    The install when fine. No major problems with installation. My only problem was with the store. The store told me the installer would be able to hook up the Hot Water heater on Wed. But when the plumber called he said only install on Thursday and not on Wed like the store clerk told me. I wish it could have been installed sooner not later during the week. Installers for hot water heaters come from Philly, Pa. that is a long trip. They do not serve all of Monroe county(just the water heaters).

    This service is really a scam. I order their most expensive product that supposed to cover all appliances, heating and cooling and would replace if the repairs were more than value of applaince. After 5 months of paying My washer quit and the repairs would have been $ 800. They agreed to pay $41.50!!! Would not replace it. They didn'the even pay one months worth. I would never do business with people again. Read ALL of the small print.

    This company is terrible. Their prices are high and they want full payment on the job up front. I understand why a company wants to get paid when they need to special order parts and generally I don't have an issue with that. But according to the company, the parts were continuously back-ordered. It took four weeks to schedule a service appointment. When we finally scheduled a day, the company did not show up to perform the work in the time period they gave me. Another day was set and we still waited several hours and called the company in the last fifteen minutes of the schedule time to make sure they would be there.
     I wouldn't recommend this company at all as they are totally unprofessional.

    I called them and he didn't come the first day. He came the next day and looked at the appliance and didn't do any work. Said that I needed a control board and did not know how much it would cost. I gave him the $205 and it said I owed him a balance. Since then, I have been calling him and he keeps telling me he will be there next week. He has now wiped himself off the face of the earth and I do not know how to contact him.

    I called about my dishwasher not working back in late November. Was called back promptly (within a day or two) and he told me what he thought the problem was. I responded that I had recently replaced that part myself, and would try it again and get back to him if it didn't fix the problem. It did not, so I called back and left a message. I never heard back, so I called a second time, just in case I forgot to leave my number the first time. Never heard back.
    From the reviews it seems like he's a highly respected service provider, which is why I called him in the first place. I don't know if he didn't have the knowledge to fix my machine, or what the problem was. But a phone call back to say, "Hey, I can't do this" or even "Hey, I don't want your business" would have been nice.
    In any case, I'm giving him "D" instead of "F" because he did call me back the first time.

    I knew exactly what was wrong with my oven. I called to make an appointment for a technician to come out and told the receptionist what was wrong. I was told that there would have to be a diagnostic visit that I would be charged for, even if I did not elect to have them perform the service. I do not recall the fee, but i think it was about $80. I was able to schedule an appointment a few days after my call, at a time convenient to me. The technician came and poked around for a good 20 minutes or so, then told me that it was the oven ignition. The cost for the repair would be over $300 (I do not remember the exact amount). Of course I needed the oven fixed and I was already into the company for the diagnostic visit so I told him to go ahead. I should mention here that this Hotpoint range cost about $500 just 4-5 years ago, so it wasn't very old. He fixed it, it worked, and he left. I called the company to complain. They called me back to say that he calculated incorrectly and they owed me $66. They did send a check, but the repair still cost more than $250. The part costs about $80. That's just a rip off. Never again.

    This was a great experience. I gave him call and he was able to diagnose the problem was over the phone. He had great candor and was very knowledgable. He advised to get a new one. I plan on holding onto his information for future use.

    Could not have gone better. In the first instance, I accidentally got a small piece of paper towel in the washer, blocking the water output and causing the machine to s*** water. Tony found the blockage, and also checked the whole machine for me.
    In the most recent service call, as it turned out the whole drum unit is going bad, causing a loud banging when the washer spins.
    Tony advised me that it would not be worth it to repair and that I could still use the machine if I didn't mind the noise, giving me
    time to shop for a new one. I was only charged for the service call.
    In both cases, he arrived within one to two days of my call and was prompt, personable and his expertise is admirable.I have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone.

    I called the company on April 8th to set up a time for a repairman to service my washing machine because it wasn't draining. I specifically told the person on the phone that the pump was broken. She stated that there could be many reasons that a washer wouldn't drain. I stated that I took the washer apart and found that the pump was broken. I set up a time for the serviceman to come on Friday, as I was going out of town. This gave them three days to make sure that they had the correct part, or to call me back for more information. The repairman showed up on Friday and when I handed him the broken pump, he verified that it was, indeed, broken. He didn't have a replacement part and couldn't get one until at least Monday. He charged me $39.95 for doing absolutely nothing. I called a parts store, ran up and got the part myself, and had the washing machine repaired in 20 minutes. I prefer to have a professional do this type of work, but I couldn't wait another three days.
