    I own a rental building and the tenants reported an electrical problem that involved a switching problem where when one apartment turned on hall light it turned off kitchen lights in other apartment. Mike contacted me for the tenants phone numbers and coordinated access to make necessary repairs. He called me when he arrived and called back later to tell me what he had done. This was my first experience with him and the problem was one that could have easily turned into a major bill. Mike did what was necessary to resolve the tenants issue at a very reasonable cost to me. I fully intent to use him again on any future needs and recommend him to friends in the area.

    It went perfect! He arrived on time and I received a call letting me know he was on the way. The faucet was changed, shut off installed and no mess for me to clean up afterward. Everyone else told me I had to replace the laundry tube which to me did not make sense. Mr. McNamara the service technician agreed with me. Thanks again for a great job.

    Eaddy's estimate was the most reasonable we received, so we went with them for asbestos tile removal in one of our upstairs bedrooms. In all communications, they were responsive and timely. They arrived on time for the estimate and work. They provided all proper documentation for our records, and they worked fast while easing our minds about such a deadly substance being removed from our home. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing asbestos removal.

    Jim Parker showed up for our appointment for an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate for coating my roof with the Gaco Silicone Roof Sealant and the flashing. Being disabled, I was trying to find an honest company to do the work-after speaking to Jimmy, I believe I found that company. Jimmy came back out, completed the work and I was very pleased with the results. It's nice to know there are good people still out there-if I ever needed anything, Jimmy said he would take care of it. A great company!!

    I have dealt with this Repair Service for Years, with Good Services! Dishwasher leaking water out the Rear, diagnosed by a Plumber as Supply. No Water in the Front or Floor, just straight Outside. Yesterday, I call in the Morning about 10, for a Repair, and am told I could be fit in, a Tech would call. I waited all day, Ignoring other jobs. I call at 5pm to find out if he's Coming. No Answer. I call at 8:30 am, and they tell me someone would call, I ask When, and it is within the Hour. Said the last guy Knocked on door, No One Home! 4 People, No Call, No Doorbell! He does call, and his 4 hour window is 11a-3p, thus I can do nothing all day. At 3p, I call for where he is, I am told 1 hour, he's at the job before me. Being that I was Abandoned the day before, It is vexing that I am Last Today! He calls at just before 4p, with None of the Information I left on the phone as to Directions or Parking. He looks under the Sink and sees leakage. Well, there's a Surprise! He comes up with this Plan to Refurbish the Whole machine-Sump Pump, all the guts, and the Front Gasket(it leaks out the Back!) At $600 something for a $400 , 4 year old,machine, I say that is Ridiculous! He is talking himself out of a Repair Job! He THEN looks Underneith. Shows me a Picture of a Valve that is leaking. Now it is $300, and he hasn't even looked at the back! I agree to just pay the $89 door fee, and ask if he will apply the Coupon I have. He needs to go to the Truck for something, I get my wallet. He drives off. I call CS/Main. He reports I was Irate and Cursed him out, so his company told him to Leave. I tell the CS rep that I am Not Dealing with them again! Reiterating all that transpired. 2 Days Wasted to NOT get a Repair!

    Manuel Sylvia was referred to me from a cabinet company where I purchased $18,000 worth of cabinets. They���re work was substandard. They butchered cabinets by drilling random holes ( as if the were assembling cabinets by trial and error). Manny���s workers unnecessarily and without permission cannibalized copper piping to sell as scrap ( when the piping didn���t require replacing or removal). They literally stripped the copper coil for distributing water to the refrigerator to sell as scap ( when they had no business even touching it, because they weren���t hired to touch anything remotely associated with the copper coil). I don���t think the general contractor ( Manny) pays his workers enough ( they looked like are probably on drugs). Manny would show up for 15 minuets in the morning and I wouldn���t see him the rest of the day. Manny brought in an electrician who set off an electrical explosion and later said in an email to the cabinet company that the electrician was ���my electrician ��� ( when I didn���t know the man from a can of paint, he lied). When I researched Manny Sylvia and Custom Contractors under the Pennsylvania Attorney General���s Home Contractor���s website, it doesn���t list him or his company as having a license or insurance. I am in the process of filing legal actions ( civil and criminal) actions against Manny Sylvia. Buyer or homeowner beware

    Review We hired Donald to remodel our bathroom for an in-law suite. This involved installing a glass shower, vanity, shower bench, a linen closet, and painting the adjacent bedroom. The job was abandoned after 3 weeks, although the deadline he promised us was 2 weeks (we would have accepted a month). As soon as 2/3rds of payment was collected for what he claimed was 2/3rds of the work, the job was abandoned (tools and supplies untouched). We were forced to chase him for responses. It was one excuse after the other (hurt knee, family emergency, ���sidetracked/overwhelmed.��� After the fourth no-show, we decided to terminate our business relationship. His team is comprised of his family members. From this experience, we learned the importance of incorporating a deadline into a contract. It is important to note that he told us he also works for SEARS installations. Donald knew that our parents were relying on the work to be done by the end of September in order to move in, but now we have to find someone else to finish the job.
