  • RUN RUN RUN PAST THIS PLACE. Do NOT stop to even browse
their inventory. It is not worth the hassle. You may be inclined to stop in
because of their story about being a family owned business, but they do not
exemplify the values and service that usually accompany such establishments.
We ordered a washer/ dryer and a refurbished refrigerator.
And they were great on the sales side. All smiles and nice, but when it came to
everything after we paid it was another story. First, the refurbished
refrigerator mysteriously needed a part two days before it was to be delivered.
Why that part couldn?t have been ordered and installed during the month that it
was in their store waiting for our house to be ready, I do not know. We ordered
the appliances in August, and when it came time to deliver in September (a full
month later) they had to push the delivery date back another week. That might
not have been a big deal but we were moving into a house that had none of these
appliances. And for some reason the part for the refrigerator also caused them
to not be able to deliver the wash/ dryer. So on the scheduled delivery date we
had 0 of the 3 appliances that were paid for a month in advance.
When delivery day finally came (a week late), they also
managed to deliver the dryer without the side vent as requested. Not only that,
but the delivery guy was rude to my wife, and the sales person was rude to me
when I called to sort the matter out. All they wanted to do was argue and
disavow any knowledge of the conversation about side venting the dryer. We only
looked at dryers that could be side vented. We walked into the store
stipulating that we only wanted to consider dryers that could be side vented
because we knew that it would be necessary for our laundry room. I requested
that they pay for the side venting because of all of the hassles and mix ups
that had accompanied these appliances. They refused. I walked them through the
sequence of events and detailed my frustrations, and they refused. No
consideration was given to me as the customer.
Not only that, but the water/ ice maker has not worked
refrigerator since they delivered it. Today it?s two weeks after the original
delivery date and someone has finally come to look at the refrigerator. We
found out from the appliance repairman that they kinked the hose during the
    installation/ delivery.
I?m keeping my fingers crossed that these appliances will
hold up as I want to avoid any further dealings with this company. They are not
what they claim to be on their website. They are a pure sales organization with
no consideration for their customers after the sale. I?m hoping that I do not
have to deal with them in the future as this has not been a good experience. It
has been the most frustrating ordeal. This is not what I thought would be involved
in ordering from a family business. I should have gone to Home Depot or Sears.

  • The store and sales service were OK - we used the store on R30 Frazer. No pressure in the store but not particularly helpful - just OK. However once we bought the appliances the trouble started - fridge/freezer delivered with a dented door - I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT and it is February !!!!! Numerous calls, emails etc and failed promises. Too boring and tedious to tell you all the details.

  • This was a great experience for us. Lowes was helpful in making sure that we purchased the accessories we'd need to have the appliances installed (i.e. washer hoses, dryer vent, etc.) The delivery guys showed up on time and took my washer and dryer up three floors without a problem. I would definitely purchase from this store again.

  • WHILE THE DELIVERY MAN WAS HERE TO DELIVER AND INSTALL THE OVEN, I HAPPENED TO ASK HIM A QUESTION ABOUT MY DISHWASHER. HE MADE THE REPAIR WITHOUT COST TO ME. I WANTED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO COMMEND HIM, BUT HE WANTED TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.

  • The delivery people threw the trash from our appliance all over the neighborhood. They strew the trash for about one mile. Home Depot did not answer my e-mail, or calls of complaint. The delivery people are sub-contractors of Home Depot, and I get the sense that Home Depot doesn't have a clue to who they are hiring to come into your home. Be very careful about the people they contract with-who knows if they can be trusted.

  • They did a good job. They were fine.

  • THE WASHING MACHINE WAS A WHIRLPOOL, SUPER CAPACITY PLUS, COMMERCIAL GRADE APPLIANCE. THEY DELIVERED IT AT NO CHARGE, BECAUSE IT WAS OVER $399. THEY EVEN HAULED AWAY THE OLD ONE.
