    Great! Dale has done work for my employer for probably 20 years so I knew he was reputable. I've had him out 4-5 times over the years and have been very satisfied with his work. He's honest and his prices are fair. I do some of my own (novice) plumbing work, but will continue to call Dale when the job's more complicated, or I just want to make sure it's done right.

    We have been using this company for nearly 40 years. Never an issue, always friendly, responsive, honest with the highest integrity, never a call back for work done, they always seem to show up and then are gone. No stalling or stretching things out, clearly masters and very knowledgeable. I just can't think of one negative. Highly recommend. It is so unusual to find service providers that not only know what they are doing, but also honest and reasonably priced.

    Tony was very punctual, explained what he would and completed the task quickly. He explained what to look for in case of hatching of unaffected yellow jackets. That did happen and we called for a followup which was scheduled fairly quickly and was as thorough and well done as the original call. The followup was covered in the original fee.

    Great plumber! He personally answers the phone of letting it go to an answering service. I sent him a photo of the problem, then we scheduled a date a time for work to be performed. He showed up on time (actually 10 minutes early at 7:50am) and got right to work digging out the pipes. He quickly identified to root cause of both issues and was able to fix the same day. Other commendable observations: very polite. He took his shoes off before walking in our finished basement. He kept me informed of the progress. He actually noticed corrosion on a completely different pipe and made appropriate recommendations for management. Overall, very happy with the work and professionalism.

    We have never used a cleaning service before. We were always concerned about privacy and the awkwardness of strangers finding all of the hidden dirt in our house. But we finally relented and called Cleanhaus. Since we were new customers, one of the owners of the company met with us the day of our appointment, to summarize what we should expect from our cleaning team. She discussed scheduling and service options, the vetting process of her employees, her company���s insurance- all points to assure us that, not only would our house be thoroughly cleaned but, more importantly, the security of our home and belongings would never be compromised. We weren���t assigned an appointment window, but a hard start and end time. The cleaning crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and after a brief survey of the house, started work right away. We had nowhere to be that day, so we stayed home while they worked. They were barely noticeable upstairs while we were downstairs. The only sound we heard was from the vacuum cleaners. We were very pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and the scope of the cleaning. I didn���t expect the team to go so far as to change linens on the beds and remove smudges on cabinets and appliances in the kitchen. They did an excellent job, especially the bathrooms. We had a buildup of soap staining on the glass shower door for a long time, having tried several methods and chemicals to clean it. These ladies had made it as spotless as it was the day we moved in. To summarize, our experience with Cleanhaus was entirely positive. The owner and her two employees were as nice as could be, we felt absolutely at ease with the entire process, and our house was in outstanding condition when they were done.

    Everything went extremely well. We decided to hire another contractor but it was a difficult decision. The contractor we hired was someone we had planned to use some years ago for another project which we then did ourselves. He came highly recommended, as did Bella Casa. Everyone we dealt with at Bella Casa was very knowlegable and professional. They were pleasant to work with and had some great ideas. Both estimates were very close with just a few workable differences. I would definitely talk to them again if the other contractor was unable to do something that they could do.

    I needed same day service. Initial I was told that they could not do it the same day but when I explained that I was having family visiting the next day, They got back to me and told me they could fit me in. They were prompt, fixed the problem and hung new lights. Delta Electrical Services was very professional and accommodating. They cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them.

    I contacted Joe and he promptly returned my call. Joe came to my house within 2 days to give me an estimate for my kitchen. He had some great ideas, gave me some tips and was very professional. I contacted 2 other contractors who gave me estimates that were a bit lower than Joe, but I liked his demeaner and knowledge of his work. As they say you get what you pay for. From day 1 it was nice to come home and have the demo/remodeled areas cleaned by Joe. Joe suggested my husband and I go out and look at the things we liked so we could bring him samples and have an idea of what we liked. This saved us a lot of time on the project. The kitchen came out beautiful. We loved working with Joe and will be hiring him again for future projects.

    Not well at all! Our daughter's project was scheduled for September. They were due to arrive on the 19th. She had to take her cats to the kennel so they would be out of the house while the work was being done. She was involved in a car accident on her way home from work. Car was towed so she did not have a car. She considered cancelling. I took her to work and went to her house to let the guys in. I should have stayed but I didn't think I had to--I was wrong. She wanted to have the electric done and floor started on the same day. The electricians' work order did not show all the work. She called Lyndsay. Was told "I'm on it". Apparently was not. Over a few days the wiring for floor was done, old floor was torn out, heat mats were put down, cement was put over mats, tile was laid and grouted, and additional electrical work was done. We arrived after Chris had left and noticed missing areas of heat mat. We should have called right away, but we did not. Cement was put over mats--not very smoothly. We should have called again, but, again, we did not. Tile was laid and grouted, wavy and uneven. Baseboard was put across a small closet door making the door unopenable. "Surprise" was found in driveway when we arrived--no usable toilet, somebody had to go, plastic bag worked--eww! Should have called immediately but were very tired so waited till the next day. We went back to my house. She left my house around 10:30. Called us around 11:00 to report "rain" in the house. Fill tube on toilet had come loose. The "rain" was running over her new floor and through the downstairs ceiling. She shut off the water and we helped clean up. She called the next day and spoke to Carlos. He came out and discussed the matter and offered to repaint her ceiling and fix the closet door. In the meantime, she got very busy at work and was unable to take time off. So, this dragged on for months until she received a bill. She called them and said the work is not finished. Chris came out to fix closet door. Should have sent a carpenter--but at least now she can open the door. Holes in walls where wiring was run were very poorly patched; they will need to be redone before being painted. Lyndsay came out at the beginning of March and agreed the work was substandard. Our daughter has not heard from her since despite calling again to try to resolve this. We found out later that Lyndsay is no longer with the company. Eventually, our daughter was able to work out her schedule with theirs. The end of the story is that Carlos came out again. He said there is nothing that can be done for the bathroom floor because of the type of heat that was used. Apparently, something got lost is the communication the first time because our daughter did not remember that. They did fix the wall patches and painted them. They also replaced a piece of baseboard in the bathroom because it was not good quality and she wanted a better one. They sent a painting crew to repair and repaint her living room ceiling. The painters were courteous and worked quickly. That job looks good so far. Admittedly, the long delay in fixing the problem is not all their fault because our daughter was just so overwhelmed with replacing her car, other things related to the crash, long hours at work and then dealing with this. We, however, have decided to hire another company to do our kitchen.

    Krings Stove & Fireplace
    Kring's has been to my home more than 3 times times trying to fix a Heat and Glo fireplace. It blew up in the workers hands, and then he proceeded to yell that it was my fault for faulty wiring. It seemed to me that he was very worried that he might have to pay for the part. His behavior was accusatory and rude, to say the least. As it turned out, according to the manual, it was wired perfectly fine. Krings took absolutely no responsibility for the accident and proceeded to insist that I pay the full amount (about $400) and all the labor hours (many) to fix this. NOW, after two month, multiple visits and nearly a thousand dollars later, the entire fireplace does not work AT ALL! They are refusing to come out to fix it at all. They have been rude and only seem to care about the cost of things, not about getting things done right. I do NOT recommend them at all! Not for cleaning, not for fixing.
