Excellent! How refreshing it is to deal with a plumber with great experince, knowledge, strong work ethic, and old school professionalism! Answers or returns calls promptly, shows up on time, and does excellent work at a very reasonable price. I recommend Mike Nole Plumbing without hesitation!.

AMAZING COMPANY!! Very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up in our driveway within 45 minutes of initial call. We were having issues with a backup into our home and another company blew us off for 2+weeks. They not only pumped out the beyond full septic tank, but found an issue causing the backup and cleared everything out to avoid future issues/repairs. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them the next time we need anything septic related.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

The Technician was scheduled to arrive between  2:00  and 4:00.  He arrived at 2:00.

The Tech removed the drain and cleaned all the plumbers putty from around the drain area.  Used clear silicon to seal the drain.

He noticed that the drains was not full tighten and was not sitting flush with the shower liner.

    J&B Repair
Jim returned my call quickly and came to see the job when general contractors would not even talk to me. The job was too small. Jim explained why my original idea would not work in my kitchen. They completed both jobs making adjustments where the needs of our older home required it.

technician knew what he was doing, got right to the problem in about 10 minutes. Only took a few minutes to fix it. A+ for that.

My only issue was with the billing policy of "billed at hourly rate for any part of an hour" which is the reason for the C on pricing and B overall.  I wouldn't have refused the service if I had been told that up front since we were without hot water for two days but it is insane to have to pay for a whole hour when the service didn't take more than 20 minutes.

They said they'd be there at a certain time, and they were right on time. They had an idea of what type of pump I needed and had it on hand. They also pumped all the alge out of my line and it's working just fine now.

    TOM THOMAS PLUMBING & HEATING
Obviously no one wants to have something that is broken or not working in their home, but its good to know there are people like this in our area to fix them. I really couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We have an older home with some plumbing that is galvanized steel and our second floor bathroom sink was completely blocked. Tom returned my call promptly and came to our home the following day to assess/complete the work. The two plumbers were very good with explaining the problems and offered the solutions to fix them.  They were able to clear the blocked area and replace the old galvanized pipe in the basement with PVC. The rest of the work we needed was to install two outdoor hose bibbs and assess a problem we had with our sump pump. The bibbs were installed in a short amount of time and they determined the sump pump needed a new check valve.  I was able to replace the defective valve myself without any problems and the pump now works fine. Overall, it was a good experience and I will call again when I need plumbing work done in the future.

    Eternal Dry
The service was alright. The only problem I had was with the finishing work with the cement. The cement did not end up very smooth.  The finishing was not very neat. The price was great which is why we went with them. They were also on time and did it when he said he would. So far, the sump pumps seem to be working but we have not had a rainy season yet to test them.

Carl Krasavage and Sons Plumbing and Heating
I had a frozen heating pipe. It's extremely cold today and I was very worried about the pipe bursting. Emil and Matt came, got right to work, and had the problem solved in no time. Great workers; I highly recommend them!

The plumber was pleasant and professional. However, I think that $100 per hour labor charge is a little excessive. I have a Master's degree and I don't make $100 an hour. Maybe I'm in the wrong business....maybe I should have been a plumber...
