AMr. Contractor IncWe were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. AMr. Contractor IncKen. S and his team repaired and rehabbed my top and inner porch roofs on 12/21-22/20. This included: repointing the outer facade brick wall, drilling down to the inner brick wall along the top roof's edge to then seal it tightly, sealing along the top roof, insulating the bay windows, re-sealing the inner porch roof, and replacing the second-floor bay with new protective siding. The rotating team of 4-6 men were efficient, swift, cooperative, unobtrusive (I'm working from home and I was undisturbed), polite and (most appreciated) CLEAN. They left not a speck of debris behind either day (despite the considerable amount that was produced from the mini-demolition). Ken came by on both days to check on the progress of the work and consult with me to see if I had any questions. The ultimate test would be how well would the inner porch roof keep out rain. Not a single drop has come through---even during an overnight deluge! I've worked with Ken before and I cannot sing his praises more. His teams simply do EXCELLENT work. The cost was very reasonable and worth every dollar. Ken will continue to have my business for future home projects, and I highly recommend him and any team he sends.- Tamara P.

AI had water slowly coming in my basement for about a month. After getting a few quotes, I went with Down Under Waterproofing. Walt, Max and crew were fantastic. They explained every step that had to be performed, arrived when they said they would and did the job right. I would most definitely use them again. Thank you for all of your hard work and honesty.

AGREAT! Contacted 5 different companies to pave stone driveway and rear apron, approx 2800 sq ft. 3 responded and provided estimates. 3 different square foot estimates and costs. Productive was closest to true sq ft. Came out and made suggestions to improve final product and provided info on contract. They followed up with me to see if I had obtained my zoning permit and if I had made a decision. I mentioned that certain items we discussed were not noted in the contract. He came over and added the info to the contract. They arrived when scheduled, lined out the project, suggested and made improvements to layout. Job was better than expected. They water tested before completion to make sure all water drains away from house and to expected locations. Recent heavy rains have confirmed quality of work. Respectful staff to my property and the neighbors. I recommend them. The price they quoted on contract was the price we paid. Very pleased with them and the completed project. A week later, another company did a driveway on our block. My wife saw their work and commented “I’m glad that we chose the Productive to do our drive rather then this other company”.

AMy house is nearly 100 years old with a stone foundation, and it sits at a high water table. With most significant rains, I would get some level of dampness in my basement at the floor and exterior walls. I also wanted the original cast iron sewer pipe replaced since they would be working in that area. When Steve Custus came to review the project, he was very thorough in answering my many questions about the GrateDrain system, his proposed design, what I could expect for the timeline to begin and be completed, and his role throughout; I appreciated receiving the proposal and pricing immediately. Rather than just spot-reparging the old house basement walls, he suggested using a vapor barrier to tie into the system, which would also greatly improve the appearance – awesome! He also suggested I have the oil line moved prior to their work starting so it wouldn't be damaged. This level of forethought was super. I then spent some time reviewing, researching and finding additional questions, which Steve addressed in a future call. Jose, Miles and their crew were on time to begin and they were very careful to keep my house neat as they worked. They provided regular updates and answered my questions and requests as they arose, all with a friendly demeanor. After the first night when we discovered water still rising in one area, they worked to shift the system design to handle that area. Jose went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the result. The tech returned within a couple weeks to reattach my laundry sink since the concrete in that area needed to cure first. He also addressed a couple questions I had. I'm thrilled that the system performed beautifully as the remnants of Zeta came through - for the first time since I've owned the house, there was no water in my basement!

AWonderful experience! Chris Natalini was very professional. He gave us a fair estimate and he impressed us with his knowledge and ability to explain everything. The crew worked hard and was courteous. The jobs were completed quickly and on time. Chris was here most of the time and either did or supervised the work. The cement work looks great and we're very pleased. Everything was cleaned up well. Top soil and grass seed were planted in necessary areas. We would definitely hire Chris Natalini and Masonry Inc for future projects.

Michael came to my home, assessed the damage to my home, gave me the recommendation to have my crumbling stucco replaced with another material, and did not charge me for his time. I followed his advice and my problem was solved for much less money than it would have cost to repair the stucco, which would have to be repaired on a regular basis. AI called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application. Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough.
