    Oil pressure warning light intermittently indicated loss of oil pressure. Separately, HVAC fan failed. Ramsey���s repair team identified oil pressure warning was a failed sensor (another garage could have told me anything) and replaced the sensor. In addition, they were able to identify fan as motor failure and installed new fan.

    It went great, he was honest with me and let me know it wasn't worth the cost to do the repairs. It's a honest place and you are assured to have your car repaired. They stand behind all their work. They have worked on this 1997 Geo Prizm since I had it and hopefully if I can, my future car to be. Following family tradition, my daughter brings her car to BJ.

    The total price of all the repairs I got done was $1,500. There isn’t really anything bad about them. The best part is they got it done quickly. I not sure about the price rating, compared to other prices; I really didn’t do a lot of shopping around. I just wanted to get it done, so I just let them do it. I don’t know if I could have gotten it done cheaper anywhere else or not.

    My daughter was having serious problems with her car. Once she got one thing fixed, something else would break. BJ, the owner, told my daughter that he did not want to keep taking money from her. He would recommend that she get a new car and she did. I have been dealing with this company for over forty-some years when his father had the business. He is a very diligent worker. BJ would stay there past closing time to work on your car and make sure it is done right. Generally, the price is the average price. He charges what the normal repair shops would charge.

    It went quite well, her previous car was giving her a lot of trouble and she needed a good highway car. She got the Altima which she loves. It was a great Saturday, they did everything possible to accommodate her. The showroom was packed with buyers. Everyone that day left in their new cars with smiles on their faces. They will bend over backwards to make sure you leave pleased with the deal you just made. She also takes her car for service there and they are great!

    Of course, it went great, we have been using Di Mascio for years and totally trust them. BJ is following his father Sonny's footsteps. Good quality service. He will even stay open late to finish your job. To him, customers come first.

    Absolutely fantastic. Scheduling an appointment is great with Ramsey. Pat, the office manager is prompt and follows up quickly on emails and setting appointments. I really appreciate that. My daughter told me it was the first time she didn't mind sitting and waiting for her car. "Everyone was so nice, mom" she said. She told me she was surprised they even vacuumed her car. That was a nice touch I noticed when I got my car serviced around the Christmas holidays. Finally, we've found a mechanic we trust that will do a great job and treat us respectfully in the process. Thank you Ramsey Services Team!

    I have never enjoyed taking my car to be serviced or repaired--until today.  Going to Ramsey's Service Center was a very pleasant experience.  I had a big deal coupon for an oil change.  Because it was also time for me to get my car inspected, I got that service too.  Turns out, I needed brakes in order to pass inspection--this was not a surprise because I guessed it was about time for them.
    Ramsey's Service Center, made me glad that I support small businesses!  The personal attention, respect and appreciation for the customer is something you don't see much with large retail franchises and companies.  It was nice to listen to all of the people coming into the shop--being greeted by name by the owner, Bob, or the service manager, Pat, and the customers doing likewise, discussing the holidays, vacation plans, etc.
    It was nice to have a one-to-one conversation with the owner (Bob) who explained what was going on with my car and what needed to be done to fix it.  There was a customer in before me, and listening to Bob explaining to her what she needed for her car, put me at ease right away.  While I definitely do not know my way around a car, I am smart enough to understand  thoughtful explanations and instructions and have always resented going to the franchises like Pep Boys where no one has time to really talk to the customer, to explain things.  This wasn't the case at Ramsey's.  Bob is soft spoken, but his professionalism and love for his job and respect for his customers speaks loudly!
    Also while waiting for my car to be serviced, I had a most delightful conversation with a long time customer of Ramsey's Service.
    I've been looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional mechanic that I could take my car to and not feel intimidated or afraid I was going to get taken to the car wash at the same time...and now I've found one!

    I have been going to them for about 3 years now. They do my yearly inspections. They are great guys. Their prices are fair. They are honest and trustworthy. I sent a lot of my friends from work to them as well. They find out what is wrong and they fix it. They don't try to add on or get every penny out of your pocket.

    I have had great dealings with him. He gave me tips on what to try to do. He is inexpensive and if he can do something for you, he will do it. I have never had any problems with him. Once it's done, it's done. He is very responsive. I had to call him when he was on vacation.
