    Bella's Bath House
I told her that it took 3 & 1/2 to 4 hours to do my dog but she said she could do it 2-2/12. It eneded up being about 4 hours. And she cut/shaved my dog behind his left ear to where it lead to him bleeding and then an infection 2 days later. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!!

    Robbye's Gentle Groomers
I have used Robbye's Gentle Groomer for 17 years, my dog as a puppy and we continued with our second dog who is now 1 years old.  I believe Robbye's is the best place, and Stacey is one of our favorite groomers, and more like a part of our family.

    Old English Grooming
When I got there, there were several dogs there already. I had to wait along with the person ahead of me for someone to get free to wait on us. There were 3 people there that I saw. The first one was washing a dog in the room that we walked into, there was someone in the back brushing out a dog on a table, and the 3rd one was finishing up with something. In that room there were around 9 crates total and 3 or 4 crates were designated for drying the dogs. They had several big tubes blowing air at them.
My first instinct was to turn around and walk out. However, after reading reviews on your site about this business that seemed to be positive, I stayed. My dog was pretty freaked out.
The owner was the one that greeted us. She was nice but seemed a little frazzled. She introduced herself to our dog and then put him in a crate and came back to me. I don't know how long they kept him in there before getting to him. They told me that he should be done in 4 hours and that they would call me when they were done. I dropped him off at 8:30 am. I called them back at 1:30 -2 to see if he was done because I had not heard back from them and they told me I could come get him at that time.
I think they overbooked themselves. There was a person ahead of me that was picking up her dog. At first I didn't recognize which one was our dog. There was another there just like him. Our dog looked a little tramatized or that he had been scolded.
I had previously taken our dog to Pet Smart. For a full grooming, it cost about $69 there. At Old English Groomers, for the same grooming, it cost me $104.They did not tell me how much it would be and prices were not on the internet. I was figuring it would be comparable within $20 or so.
Pet Smart keeps there facility pretty clean. At Old English Groomers, it did not look like cleaning was a priority, it smelled awful and looked filthy. It was cold that day and I didn't like how the washing sink was right inside the door. Having a sink in the back room would make more sense to me.
Our dog looked great and felt great. He was so soft. I found that after we had gotten home, that they must have used some sort of oil because I almost took a tumble where he had been laying on the kitchen floor. It was very slippery.
I would not take my dog back there because of their appearance and the price. We have a poodle mix and we need to have him groomed every 6 weeks or so and that price would be too much to put out. I think prices should be posted somewhere. There isn't a website for this business and their FB page is not update frequently. My hand written receipt stated and quot;groomedand quot;, but no other information. I would have liked to have seen what exactly was done and the charge. (A more itemized receipt)
    Thank you.

    Holiday House Pet Resort
Originally I wrote a somewhat negative review for Holiday House. I received a call from them recently, to make good on what went wrong about dogs not being able to bring bedding and or toys. The help that took my dogs in apparently didn't understand that dogs can bring items from home. My dogs are my very spoiled fur kids, so it did upset me when I was told they couldn't have their things. I am very happy to hear that it was only a misunderstanding.
I've never heard of a business calling to "make it right" so I give them a big thumbs up for that. I will definitely be bringing them back. And the owner was pretty awesome for offering a grooming for them. And I can say that I will feel 100% more comfortable about bringing them back if we ever need to kennel them again.

My dog Emma has very long nail quicks and had been traumatized by getting cut with nail clippers many times in the past. Her nails used to bleed and take a while to stop. This does NOT happen at the Picture Perfect Pet Salon because Jessica and Bill cut her nails with a dremel instead. They have worked with Emma over the past several months to get her more used to the process. At first she struggled so much that it was an aerobic workout for Bill to hold her still, but now she actually appears to like going there. Jessica and Bill make a great team, are caring with my two pugs, know how to hold them properly, and are very welcoming of all the animals into their salon space. They have given me good advice about a health question I asked. They charge a very reasonable price for the quick and professional service they provide. Highly recommended!

I am actually going here tonight to have my dog groomed. They are really good. The price varies depending on if you have their teeth cleaned or what not. They are reasonable and I enjoy going to them.

They are always prompt and professional. Their reception area is kept very clean. My dog does not like going to the groomer but they are very good with her.
