    Defelice Concrete and Masonry LLC
Dave was extremely helpful and professional. He drove over 50 miles to pick up a custom PA Black Slate hearth. There was a small bit of prep work on my project that involved carpentry. Dave brought his semi retired builder father (Dave Sr) to the job site to assist. Dave Sr was very detailed oriented and performed all work as you would do yourself. I was very happy with the overall product - Dave Jr made several suggestions along the way and helped design the final product. I would highly recommend Dave if you need any type of masonry or concrete work. He is a true professional.

    DiMaria Masonry Restoration Inc
Great! Phil was punctual and professional. The job was tedious and required Phil to augment the original plans. As Phil ran into issues he was quick to communicate them to us and was able initiate new strategies to complete the project. We would recommend Phil DiMaria to anyone!

    Quinn Brothers Masonry LLC
Pat and his team did great work all around. My basement is dry for the first time and has stayed dry since the work. Stone pointing was done right by shaving down old cement before pointing. Chimney looks great! I would definitely recommend Quinn Brothers for mason work and basement waterproofing.

    JLM Contracting
Joe is a true professional and did an excellent job. He was easy to contact and always returned phone calls and texts promptly. The work was first rate and completed in a timely manner. He was flexible with scheduling his 2 days of work so that we could coordinate window replacement by another contractor between the 2 days. His price was fair and exactly as quoted and he even added a minor repair to anchor a door frame to the brick at cost! I will definitely use Joe again in the future!

    Chris Basile Masonry Restoration LLC
Chris was punctual, responsive and professional. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. Very trustworthy and left him with keys to the house with no worries. He showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. He was also very tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. Having worked with multiple contractors over the last couple of years, Chris is easily one of the best and easiest to work with. I definitely recommend using his services.

All bricks and mortar match the existing material and you can't even notice that the ceiling was cut into.  They also identified items that were not covered in the initial estimate and we willing to help advise on other items I was considering taking care of myself.

    Millenium Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling
The team from Millenium demoed the entire bathroom, carried out all of the debris from the demo, removed and replaced all rotted areas (including walls and floors), re-framed the closet, added all new hardware (toilet, vanity, bathtub), added beautiful tiling for the tub and the floor, removed and replaced window, added vent fan/light, put in all new fixtures, and painted ceiling and walls.  For the outside, the team power washed the entire patio and retaining walls, filled in cracks and gaps in the concrete with vinyl patching, coated the retaining walls and patio with two coats of paint.
I cannot say enough great things about Millenium!  Kip really kept to his word on our original agreement.  He took time to go shopping with my wife and I for the items needed, so there was no guessing on what would be installed.  The team was excellent and professional.  The project manager, Dan P., kept me updated every day, made wonderful suggestions and was easy to work with during the whole process.  I felt very comfortable leaving them in our home while they did their work.  My wife and I love our new bathroom and how our walls and patio now look with its new clean colors.
I would recommend Millenium to anyone and will use them again for any future home projects!

    Masonry Inc
Company was great to work with - they had to reschedule because of the weather, but they contacted us a day or two in advance based on the forecast. The sealing work was pretty straightforward, but the step they created out of brick was the best part. They matched it to our neighbors, but explained why theirs was crumbling and how he took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. He then also spent some time explaining to me some things that could be improved on the exterior of the home (the threshold gaps, the capping could be adjusted, etc.) and how to fix squeaky hardwoods. He didn't try to upsell me on these additional needs, but I definitely plan to use them in the future for anything that comes up!

Shane McCrystal Landscape Pond And Patio
Despite repeated emails and phone calls, Shane has failed to respond to requests to correct problems with an installation of new front steps and a few square feet of stone walkway.  There are still significant stains on the surfaces of the bluestone blocks, and there are small cracks in the pointing between stones in the risers.  The overall job pointing job is not uniform and neat, and there are gaps between the stonework and the house that we'd like to have sealed.
iThe final cost of the job ($3900) was $500 more than the original estimate because of 'unforeseen' problems with the original front stoop concrete.  I paid him this increment immediately.  While he was performing the work, Shane said that his credit card ID had been stolen, and that he needed cash to buy materials.  On the last full day he was here, he pleaded for the full balance we owed him so that he could get to the bank before it closed and pay his men.  I (stupidly, it seems) paid him with the assumption that he would be back to complete the work.  He said he'd do the work on the Monday before Thanksgiving, but there has been no word as of 11/26.

Rene was recommended to us by my sister who used Esco to do all the concrete work around her pool and a retaining wall. (He was recommended to her by the pool company.) Her pool looks gorgeous so when we were ready, I called him.
I can't say enough positive things about Rene and his crew. When he realized that Paul (his salesperson/estimator) had made an $700 error in our favor on the estimate, he was not going to change the price and was going to abide by his original estimate. We ended up splitting the amount, which I thought was fair, and had offered to do.
After Paul gave us the estimate (he came out twice and was on time and very nice) we went to Rene's outdoor "showroom" and picked out the stone for the wall and also the stamped concrete color and pattern.  They gave us the estimate within two days and answered all of our questions by phone and email.
They showed up when they said they would and the whole crew worked very hard. They did a good job cleaning up each day they were here. The dumpster was removed promptly. My husband and I were a bit taken aback by the jack hammering of the original (and horrible) concrete slab, which did shake the house a bit, but Rene was very patient with us. He explained how all the water was going to drain, etc...
Our patio has been transformed and the wall looks so much better we can not believe the difference. We've had lots of rain and no drainage problems at all. Stamped concrete is so much better than flagstone or bricks--no weeds!  It really is gorgeous.
Rene also, at no charge, had his guys fill in sink hole we had on our hill with stones he brought for us. It was a very deep hole!
A great experience start to finish.
