    Homeowner beware!
Mr. Noll left a trial of plaster dust throughout the entire house (the work was in the basement).  It took me an entire weekend to clean-up the plaster dust in the basement, that is still evident in the basement storage closets.  Mr. Noll wasn't able to properly cut a piece of carpet that needed to be installed on one step riser.  When I contacted Mr. Noll about the carpet and mess he left, he told me he did his best and if I didn't like it to sue him.

Kip was punctual, professional, trustworthy, and very responsive. Completely explained everything he was doing. During the course of the work, he often made helpful suggestions and pointed things out that needed attention. Many times they went above and beyond the call of duty (such as when my garage door motor and later my water heater busted unexpectedly) picked up the materials and fixed them.
Prior to commencing any of this work, Kip and I had an initial consultation and a couple of "shopping trips" to Lowe's for ideas and his advice on materials. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

    3 Generations Painting
I paid for two coats of paint and received only one.  Sloppy, paint spilled on carpet, fixtures, floor and not cleaned up.  Did not use tape for trim.  Used tape in corners and painted over it.  Did not handle nail pops properly.  Painted over hooks and nails in the wall from previous owner.  Never finished the job - left my garage half-painted and one wall in my third bedroom half-finished.  Horrible Horrible.  Do not trust them. I called about the mistakes and Brad said he would come back and finish the job; he never did because he already had my money.

I wasn't very happy with the way things turned out. I would probably not use them again and I would not recommend them. The tile work they did was beautiful but there were other issues that were not so good. When the bathroom was redone, basically the whole layout of the bathroom was changed so there was a good deal of plumbing work that needed to be done. They brought the plumbing under the ceiling downstairs. I had no plumbing exposed before the work was done. Because of the way things were arranged, some plumbing was exposed and needed to be covered by a soffit. They put up this awful enclosure around the plumbing and left me no possible way to let me get to the shut off valve. I told them I have to get to the shut off valve in the winter time. Where this plumbing was put under my ceiling, there used to be indirect lighting. In order to install the plumbing, they had to cut out approximately 10 feet of my ceiling and redo some of the wiring. They should have put a junction box where the wires were connected. What they basically did was tape them with electrical tape and stuffed them behind my wall. I am having other electrical work done and my electrician found what they had done and said it was a fire hazard.
In my bathroom, I have a corner tub that they installed. A couple weeks after the installation of the tub, all of the grout around the tub was chipping out. I advised the contractor about this and he came to look at it and said "we kind of thought that it would happen, but we used this grout anyway hoping that it wouldn't happen". They agreed to come back and redo the grout but replaced it with a grout that was much darker than the original grout job. I told him I wasn't happy with it. He said when it dries it will get lighter. I gave it a couple of days and it still looked horrible. At that point, I called again and they came back once again and replaced the grout with a color that is acceptable at this point.
The ceiling in my bathroom, there was a wall where the old tub was that they had to remove. When they did the work there, the plaster job was horrible. You can clearly see where that wall was removed and that they plastered over it. It was not a good job. They came back several times and attempted to fix it and it still wasn't right. When I started to paint it, the ceiling started to peel off. I told them I am going to have my own guy fix it since their tech was here 3 different times and didn't fix it.
When they started the job, they agreed to do one room and then the other. They came in and tore apart my kitchen and bathroom in the same day, which I wasn't prepared for. I was without the upstairs kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness that I have a full bathroom and kitchenette in my wreck room.
I had recessed lighting above my vanity and sink. They removed them and filled it in but once again left exposed wires that my electrician also found.
As far as the granite goes, in the beginning they had their installer come and measure the countertops and where the sink would be. I had the sink in the box with the instructions and a template on how to cut it. They took the sink with them after they came and made the measurments. When they came back to install the sink, there was more of an overhang on one side than the other. Where the top of the sink and the granite meet, there is a gap. They didn't use the template to cut the sink and they even told me that. They said they cut it they way they always cut it. I should have been given the choice of how I want it cut. They refuse to fix that part. They would have had to remove the countertop and backsplash to get it fixed.
What concerns me most is the electrical work because of the hazards. I am by no means trying to bash this company but I just feel that others should know the bad experience that I went through so that they do not have to experience it themselves.
