    McIntyre's Tree Service, LLC
McIntyres was great. Very good communication. He came for a quote, gave me price, and set a date. The price never changed and he showed up exactly when he said he would. I have a challenging neighbor and he handled a almost very tense situation well. The crew worked hard, cleaned up well, and did a great job.

    Alan Krieg Tree Care
A massive oak tree in the back of the property had large limbs overhanging my home and garage, posing a threat to both structures. Alan and his crew determined the degree of cutting and trimming to be done and carried out the process flawlessly, removing the dangerous branches while being careful to leave the tree viable for a healthy and disease-free lifespan. Alan's expertise ensured safety to nearby structures, preservation of the tree and squeaky clean completion at the end of the job.

    A Perfect Edge Landscaping LLC
Eric was polite, meticulous and reliable. He had my estimate to me in one day and the work was done in 2 days start to finish. No mess and no delays. My yard looks great and the price was right! Looking forward to future landscaping projects.

    Alan Krieg Tree Care
From the day he Alan came out and gave us a free estimate, to the day he was done with the job, he was a professional. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He and his crew came to our property, did an extremely beautiful job in a very timely manner, and was a pleasure to do business with. They cleaned up everything when they were finished, right to the last leaf and piece of sawdust. We will definitely be using Alan again in the future with all of our tree needs... A definite A+!

I got my money's worth as it met what I needed to get done.
Did a nice job walling (prevent growing towards my house) and trimming the 2 maples that wanted to keep to shade house. Crew showed up and did partial job before July 4th and competed after the holiday.
Difference between A work versus B work ( and missed opportunity for them for more $ - as I usually tip for A work about $50-$100):
Left large branches in the yard before the holiday (good thing hand no plans for the holiday in our yard.)
Asked for some brush to be removed, but crew showed no interest in that work - which ok, as these folk are tree cutters, not brush pile removers.
After holiday cut down most of remaining trees, but left large stumps at fence height.  Said not able to, as being grown into fence so could not do it and said will not grow back.  Again minor, but only one of the stumps slightly grown into the fence, could have taken it out.
I like what they did do, would use again, but will be very specific about what needed/expect before the quote.

    Alan Krieg Tree Care
Mr. Krieg arrived within 24 hours to assess the task of removal of limbs from two larger oak trees, whose branches caused wear and tear on shingles and an imminent threat, during storms or heavy snow, of collapse onto the structure.
Within 72 hours, Alan arrived to remove the hazard by climbing the tree and manually stabilizing the limbs with ropes, an impressive feat, considering there was no vehicle access to the location. Area was thoroughly cleaned.
I believe that I was charged a fair price for the work, considering time, effort, and obvious hazards associated with the job.
Receipts and photographic documentation were voluntarily submitted by Krieg for the insurance company, an extra consideration for which we owe a debt of gratitude.

    The Lawn Care Co
I've been out of town so I haven't seen what they did. From all indications they were there for me. They came when they said they would, gave me a price when they said and started the work when they said. So far we are good. I'll see the work this afternoon. They were nice and responsive. They said they would have a quote in 2 or 3 days and they did. They were helpful and answered all my questions. I have no complaints. I am very happy.

    Grasshopper Lawns Inc
This is the first lawn care service we've used since purchasing the house in 2010. We had weeds when we first purchased the house but since then we have more weeds than grass. We also have several different types of weeds including chickweed, broadleaf weeds like dandelions, carpet weeds, Purslane, creeping Charlie, and prickly thistle just to name a few. We tried treating weeds with a name brand weed and feed w/ spreader which did nothing. After four weeks there was no change. Because of the amount of weeds a little success we looked into having the yard professionally treated. We had estimates from three companies and Grasshoppers came in 2nd as far as prices. We decided to go with them because they had a plan which included 7 steps all throughout the year including a fall lime treatment. After our first treatment our dandelions have all withered away and many of the other weeds are starting to wither as well. I'm very satisfied with how quickly the first application started to work.
Another reason why we choose to go with Grasshoppers over other companies is because have very little free time and Grasshoppers if very self-sufficient. I called for an estimate and within 3 days a representative had already been to my house and left a quote on our door handle. We also don't need to be here for the treatments and I'm able to pay the bill (which is also left on my door handle) on their website. I don't have time to chase vendors down so I love that they do what they need to do without me overseeing anything. One thing I was concerned about is that they might not get the weeds on the outside of my fence, near gardens, or in a stone water runoff we have. But they defiantly have been treated because those weeds are also starting to whither. For anyone who wants to have a great looking lawn  but doesn't have the time to do it I would highly recommend using this company. Also just as a side note the upfront cost for us to do our own lawn treatment was $60, $30 was for the spreader, $30 for weed and seed. The grub treatment alone was $45. So really it does pay to have someone else do it.

Peter Tayoun came to give me an estimate. Which I approved. He said the work would begin either at the end of the week or early the next week. His men showed-up at the end of the week.
His team did a great job! They are hard workers, worked all day and were finished late in the day. They cleaned-up all debris and left my yard and my neighbors yard in great condition.
I would recommend Northeastern Tree to anyone. I was very happy with their work.

Paradise Landscaping are on the expensive side. They did a very good job and they explained things to me. The quality of the work was good. They were very friendly and professional and they talked about different ways of doing things and made suggestions. I would use them again for maintenance although they are a distant from me so I may try and find someone locally because I have very little upkeep.
