Throughout the entire process, working with MSI, and its owner, Joe Fiorilli was a seamless experience. I hired MSI after experiencing water damage and reading reviews for several similar companies. After reading countless positive reviews of MSI, the bar was set pretty high, yet Joe and his team still managed to surpass all of my expectations. Joe and his team were personable and professional, and after meeting them briefly, I was completely comfortable trusting MSI to work in my house without me there (my choice to avoid taking off from work). Joe kept me informed and was receptive to all of my questions. Being able to talk to someone that understood the situation and went out of their way to provide information and answer questions alleviated a lot of the stress. Aside from never getting the water damage in the first place, the entire experience couldnt have gone better! Id highly recommend MSI to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing this type of service. The work was well done, the cost was reasonable, and the insight and knowledge shared by Joe, along with his phenomenal level of customer service, was priceless.

Jack is very knowledgable, handled everything for the ZAI trust, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. This was a great relief. Excellent customer service. Difficult to find anyone who will do this work in a residential setting. ACI-Tech is who to call.

They did a really good job. We got the results back from post remediation and they were below 4 picos per liter. It was a very good experience. They're very easy to work with, show up on time, got the work done, got the radon level down to where it needs to be.

While we were out of town a water leak started in our upstairs bathroom. When it was discovered by our cleaning lady there was an inch of water in the lower level bedrooms. Having read reviews for MSI and Joe on Angie's list I was comfortable dealing with him from a distance. Once I spoke to him on the phone I was even more reassured that I could safely let these people into my home when I was not there. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had me get a plumber in to locate the source of the leak first before they started the clean up. He called my insurance company (repeatedly) and started work after they gave the go-ahead, which was late in the afternoon, and he and his men continued to work into the night. The ceiling, floor and all four walls of one room had to be removed, along with all the contents; the floor and half of the walls of a second room, and portions of walls of adjoining rooms. They also treated for mold. The drying process took three days. Joe kept me apprised of what they were doing and how extensive the damage was. His estimate for the cost of his work, and also for the repair, was right on. I was very happy with how everything was handled and I would definitely recommend this company!

My wife and I were doing painting work on our house and unfortunately, we left some painters tape on for too long and pulled up some of the existing paint.  Since our house was built in the 1960's we had no way of knowing what may contain lead paint.  We contacted Bruce of Atlantic Lead Consultants via email through Angie's List 2 hours after his listed business hours.  Not expecting any response until the following day, we were pleasantly surprised when Bruce called us a few minutes later. We arranged a visit for the following morning, 13 hours later.
The next day, we had some terrible rain, causing traffic jams all over the major roads.  This did not stop Bruce from being precisely on time, despite having to drive a bit to our house.  Bruce proceeded to conduct an extremely thorough exam of our property and delivered a written report within two days.  Throughout the entire exchange Bruce acted with respect and professionalism.  I'd highly recommend this quality service provider.

We have used this vendor in the past with good results. We called them and they came out and looked at the problem. Kevin used a lot of equipment and figured out what was wrong. It turned out that we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that impacted the powder room below as well as the basement. He came up with a plan to fix it. They came out on the scheduled day and worked hard covering and protecting floors, moving furniture and putting up plastic barriers to prevent the spread of mold.
The owner of the company, Craig came out during the process and gave us a lot of tips on how to prevent mold and some really good ideas as to how to rebuild the basement. He pointed some things that they found that indicated we had some ground water coming into the basement. Certainly not something we wanted to hear, but the visible evidence was compelling.  He's going to put together a quote to do the waterproofing work and to remodel the basement. I've always wanted another bathroom and I may get it.

I ordered the special offer for a mold inspection and mold testing.  Joe the owner was a polite, friendly and
knowledge person.  He could tell right away that there was something leaking in the ceiling and said he had to remove
the ceiling before he could repair any damage and so he could determine the cause of the leak.  I asked him for an
estimate for the job and was given a price of $1,000.
A few weeks later two of his men showed up and removed the drywall ceiling. They laid out coverings on all the surrounding areas as to not make any mess. Once the ceiling was removed it was obvious that the leak was coming from my upstairs neighbor as the upstairs flooring was all wet and there was a slow drip now splashing on the floor where as before it was soaking in the ceiling.
I showed my neighbor the leak and the next day she called and had someone come out and determine her water heater had a slow leak. She had it replaced that day and the leaking stopped immediately.
The ceiling area needed to completely dry so a few weeks later 2 of Joes workers showed up to close up the ceiling. First they treated the open area to get rid of any mold that remained and also to prevent future mold. As with the last visit from Joes workers, drop clothes were laid all around the work area from the front door to the laundry closet. Joe showed up that day toward the end of the job to make sure everything was done properly. The actual cost for the job was exactly what Joe quoted. All of his workers were friendly and polite and did very good work.
Thank you Joe and your staff for a job well done.

As a business owner with decades of experience staffing my own company,  I recognized right away that this guy must be
a good guy to attract the talent he has. This truly is a first class operation.
At the end of the day, I was thrilled with the job they did..  Just a top rate job and I would recommend Advanced Mold Diagnostics to anyone.

    Hometown Insulation
Michael responded quickly to my call to test suspicious insulation that my plumbers found. After finding a high asbestos count, he came up with a plan to extract the insulation. Michael walked me through the process and explained the testing and construction needs. His crew was very professional and thorough. They kept the chaos to a minimum. The whole process- wall removal, tenting, extraction, ventilation, samplings and clean-up etc.- took 24 hours!

We have a split level with a basement built in 1957,  so there was a question whether one or two holes in the basement floor would be sufficient or if another hole would have to be created under the slab of the family room/ garage area of the house.    Roger suggested two holes in the basement floor and then test.  IF the test would fail to me the 4.0pC standard, he would come back and add other suction hole and piping at no additional charge. The configuration of the basement required him to go up and over the main beam and then route the pipe in our main basement storage area such that we didn't lose storage space.  Finally, we didn't want the pipe outside to be visible from the front of our home.  Roger ran the pipe up along side the chimney so that it met the requirements to clear the roof line and yet isn't visible from the street.  Roger minimized loss of storage in the basement and hid the pipe from the street.
The new system was tested and meets the standard of < 4.0 pC easily. The fan was placed unobtrusively on the "utilities" side of the house with the A/C unit and is very quiet.   Very well done and warranted for 5 years.  I would recommend AQI to anyone.
