    Took just a few minutes. Service tech, Mario, is an awesome young man. He's done 3 routine service checks for me and he's very professional, personable, and polite. I look forward to his next routine service call.

    Called about a water leak. Tech determined part to order, then he alerted me to a grinding noise in the exhaust fan so I elected to have that replaced also. Perfect timing: the fan quit working 9 hours before he was scheduled to return to replace it and, when he heard it had quit, he called to ask if he could arrive 2 hours early! He took the time to provide good explanations of the issues, the repairs, and overall operation.

    Lee was responsive, friendly and professional. His turnaround time was amazing - both for the estimate and the installation. His price was great, his communication with my wife and I was excellent. Not only did he schedule a fast turnaround time for installation, he installed it a day sooner than expected! This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year and his service was unbeatable. I couldn't be happier with the new system and with the quality of Lee's work. Highly recommended.

    Very well. Dwayne Myers was very professional and customer centered. He was very knowledgeable and gave my suggestions that will help my heat pump operate more efficiently. I have always received excellent service from McCrea from the time my heat pump was installed to this visit. I would recommend them for all air conditioning and heating needs.

    Installation went well even though some of the indoor equipment had to be lowered down from the attic and new lines had to be run in a very small crawl space. Also new wiring had to be run as well. The two young men who came to install(Dakota and Zach) were very technologically savvy and explained everything well.

    They are excellent. They've been competitive. I've been using them for a long time. I've never had to bring them back because they didn't do the work correctly the first time. A lot of times we had them, they would actually try to fit us in the schedule so that they could get there soon. They were always on time whenever they said they are going to be there. What keeps me going back is that you develop a relationship with them over the years and you know them. People do business with people they know and trust.

    I'm very pleased with my new HVAC system installed by Lee Seymore HVAC. Before installation, Lee was very prompt in providing me with all of the information about the new system that I needed to make a decision. He was always very professional and courteous to both me and my family while answering any questions or concerns that we had. Lee provided us with a very reasonable cost estimate along with a detailed installation plan. He took the time to describe each step of the installation he would perform and gave us an estimate of the time he would need to complete the job. The cost estimate came in to the penny and he finished the installation within the time frame he said he would with no problems. I didn't realize how bad my old HVAC system was until I experienced how good my new one is! Again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone and I am very pleased with my new HVAC system! Thanks Lee, from my whole family for a job well done!

    Didn't hear from them, so I called. No real answer, but then I got a call back telling me they wanted to be up front and informed me that the tech who came out was actually the "only" person they had to work on my system and he had been injured. Time of repair now unknown. I told her I would like my money back for the service call, since this was no fault of mine and that I didn't think it fair I should pay someone to tell me what I already knew... the pipe needed replaced. No can do. They'll let me know when he will be out. I saw another HVAC truck on the road that afternoon and wrote down his number. Called him when I got home and he called back next day. About three days later, all repairs were complete and the bill was under $300. Called McCrea in another attempt to get my money back and this time got to speak to a supervisor. They would send my check back when the injured tech reported back in, as he had the check. Finally received it a few days ago after calling again to see where it might be. Bottom line, they seem to be very professional in general, but handled this situation poorly.

    It was Friday morning, one of the hottest days of the summer, and we woke up to an 80 degree house! I called other companies but none could come out before late afternoon. I contacted Valley Heating and Cooling and they told me one of their technicians would call me and let me know when they'd arrive. Ten minutes later a tech called, they arrived less than ten minutes after that - twenty minutes after I called. They quickly determined that the compressor capacitor had failed and replaced it in minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service. Parts were less than $40 and the service call was $109.

    I had annual maintenance contract with them for my heating and cooling and this year I ask them because I may move before the year is out I ask them about not signing any maintenance contract for a year but I still want to continue to use them so they are doing a case by case scheduling twice a year that's the setup I have now and they did something this spring probably in March. Acceptable moderate price for the agreement, reminder when the two annual service before the heating and before the cooling season the reminders of the scheduling it was just nuisance free way for me to make sure what needed to be done got done and to have someone on call and they have been good in those  respects unfortunately I haven't had to do any major things yet.
