  We had a great experience with the Pattison Remodeling team. The project took about six or seven weeks once the work began. We got permits so it was a couple weeks before the actual work could begin. Darren handled all the paperwork and was very transparent throughout the process. Dan and Scott came everyday to do the bulk of the construction work. They were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They "work neat" so we could still access the basement when we needed. Any time I had a question or concern the team was accessible and responsive. We had a couple issues arise that did not have to do with the project we hired them for, but they were amenable to addressing the situation anyway, and in one instance they did so at no additional cost. Throughout the project they offered suggestions, but ultimately we made decisions about what we wanted and they were open to any specific requests we had. Our toddler now loves his new playroom. When the work was complete he came downstairs looking for Dan and Scott who often played with him during their lunch breaks. They were personable and approachable, it made the whole experience that much easier.

  We were on tight schedule and Robert was very accommodating. He was always on the job site and kept us updated with the progress. As always when doing a home renovation project something unexpected will occur, but Robert helped put us as ease and through the process. All I can say is if you are looking to renovate your home, Robert does great work and is reliable. I highly recommend him.

  Joe is a true professional and did an excellent job. ��He was easy to contact and always returned phone calls and texts promptly. ��The work was first rate and completed in a timely manner. ��He was flexible with scheduling his 2 days of work so that we could coordinate window replacement by another contractor between the 2 days. ��His price was fair and exactly as quoted and he even added a minor repair to anchor a door frame to the brick at cost! ��I will definitely use Joe again in the future!

  The work was done efficiently and timely. Fritz and Son was neat and tidy and reasonably priced. I will use them again for any future projects. When installing the hardwood floor ,he took great care in making cut outs around the woodwork, made sure the hardwood fit snuggly at the trim base. The front pvc railing was secured by using wood in the posts to give it sturdiness and it was secured into the wall it does not move ,it's secure,safe and looks great.

  They wrote me up an order for the work. It turns out the man who wrote up the work was not the one doing it and the people he sent out did an amateur job. He did not even supervise the job. The job was done very poorly. It was very unethical the way he went about the business. He contracts work that he does not do or supervisor, and gives it to other people. On a couple occasions I got him to send people back to correct the issues but when they came out they never corrected the issues. They never did a sufficient amount of correction. They would correct a few steps and then leave the others alone.

  Our kitchen was probably as close to original as possible, with plastic gray and black tile from the 1950s on top of lathe and plaster walls. It had not been renovated since that time!
  *If you go to this page on Facebook - www.facebook.com/pages/Design-Inspirations - you can see both before and after pictures of our kitchen, which are really incredible. The entire project took about 6 weeks, and that was from the time we signed the contract until the job was completed. The only things not covered in this contract were the electrical work, paint, our appliances, the actual tile used for the floor and backsplash with the corresponding grout, and the hardware for the doors.
  Tom was on site every day, early, working every second. He has an awesome work ethic, and demands no less from anyone who works for him. We had a problem with a sink in our back porch - people had put things into it that clogged it to the point we couldn't do laundry - and the next day, Tom had the plumber come out and fix the problem immediately. We had a fairly tight time frame to work within, as well, and Tom came through for us. When we have more work to do on our house (and we will), I will use him again without a second thought. He explained everything he was doing, was pleasant, courteous, always on time, always got right back to us regarding any issue, and is someone I feel I can trust.

  Housing Solutions, Inc.

  We gave the owner of Housing Solutions, Neal, a drawing of what we imagined our new rooms to be, and he walked through the space with us, discussing what would and wouldn't work. Based on our discussion, he came back to us with a very reasonable proposal. We gave him a third of the fee to start the project, and the work began a few days later.
  Even before the work on our house began the experience was out of the ordinary. Neal volunteered to meet us for a trip to Lowe's and Home Depot to guide us in picking out the light fixtures, toilet and vanity, flooring and trim. He was not necessarily offering aesthetic opinions, but rather practical advice as to what pieces his experience told him would work well in our space. We felt that this was a very helpful experience, and certainly one that no contractor has offered us before.
  Neal's lead carpenter and job-runner is Barry, and he was an absolute delight to have in our house working every day. He's incredibly knowledgeable and talented in the work that he does. Because we both work from home, Barry was in constant touch about his progress, and offered solutions when changes in our plan were needed (as they always are when a job is underway). Barry was on time every day and kept at his work till quitting time. He and his assistant Maqile were always upbeat and energetic, and at day's end they swept up and organized their tools for minimal disruption of our lives.
  Neal would stop by nearly every day to check on Barry's progress and to make sure that we were pleased with how things were going. Neal said several times that no job runs perfectly, but if we had any problems, he and his crew would do their best to make things right. As with every renovation project, there were a couple glitches, and indeed Neal and company took care of them immediately.
  Now we've done all the painting, and it gives us great pleasure to look through the glass door from the kitchen into the brightly-lit laundry room. The formerly unpleasant and dark storage room now a functioning part of the house, and we love it.
  We can't imagine such a project going better than ours did, and it's highly unlikely that another company would offer such good quality workmanship at a very reasonable price along with such great people who the customers are happy to have around. We missed them when the job was over. Every time we go into our new powder room and laundry room, we are reminded of the great work they did and how enjoyable it was having them in our day to day life.

  Last Detail Custom Carpentry

  Last Detail was excellent! The kitchen looks spectacular and we are extremely happy with the process and the outcome! Gregg worked with us from the beginning of planning and development of our plans to find out what we were looking for and then sent us to cabinet, granite, tile and plumbing businesses to pick out our cabinets, countertops, backsplashes and fixtures for our kitchen. Once we negotiated the work and the price, they began work and kept us informed on a regular basis by phone and emails. Gregg discussed the schedule and plans for the kitchen and how the work would proceed and was exceptional at describing issues that came up during construction that were not identified or expected. Gregg and his crew, led by his foreman Brian, were very courteous and kept the work and storage areas clean and orderly. We were living in the house during construction, but the workers kept the remainder of the house clean and removed dust and debris daily.
