    I am very pleased. Contrary to most "service" companies today, Jay took his time with me on the phone to understand my problems and even consulted an associate to anwser my questions. I thought it very reasonable that they could look at it for $25 and then call if major repairs required. I dropped off my snowblower a few days before Christmas and they called me a week later to advise it was repaired and ready to pick up. Not only did they diagnose and solve the problem I reported, they also found an unrelated problem (caused by me) and repaired it as well. They charged me only $75. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. I will certainly use them again for my lawn mower or snowblower repairs.

    After posting my experience on multiple review boards, and sending an email to Empire's customer service account, I have to share that the company did make good. The next morning after my lost work day and horrible customer service experience, I received a call at 8:23 in the morning from Ryan, someone I had never spoken to before. He assured me that they would make this right, and that someone would be able to be at my house around 10 that morning if I was able to get home from work. I adjusted my work day and made it home in time. I then got a call from Stephanie, the one I had left several messages for, who told me that her general manager had asked her to call and make sure I was able to be home for the call. Then the repairman called and gave me an eta on his arrival. That is the most calls I have ever received from Empire, and all within an hour or so! The repairman showed up in a reasonable time, fixed the grout in both bathrooms and was on his way within 40 minutes. My floor looks good again, and I will hope that this is the last time I will need their services. Thank you, Empire, for making things right.

    They were very good, very accommodating. They gave us a good price because we had talk to him first and someone else decided to redo theirs in the area. They were excellent and we have been so happy with what he had done. Their employees were just great I thought.

    Very very well. Job was performed in a timely manner. Owner kept us informed by email and phone. He worked with us to find appropriate material to use on deck given its age (20 yrs), condition (decent for age but had had prior coating) and owner's desire for both wood protection and certain appearance. He suggested final SW material and finished product looks exactly as I had hoped it would. Job was performed very neatly. It is evident that workers were careful with perennial plants around base of deck. It is my understanding that no paint sprayers were used and that most likely made for the neatness of the job.

    So, we purchased the $99 deal for two electricians for two hours. We warned them in our comments section of the purchase, that we were probably going to need a larger amp box put in. We are aware that this is an expensive thing to do. Regardless, they emailed promptly after we purchased the deal. So, my wife called them within 24 hours of the email to schedule a time when they could come out. She left a voicemail, and they didn't contact us for a week and a half or so. At this point, I called them to see what was going on. I spoke with the lady that seems to answer the phone and schedule things, and she apologized for the lag time and said they would need to call us back after she spoke with the electricians. So, I never heard back from them, and eventually had to call again. Finally about 3-4 wks after purchase of the deal, we got something scheduled. The day before the scheduled visit, I got a call to confirm and the lady on the phone asked if I realized how expensive an amp box replacement would be, to which I said yes. She then proceeded to make excuses and try to generally get us to cancel our appointment, at one point I was even asked what the weather would be like, implying that her guys may not be able to get through the snow. I was flummoxed, but kept my appt. Then they emailed my wife with concerns again, at which point I was disgusted and canceled the appt. What I assume happened, is that they never bothered to look at the fact we wanted a hefty job done (the amp box), and weren't expecting it. So, instead of just expressing this concern and rescheduling we were given the run around. Anyway, I lost all faith in their abilities and was disgusted with how things were handled, so we will not be using them.

    I called RM Hand C at 9am, I did not get a return call until 5:30pm. I was ready to have them install a new furnace and new hot water tank( mine was 32 yrs old and dumping fumes into my home),,,, all Rich had to do was show up, give me a quote, and I would have signed on the spot. He was too busy to come and give me a quote,,,,,,, I guess he does not need my $

    Everything went much better than anticipated.  Replacing the entrance cable required the coordination of three different entities, The electrician (Mr. Dilts), the electrical inspector middle inspection agency, and the power company.  Mr. Dilts coordinated all these participants.  Mr. Dilts arrived one hour before the other two were scheduled to arrive and prepared the new cable and weatherhead for the switch over.  The inspector showed up on time and the power company showed up about ten minutes early.  The power company cut the power and Mr. Dilts and his assistant hooked the new cable into the meter socket within 10 minutes.  The power co. rep re-hooked the power to the new cable and re-installed the meter into the socket.  The inspector put the inspection sticker on the meter socket box, and the process was completed.
      The entire process took just a little over an hour.
    Mr. Dilts was extremely professional and very personable.  I knew the procedure so no explanation of what he was doing was necessary, but I am sure one would have been provided if needed or requested.

    They are very good. The price was reasonable. We just had a very small like 4 x 6 unit for about three months. It was a good experience. They are very knowledgeable, personable, and very friendly. I would use them again.

    Relatively seamless. Slight misunderstanding on final thermostat programming which was rectified as soon as the were made aware.
