I'm taking my next car there on Sunday. I drop off in the morning and pick it up at night, done the same day. The guy at the desk is very professional. If they find things they call me. They'll call me before they fix anything. If they find something they let me know.

First let me tell you that I've done all the leg work and research for you, so dont waste your time looking at other installers- no need to go further. Bill is the best out there, and after getting 5 or so bids, his prices are very competitive and beat almost all of the others. His choice of materials is very high quality also, if not the best.
I wanted to keep the heat out of my house. Originally, I considered awnings, which actually would have been better for blocking heat, but the down side is an awnings block 40% of the view and are at least double the cost. So, I researched window films. There is a lot of conflicting opinions on it out there I got a few bids emailing 5 different installers. Bill sent out a few nice samples too.
I was going back and forth and was about to say the heck with it all after reading some negative information about window film on line. I called Bill, and without giving me any attitude or rushing me off the phone we talked about it. He patiently explained how window films work. I bet we talked for 15 or 20 minutes. Still a little skeptical, few days later he came by and demonstrated it in my house to my wife and I before installing the film. We said go ahead and install it after choosing the right films for our home.
He did our entire home in a day flawlessly. I precleaned the windows and house before he came out- being that we have 3 dogs and cats and hair is everywhere! He even replaced one window film where an obvious pet hair was unsightly, not being any fault of his own. The view out our windows is SO much prettier without all the glare, and it does a very good job keeping our home cooler!
I highly recommend Bill, and would have to say after having him and his 30 years of experience install our window film, you would be foolish and silly not to hire him.

They were prompt in getting the work completed. My experience with them was fine. Everything was done well. They're really honest and don't try to sell you things you don't need. They try to help you find the cheapest way to get stuff done.

Called the service manager who said that the $168 transmission service included only dropping the transmission pan and a change of the filter and fluid. He said it was unlikely that was the cause of the leak. He suggested that I use AAA to tow the car in to their shop. He took absolutely no responsibility for their work. I Brought the van into the dealer again and they said the transmission pan seal must have dried causing the pan to leak. Again taking no responsibility for their poor work.

I purchased a detailing job for my wife for Christmas as her car had gotten to the point where she was sick of it but didn't know where to start.
It had significant amounts of dog hair, was generally dirty, scratches on the exterior and the leather seating had ground in dirt, etc from the dogs.
When my wife got her car back it literally looked like new - scratches were gone, the

dog hair was gone, the leather was clean and supple - she is thrilled.
The service was professional and very personable. We will definitely go back again.

I have an '04 GMC Yukon that has shown the speedometer step motor issue that is well documented and well known. I first tried to schedule service through the Beans GMC website contact form, after 2+ days of no response I called in, I was told to 'stop in' the following Monday. (No apology for their website not working) Took the truck in on Monday, was informed that there would probably be a $95 diagnosis fee, to which I replied that the GM Bulletin didn't outline any charges for that. The checked the speedo and low and behold yes it is messed up, they wanted to schedule me to leave the truck overnight to the tune of $576. Again I stated that they needed to consult the bulletin and they stood fast. I told them I would wait. Paid their 1 hour labor rate, (takes less than 5 minutes to test the cluster) and left. I called the Chevy dealer I normally have service done with (GM states that for this speedo issue you must take the vehicle to a dealer of that make, I have a GMC so my Chevy dealer wasn't supposed to handle it per GM), I asked my dealer how much to fix the cluster? They would charge on the order of $450 or so. The service manager asked what had happened at Beans and I relayed my experience. She said sit tight. She called the regional rep, the regional rep had to call Beans Service 2 or perhaps 3 times to first outline they were out of line, and second to get them to call me and take care of it. Two to three days later Beans GMC Limerick called to schedule an appointment to hold my truck overnight to fix the cluster, I asked would the initial $101.23 cover the rest of the labor they said no, I would be charged an additional hour of labor. You could say I emphatically refused. I will in no way shape or form do business with anything related to Beans, it doesn't matter what flavor of car. Additionally, when it comes time to replace this truck there is a good chance we will go away from the GM brand altogether, (although my Chevy dealer has done a great job of showing what customer service is all about) In watching the service people interact with other customers they seem to like to try to push add on work, much more sales than service. The other thing that I find curious, were they hoping to get me to pay for the repair but also submit it for reimbursement per the bulletin?
