  • I have never had a better experience at a car dealership! Usually when you think of salesman at a car dealership you think of heavy sales pitches, unwanted attention, and a fight to get the deal through to the end under the same terms originally agreed upon. Not here! The salesman that helped me, Greg Salerno, was simply the best. Very knowledgable and not pushy whatsoever. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience and would recommend both him and this dealership to anyone I know looking to not only purchase but to have service done after. And if the service wasn't enough.... I absolutely LOVE my new car!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

  • I used to go every 3 months for oil changes, and a yearly Inspection. I am moving out of the country here soon. They are very professional, and tell you what they are going to do. It is easy to get an appointment, and their prices are also very good.

  • It has gone up. It was $40, it used to be $20 something. I can get it cheaper through AAA, I just have to make an appointment. That doesn't work for me sometimes. For a woman going in, they don't take advantage of woman, which is great. I just feel like they're honest. They do tell you things that most people don't get done, like flushing your radiator every so many miles. They bring it up, but they're not pushy, which is great.

  • Date of accident - June 1, 2016; car was driveable; repair estimate - June 2, 2016; had to special order some of the parts. Dropped vehicle off on June 14, 2016; Promised date and delivered on June 17, 2016. Everything went smoothly as promised; No issues whatsoever.

  • On 10/21/2015 I took my s2000 in for state inspection.
    At that time the dealer ship mechanic put oil in my radiator overflow tank, and removed radiator fluid.
    The next time I drove the car I noticed steam coming from out of the engine. ( 1 week later) 11/1/2015 , the second time I drove the car the check engine light came on. 11/7/2015 I took it back to Roberts Honda, and was told that I needed to replace the engine, because there was an oil leak into the radiator fluid.
    ( The s2000 went out of production about 4 years ago, I drove my car only 500 miles in 2014,, there was nothing wrong with the car when I took it in for state inspection).
    Not trusting Roberts Honda, I had my car towed (11/12/2015) to A& G Transmissions in Thorndale, and asked them to replace the engine.( Cost of new engine is $10,000 parts, if you can find one.)
     A& G discovered the sabotage.( Oil in the radiator over flow tank, and connecting hoses ruined by the oil, NO oil was present in the engine radiator nor the remaining radiator fluid in the engine.,
     I contacted Roberts GM and explained the situation. (11/16/2015)
    The 11/17/2015 the Assistant service manager took me to A& G to pick up my s2000 and witnessed the sabotage that was done. The Assistant Service manager  proceeded to try to get me a refund for my cost of towing, and A&G repairs to my car ($500).
    Today (11/25/2015)I was told by Roberts Honda they would pay me for the towing and their mis-diagnosis of my engine problem. They said they did not sabotage my car.
    I have all the documents and parts to prove this statement.

  • They found a radiator leak in the engine block that could have cost me a lot of money, but they told me that it was covered by a Manufacturer's warrantee, so I got it fixed for free by the dealer. I wouldn't have known about the defect if they had not told me.

  • Excellent from start to finish.  Joe was very knowledgeable about sun exposure and greatly helped me in choosing the amount of tinting needed in my sunroom.

    He was also very courteous and tinted my sunroom windows in a timely manner very professionally.

    I most definitely will use Trek Glass Tinting again and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to others needing light filtration in their home.
