  I found Rose's professionalism and understanding of my needs and design preferences outstanding.  In the past she has also done my livingroom treatments as well as blinds in the diningroom.
  Rose brought out fabrics and took a great deal of time to help me select the right fabric for this room.  It was a huge project and everything was done in a timely fashion.  Rose also provided a very professional installer and stayed on site while the installation took place.  I am extremely pleased with the window treatments and will definitely use her for all future projects of this nature.

  This is the third time I have used John for Window treatments, he has done numerous rooms in my house. From start to finish it is always a pleasant experience. He immediately got of feel for my and quot;styleand quot; and never tried to convince me of something I didn't want. He has given great suggestions when I'm not exactly sure of what I want (such as this time with the luminette sheers and the soft shades.) He has never tried to steer me in a more expensive direction, he lets me know if one idea is much more expensive than another. He has a great eye for what combinations work together. I am happy with every room he has done and the choices we have made. He is very prompt with setting up an appointment and getting everything installed once it's ready (which is also pretty quick). I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

  It was great.  Everything was handled professionally from day one.  We  were so impressed with John's knowledge and professionalism as well as his installers. They were great.  Another aspect was that we didn't have to contact them to find out the status but John kept in touch to keep up up-dated on the progress and the completion and delivery dates.  When they were scheduled to come out, we received at least two calls verifying and letting us know they were on the way and the expected time of arrival.  We have contracted with the company to perform a major reupholstering project for us based on their performance with the shades.

  Good. They came out right away to take measurements and provide an estimate. Once ordered, they took a little longer than I would have liked to be ready, but not unreasonable. Installation was quick and easy. The blinds look great.

  Biggest mistake was that we trusted his judgement based on 25 years of experience listed on business card. Did not do through homework or looked at actual samples. Plastic Vertical Blinds are inferior to what we had in all aspects, including manual operations to open and close. Should have advised not to replace existing product from Sears with plastic blinds. Look and feel is not the same. In addition Patio door blinds are either either 1/8"-1/4" too long or hung 1/8"-1/4" too low. HunterDouglas Honeycomb shades finish is like it is seconds (irregular) product. Duette Honeycomb shades, one that work two ways, top up/down and bottom up/down, in in Master Bathroom strings were getting tangled up with each as installed initially. Had to be re-cut and re-installed correctly. Similar shades for two Study Room windows should have been one piece not two separate shades the way they are. Two out of four strings get tangled-up. To resolve string tangling issue, shades were moved to left and right. One was moved to right little too much compared to move to left. You can see uneven distance between shades bad two windows center support (divider). Not a good solution. Should have installed single shade for two windows. In addition, installation can occur only on weekends, not weekdays. We had to clean-up all derbies from shades and blinds and on top of it 3 SCREWS WERE STUCK IN BETWEEN UPPER AND LOWER WINDOWS THAT I HAD TO FIND WAY TO REMOVE! Since we had no issues with initial Window Covers from Sears. Good advise and installation we expected similar service from person in the business for over 25 years. We also need to take a blame for not understanding what measurements he took, how he would install, and how it should be installed. Now we know how he should have done, but it is too late!
