be in a week or two. I am going to have them do another oil change and work on the brakes.

    Excellent. This is my third car with them. They are pretty good with price. They basically explained what the car needs. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. They do exactly what they say they are going to do for the price, and in an timely manner.

    Oil changes, inspections. They are fair with their pricing. I leave my car there and come back and pick it up when it's done. They explained everything they had done. I've always been satisfied every time I've been there. The car was clean, they didn't dirty it up. They are fair, they know what they're doing, they explain what they are doing or have done, and if there is something I have taken it in for, they will call and let me know and get approval to do whatever else might need to be done.

    I had a good experience with them. The price of the car was good. I needed a reliable vehicle and they worked with me to get the financing and I've had no problems with the car. It was a good well-run car and so they sell quality vehicles.

    I dealt directly with the owner. They were great to deal with and they tailored the cars that they had for exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a car that was no longer going to be manufactured so they couldn't match it exactly but they matched the offer that I had created a custom for.

    On September 8, 2015 I ordered an exhaust system from Company is also known as Ground zero performance. It is now May of 2016 and they have not sent out the order. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of this company through email, phone, and facebook with no responses. I have read numerous reviews from other people stating that this company has done the exact same thing to them over the years.
