  • Arrived on time. Very respectful of our house (i.e. they wore booties). Professional. Took the time to answer questions and provide some education. I had questions shortly after they left and they called right back to assist. Well worth the money to get all hooked up properly.

  • Good clean and cheerful people. They hooked me up with an Iphone. I took my old android told them I am looking to try Iphone. There was a nice lady she explained me what programs I should use and what plans I should have. Good service and good products. They showed me the phone and gave me a walk through.

  • Terrible. Dropped a phone off for a screen repair and was initially quoted $160 and told 3-5 days for repair. Phone was brand new, about 2mos old, in perfect working order minus the cracked screen. It was my son's and he was still using the phone but was growing tired of the touch screen being all messed up so we were getting it fixed. I called after 5 days to get the status and was told it had just come in the mail and they would work on it that evening. On 2 occasions I showed up personally for the phone and they said the screen had just come in and they hadn't had time to fix it. The 3rd time I was told the repair guy had quit and they were just backed up. A week later I was told that I still hadn't authorized them to order the screen, (I thought it came in twice already) and the price I was quoted wasn't accurate and it couldn't be done for less than $250. I said I would pick up the phone until I got the money. Sent my husband to pick up the phone and they could not find it. Next day they find it and we pick it up. About 2 days later my son's father gave him money to have it fixed, dropped it off again and again was told 3-5 days. Week later, I called and someone said to come get it the following day. The following day I send my husband over and again we are told one more day. This continues with the same nonsense about just getting in the screen for another week and a half. I mean, seriously, just be honest! 5 times we were told the screen"just got in that day".
    Still, liking to support small local business, I bit my tongue and waited. Finally, over a month after my initial drop off they call to say it is ready. Hallelujah....not....My son picked up the phone, put it in his pocket and drove to his father's house.He took the phone out of his pocket to make a call to me and the screen FELL OFF. After all that it wasn't properly installed. So he holds it together and is able to text me the problem. It is late Friday night so I tell him to call them first thing Sat morning. He does, and they apologize and say we will just get you another screen, bring it in Monday. I thought, "ok fair enough, at least they will re-fix it." (Never mind the fact that my son was without a phone for a month and I was still paying the bill...)  It was dropped off Monday. Later that day a woman called and told my son the phone was broken, and couldn't be repaired. She said he must have "did something to it". I assure you, no one "did something to it" It was a perfectly working phone prior to the run-around and the improperly attached screen. After getting nowhere I sent my father in law to pick up the now dead phone. SURPRISE! They couldn't find the phone. Are you kidding me? What a horribly run business that you can't even locate the customer's property on 4 separate occasions!The phone new was $599.00. The bill for cell service is over $50. The charges for the new screen were $250. This isn't spare change to me, we have a large family. When I politely asked if they would at least refund my money for the improperly done work, they refused and said they did their job, that it's not their fault we gave them a broken phone. I have records proving the phone worked absolutely fine before it got into their hands. I wrote them a detailed letter going over the situation and again asking for some sort of mutually agreeable way to resolve the situation. I have never received a reply. FYI I am usually a pushover and have never given a bad review ever in my life. I just can't believe how badly I was screwed over by these people and I don't want to see anyone else have to deal with the same. :(

  • Virus was eliminated. I was pleased with service and have had no issue since. There was no loss of data which was my biggest concern. Service took longer than expected partially due to weather. Our area was hit with a big snowstorm. Estimate was 2-3 days but took 7 days.

  • I called to make an appointment for my tattoo (which was my first). The person on the phone was very helpful in scheduling me an appointment (the same day!) and gave me a quote on the price from the description I gave. When I arrived with my friends (who were warmly welcomed) the artist drew up my tattoo from a description I gave. My tattoo was rather simple, but artwork from previous clients was displayed around the studio. The studio itself was warm and inviting with large chars to wait in. The tattoo artist was very profession and helpful. He explained the procedure and what he would be doing. The tattoo area was very clean and well lit. The artist opened all tattoo equipment and ink wells in from of me. After the tattoo was complete, the artist sent me home with detailed care instructions. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable, and the staff at Tattoo U was very helpful. I would strongly recommend Tattoo U to those looking to get a tattoo or body piercing.

  • He is the best, most efficient, dedicated computer repair and sales person in the area. After researching who to take it to, everyone in the area recommended him. He is now a great friend through his service to me as well as a great person to take your computer matters to for repair/replacement. He also communicated everything that he found and offered different solutions to choose from from repair/install/replace etc. Great guy to work with and he gets the job done for so much less. His smile is infectious and you can seriously tell this is a man of his word and honor. That is the kind of person anyone would want in their corner and to bring your computers problems. Exceptional service, very reasonable in price, with superior personality and confidence. Great Man!!! He is my hero!
