    Nicklas Supply
I would like to recognize Sales Associate, Mr. Steve Vazquez at Nicklas Supply for his professionalism and expertise. His help for me today was amazing and extremely appreciated. I am indebted to him and very thankful, he solved my problem in five minutes what two Home Depots and many phones calls could not over three days. He should be employee of the YEAR! Most Sincerely, James Lucot Jr.

    Choice Home Warranty
For this particular case, I placed a request at night and first thing in the morning a service technician was assigned. I got an email notification with the details as well as a phone call from Choice followed by a call from the service technician company to schedule. Luckily they came over a Sunday. He knew his stuff and within 30 mins figured next steps. A major part needed replaced. He checked with Choice and they approved - no push back or haggle. I want to start by saying I have tried many home warranty companies (AHS, Total, etc) in the past few years, but Choice Home Warranty is my favorite! They deliver every time. There are times when they did not agree to a fix but that was because I had not read the contract properly. Also while service is decent best of all their premiums and deductibles are the lowest in the industry. I love CHW!!!

Mike came to our door very nice and polite man. Went downstairs in our basement to find that the vent work for our a/c unit was leaking. Mike told us that it was normal for our a/c ducts to this witch was called sweating. The problem cleared up in a few days. Mike did not even charge us. Thanks to him we dont have to worry if that ever happens again. I would highly recommend this company.

Zero. WARNING DO NOT CALL THEM. This is the first time I ever posted a review of anything. Please do not call this company. Save yourself the aggravation and the complete unprofessional and total disregard for any level of business ethics. The worst experience I ever had with any service company ever. I wish I never called them.

WE tried to replace the bathroom faucet with a new one because the drain broke apart. Well... that didn't go to well?!!!. The leak from the bathroom plumbing escalated. Not only was the original drain cracked we believe all the plumbing and now the new faucet was faulty.. after several e mail messages and speaking with Bob, I got an appointment for that day... Rob came out asset the situation, took most of the plumbing apart and replaced it with new and BETTER parts than was originally installed. So lesson learned ... don't try to attempt plumbing on your own... You need professional to do the job especially Rob who knew exactly what to do... Thank you..

They did a great job installing some bidets and a kitchen sink for me. Arrived on time and got right to work. Turned out my main problem in one install, which I'd attempted on my own first, was in fact a manufacturing defect in a hard to source part from a bidet manufacturer. The guys got creative and managed to repair the broken part, getting my toilet back in service when otherwise it might have taken days to replace. Cleaned up after themselves. Was able to get a non-emergency appointment within a couple of days. Recommend, especially if you're in the South Hills.

When Greg John came to my home he was a fast talker and energetic. He dove right in before I could even ask for credentials or insurance info. He took to calling me girl friend right off the bat. When he got into the shower to look at the situation he asked me for one of my screwdrivers. Then he had trouble taking the handle off the wall in the shower. I told him I had been considering a new fixture for the shower but he insisted on calling to get a kit for the repair but he still had not opened up the fixture. While he was on his cell phone speaking to a parts place I unscrewed the fixture from the wall and brought it to him. I had no access to the back of the shower fixture from the back so we had to turn off the gas and move the range to put a hole in the wall. When I smelled gas I asked about his having insurance. He said, you worry my girl. I told him the smell of gas worries me but he ignored my concern and I never saw proof of coverage. He left for an hour and when he returned he had a kit for the shower faucet and also a turn off valve for the gas range. The valve for the range was a nice surprise. While working on the shower he mentioned that the guys who put up my tile and new shower fixture probably could not tighten it without access to the back and he likely did not need the $150 kit he went out for. I asked how far he had to go since he was gone an hour, he told me the place was right in my town. He had cleaned the tub spout so I could change from bath to shower it had become stuck in shower position. However, I had to Force Him to calk the tub spout back against the wall! When I went to shower later I found there was NO Hot Water! The next day he came back and adjusted the temperature regulator. In my testing the spigot before he left (and he was anxious to leave) I found that the tub spout was leaking water while I was showering, reducing my shower pressure. He told me it was not worth fixing and he left. The next day I found I Still had water leaking into my utility room downstairs. I called him and he said he would need to make the hole in my kitchen wall larger. It was already 10 inches wide and plenty of room to reach in and apply pressure to the back of the fixture. Making it any wider would require moving a cabinet built into the corner and putting my tile in danger of getting cracked. I told him I did not see that as a reasonable solution. He said he would research the situation and call me in the morning. I asked he call after 9 am as I was working nights. I got up at 7:30 am and purchased a new Mohn fixture, as he had suggested that name brand. I thought if it came down to replacing what I have I would be prepared. I ran some other errands while waiting for his call. He did not call at 9 am to discuss other options, he called from my driveway at 10:20 am and said his plan was to cut a larger hole in my kitchen wall. I told him we were not doing that and if that was his only plan he could leave. I was home in 5 minutes and he was gone.

    Rick Page Quality Landscaping
I have had water problems from a hill behind my home and have had several French drains installed, but they never fixed the problem. I called several landscape contractors and they all recommended an additional French drain that would require heavy equipment and possible damage to mature trees. All of their quotes exceeded $8,000. I called Rick and he surveyed the problem and recommended a swale or dry creek bed to divert the surface water, as a French drain could not handle the volume of water coming off of the hill during downpours with already saturated ground. I went with Rick and could not be happier. His crew was prompt, professional, and barely disturbed the existing lawn. A day or two after completion there was a considerable downpour that uncovered a few unforseen problems through no fault of Rick. I called Rick and his crew came back, and problem solved, I was so impressed that there was never a question about coming back right away and making everything right. I highly recommend Rick Page Landscaping

We got a prompt response for an estimate which was by far the most reasonable for the work. The work was schedule shortly thereafter. The work was completed in less time than we expected and exactly as we specified. Extra care was taken to minimize the dust from breaking up the concrete floor. We have used Matt's service before and have never been disappointed.
