  • Plumber was punctual and called in advance. I had to coordinate with the township water company as they are the only ones who can shut off the water at the street. It was near end of day and the plumber was working under time constraints to finish the job before the water company workers went off duty or I would have been without water overnight. He finished the job in good time and cost a little over $100.

  • They broke up about 18 inches of concrete around the perimeter of our basement. They installed perforated pipe and stone in the drain area and hooked it up to two sump pumps. They even installed taps for dehumidifiers and condensate from the furnace. We had gotten three estimates and theirs was most complete as well as the lowest.  We received a lifetime warranty that is transferrable to the next owner.

  • I purchased a deal from Ben Franklin, $30 service call and $50 off any repair completed. Customer Service contacted me promptly to set up the appointment. I had water leaking into the basement. I suspected it was coming from  the master bath, but wasn't sure. Ron arrived promptly, quickly figured out the problem and gave me a price quote. After I accepted it, he got right to work and fixed the problem. The leak was indeed coming from  the master bath. The deal I purchased turned out to be pretty darned good. Saved money and got a quality repair.

  • The install process seemed to go very smoothly.  It took them a few days and the system was in.  There was a day training included that a technician walked me through the system and the thermostat.  I was very excited in my new home.  The whole winter went by smoothly, the heat pump did its job, and on colder days we fired up the wood stove to help it out.  Then spring/summer came around and it started getting warmer.  We attempted to turn on the air-conditioner to find that it did not function.  This was upsetting as it took a few days to get a technician out.  Once he came out, he didn't find any problems and had to schedule a follow up.  On the follow up the technician found a part "came lose" on the unit in the attic and he had to zip tie it down.  This concerned me that a single part could cause such an issue.  Later we got a call that a part was not working properly on my new unit and they had to maintenance on it again.  They came out and added oil to a motor piece that wasn't functioning properly in a lot of the new Trane units.  Obviously, again, another concern point that my new $16k HVAC had two calls upon it.  Since then though it has been functioning without a hitch, keeping my house nice and cool even on these extremely hot days.  The technicians were always nice and polite, very informative, and thorough.
    Now comes the sales process.  This is where I feel Haller can really improve.  I was sold into this new high efficiency heat pump system and re-doing duct work throughout the house.  It sounded great and it has been working after we got through some hiccups.  The salesman then said I'd get all these rebates because it is a high efficiency model, up to $600 in rebates.  I was very tickled to hear that as I'm doing a lot of other home improvement items and $600 can really help out.  Here I am writing a review almost a year later and I still have yet to get the rebates figured out even after contacting the salesman numerous times, his manager, and the office.  It is very disappointing that they will be on top of your call when you are looking to buy something, but then when the sale is done, it feels like they don't care anymore.  I was hoping a local company would be different, but I have been proven wrong.

  • It was done 100%! After a year I am so pleased with the shower. I tripped  a few months ago and knocked the glass slider off the tracks . I called them and they sent someone out the next day and put it back in and no cost. It is guaranteed for life. It took 2 days to complete. The whole process from ordering to measuring to installation and cleanup was as good as it could be. They even called me a few months later to see how I liked it.

  • ..I called in the morning and the very same day, John's son came in the afternoon.  He called and left me know he would be there approx. 45 minutes.  He arrived I think a little earlier.  Keaton Kline, was very courteous, helpful and very efficient.  He explained everything he was doing and took his time to do the best thorough cleaning that we have ever had.  Another company never took their time to get this job done right.  I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and relatives that may need this service. As I told him, you have a new customer!!!  We were extremely pleased with everything from setting the appointment to the final job.  Glad there are some great service people left!!!  Thank You!!

  • As a result of an October furnace inspection I was advised my existing furnace was leaking carbon monoxide.  This created an urgent situation as cold weather was fast approaching.  I was a long term customer of this HVAC contractor so I requested a quote and also requested a quote from two other sources.  FF Kling was the highest quote by 10% but due to my long history with them I gave them the nod. 

    Let me start the comments by saying the end result was pretty close to what I was expecting but the process of getting there was a little painful.  It seems this organization has different people with different skill sets.  The HVAC installation crew was painfully slow and the workmanship caused me to make several comments to the supervisor not onsite.  The hot water heater guy was fast, knowledgeable and I had absolutely no complaints about his efforts.

    Ultimately the problem areas were corrected and I am happy with the end result.  My one caution would be to keep an eye on their HVAC work as these guys didn't seem as knowledgeable.
