    MK Remodeling Inc
It was totally awesome, Mike and his sons were very responsive to our requests, brought any concerns to us before they became big issues, and made the entire process very easy to tolerate. Mike even took us to a cabinet specialist to choose our style, we found things we didn't even know existed. It's hard going without your kitchen but theses guys were not only professional but fun to work with. Working on getting the bathroom done next by MK Remodeling. I would highly recommend.

My master bedroom closet had never been finished; it was open to the eaves and the rafters.  Jim hung drywall, moving the wiring and site of the electrical fixture to accommodate it, and installed baseboard and a hinged panel to cover the attic access.  He left it all ready-to-paint, as I asked.  It's a tremendous improvement on the mess that I started with.  The job took several days, but every day he left the master bedroom neat as a pin so that I could continue to use it myself.  He was also very communicative about what he was doing and why and always made sure that I was okay with the plan when the inevitable changes cropped up.  Solid work from a good handyman; would use again!

    McCarthy Brothers Carpentry Inc
Joe and his brother arrived within the window of time that he had promised. They set up quickly, reviewed the work to be done, and then performed the work in an efficient manner. They had all the necessary materials and tools and were cautious in collecting nails and screws so that motorcycles in the shed wouldn't end up with flats. They answered any question I had and cleaned up before they left. We had originally considered planing the bottom of the main shed doors but, at this time, that didn't appear to be necessary. If I need it in the future, Joe said he would return to take care of it. The McCarthy Brothers were professional, their work precise, and their price reasonable. Plus, the 5% off for Angie's List customers was a plus. :)

Damon replaced a custom window and the housing around it in our foyer, replaced the wood panels next to the screen door (wood was rotting out). He also installed an attic fan.  From what I could tell he was not comfortable doing the roofing work alone and had a sub contractor help with the installation. Damon worked with him every step of the fan install to insure the job was done right.  I was very happy with the end results and was even more please when Damon came back a week later to insure everything was correct and touch up the flashing around the door and window.

Hands down Damon is my first choice.

Victor and his team got us out of a bind during a house sake when days before closing the bank demanded some repairs. They were able to get in there quickly and even worked over the weekend to get it done in time for our closing. We accidentally gave them the wrong keys which delayed their start and they handled it very professionally ( even when I insisted they had the right keys, oops!). They really helped us when we needed it during a high stress situation.

They were great from start to finish; helped out with everything form getting plans drawn to permits and going over in detail steps that would be taken with the project. Great with my family and dog who were around  the house while the work was being done. They were very communicative during the process. and check up when finished to make sure we were happy with everything that was done.
We were happy to work with them and would love to have them do some other things that need to be replace and worked on.

    Executive Builders, Remodelers
Overall, we were very pleased with the end product. Executive's owner Steve Varrasse was very professional and courteous from the initial pre-construction discussion. Executive ensured all permits were pulled prior to construction, I know because I called and corroborated with the township's L&I board the day before work began. Executive's team was wonderful onsite. They were all professional, courteous, well spoken, knowledgeable and clean (well as clean as a construction site can be). I especially enjoyed having the project manager, Gene White, who was a pleasure to work with. He kept us abreast on all important updates, change orders and scheduling. Oliver (carpenter) and James (plumber) were also great. Oliver is very knowledgeable and great at what he does, I can't say enough good things about him. Executives subcontractors were great too. We felt good about the electrician's and painters' work. The final product was quality, we have no complaints.  I will definitely use Executive for my future home construction and remodeling.

As stated above the work couldn't have been done - they are perfectionist and their work is done with no mess to clean afterwards. There's no one better than the McCarthy's for construction work needed. They even came on a weekend to meet my deadline. What more can I say?! Thank you!!!

    CMT General Contractors Inc
CMT remodeled our outdated sun room and down stairs bathroom.  They removed all the old painted paneling and trim, replaced it with drywall and all new molding around all of the windows and doors.  They removed an old existing kitchen window and created a pass through which makes the space feel much more open.  They installed new ceiling lighting and a ceiling fan which makes  the room look modern.  The bathroom was dry walled and fitted out with a new toilet, vanity, light fixture, electric vent and ceramic tile floor.
Vic and Tim suggested some really great ideas like adding crown molding, a french door and custom made baseboard heating covers which really added the finishing touches to the remodel. CMT handled all aspects of the remodel including carpentry, plumbing, electric, and painting. The job was done on time and on budget.  We are completely thrilled with the remodel and overall experience.
Vic and Tim really care about their work and home owners complete satisfaction. These are guys you can trust in your home and we are asking them to remodel our kitchen next. Great job!

    D. Sheerin General Contractor
We recently purchased a home in Drexel Hill and had the window of opportunity to complete a few renovations before we moved in.  I had interviewed several contractors for the work and felt most comfortable with Desmond.  He was the only contractor that took pictures during the estimate walk through, spent time with conversation to understand the scope of work, level of finishes, and the time frame that I was comfortable with.
After I had received a few different bids I called him back and talked about what could be removed to fit within my target budget.  Yet again he was the only contractor that was willing to put in the front end effort of working towards a price that made me feel comfortable in going forward.
After we had contracted, Desmond kept in touch with me almost daily via phone or text message for questions, pictures, or to discuss the upcoming week's timeline.  The sub-contractors that he hired for specialty work did a fantastic job as well.  Having met a few myself they were all friendly, clean cut, and hard working people.  Overall we were very happy with their work and have been enjoying the finished project for a few months now.
I would recommend Desmond and his sub contractors to anyone looking for home renovation work that wants an honest, fairly priced, and reasonable team.  Thank you again Desmond; we're enjoying everything you did for us!
