Excellant work every single time! Very meticulous - not a drop of paint on our exterior brick, nor on our brand new carpet in a brand new room they painted! Jeff Klysz, the owner, is great to work with - timely and clear in his communication with us. His painters are always top knotch, hard workers and take alot of pride in their work and always take time to cover everything and clean up as they go. Very High Quality - durability of their work has proven to be outstanding. They are not the least expensive - but worth every penny for a high quality job!

Demetrius and Dave did fantastic work cleaning/painting our house (exterior). They explained the service/cost up front and the job was completed in a reasonable 2 days. They were also very friendly to work with! We plan to use Kosta painting again for some interior paint work

Pat gave us an estimate which was affordable and fair. His crew showed up as promised and completed the job in one day. We were pleased with the results and the new look that it gave to our home. This is the second job that Pat had done for us and we would not hesitate to use his services again.

Experience was great overall...Jack and his crew are extremely thorough, detail-oriented, honest and professional. The deck work came out beautifully. We would certainly use their services for any of our wood maintenance needs.

Erik and crew replaced our old Masonite stuccato board with James Hardie verticle "HardiePanel" siding. They did an incredible job, especially since there was so much gingerbread trim that had to be cut and installed. The crew is very nice and professional. They even did extra things that weren't written into the contract. They take pride in their work and it shows. We are actually going to have them look at our kitchen to give us a quote to replace it. I'd highly recommend calling them for any remodeling/construction needs.

Last Summer, I called a few places to have my pool deck stained, as it was 2 years old and the pressure treated wood had turned considerably greyer than when the deck was new.
Mike was referred to me by a co-worker of mine. He lives in the same area as I do. I asked Mike to come over and provide an estimate for my job.
The initial estimate cost was $825 (which included power wash and 2 gallons of stain as well as Labor), and I figured that that was a great price at almost half the price of my next lowest estimate.I agreed to have Mike begin work on my deck.
He started my job when he said he would, even though he had other jobs going on at the same time as mine. The first day, he power-washed half of my deck. I saw the difference in the wood immediately. He came back the following day to finish power washing the other half of the deck.
We waited about a week, and Mike came back. This gave the wood the opportunity to "dry out" to the point where it would be able to accept stain for the first time.
My wife and I picked Behr Natural Number 500 Deck Stain to use on our deck. Mike even went to Home Depot to buy 2 gallons, per the initial quote. Mike began getting to work. As the job progressed, it became clear that the first 2 gallons were not enough for the job. Mike had to make 3 more trips to Home Depot to pick up an additional 5 gallons of stain (7 in total). He applied 2 total coats of stain to the deck boards and railings and 1 thick coat on the spindles, rolling on and back brushing my entire deck... BY HAND.
In total, the job took Mike about 40 hours worth of work by himself. If I am able to provide pictures with this review, I can prove his work is spectacular. After all of his additional work and extra special attention to detail, I decided to give him $1,050 for the work and $50 towards taking his wife out to dinner for working late on so many occasions... just to get my job done.
I should have paid him more. I know I would not have received the same level of service or quality of workmanship anywhere else.
If you have any painting or staining work, give Mike a call. You wont be sorry. I promise you.

It went great. First they came in moved my furniture and covered it. Then they started by patching all nail holes and Knicks in the walls me chalked in the trim On the door jams then they started painting the ceiling once they were done with the ceilings ,they started painting they walls. Couldn't be more happy with the quality of work they did. They very professional always on time and explained to me every every step of the job. When they did the stain on my front porch they came the first day they power wash the area they were to stain. Gave the wood a few days to dry out they came back and stained the porch. It looks amazing

Mike responded to my initial inquiry within 2 hours and I was able to speak with him directly to discuss each request.  We set a date and he arrived with his crew on time.  Over the course of three days, all the work was completed.  I could not have been more pleased.  In summary, Mike and his team were professional, top notch in technical execution, patient and thorough when answering my questions, and very pleasant.  I received an estimate for the work which turned out to be the final bill so no surprises.
While he was on-site, we identified a few other items for Phase II.  They will install recessed lighting in one room, paint shutters and front door, vent a mounted microwave through the roof, and hang a series of tapestries.
I feel very fortunate to have found Mike.  His work is of the best quality and at a reasonable cost.  As mentioned, I am already arranging for more to be done in the short term and some bigger outdoor projects for the Spring once the weather turns.

I went with him because I got a referral from my neighbor. They haven't quite finished some thing yet they were supposed to come back and finish, but they're still excellent. Their prices are comparable.

They originally estimated that they would get to our house in May. In late April they called and said that because of weather delays on other jobs they wouldn't get to us until June. We had a vacation planned for mid July, but thought that June would be fine. By the second week of June we were beginning to worry that they might bump us to July. They called at the end of the second week of June and said they would be out the next week to do the power wash, with the staining to take place the following week.
The power wash went fine and they said they would be out to begin masking the windows on Wednesday, June 25. The following week they called again and said they would probably start the masking on Thursday or Friday with the staining to take place on Friday or Saturday. This caused me to cancel a golf outing I had planned to attend on Friday so that I could be around while they did the work. On Thursday, about noon they called and said they would be out on Friday around noon. At noon on Friday they called and said they wouldn't be out at all on Friday, but would be here early Saturday. This ticked me off a bit, because I missed my golf outing for nothing.
Early Saturday (8:30 AM) they arrived and began working. Two very professional and polite young men worked with few breaks until approximately 6:30 PM in the evening. They completed the whole job in one day.
