  Dr was condescending. Never on time. Never called back no matter how many times you try to reach him. Staff was rude. He let medication run out and never called in refills nor updated his records. This is someone who does not care for his patients.

  See my above discussion. One time I had to go to the Carlisle office. It was a slightly nicer building but the quality of the staff was the same. Very uneducated receptionists, don't seem to know what they are doing and seem to be lower class people, as opposed to people you normally see in a doctors office. The waiting room was large, cleaner and more spacious, but the office areas looked like I had walked into the 1970's again with the old yellow wallpaper. Eww! And the therapists and doctor again were not quality, I am so glad I don't use this provider anymore. I think he got his license from a Cracker Jack box and his staff were just hired off the unemployment line and don't know anything. The same quality of services at both locations from doctor, therapists and receptionists. And they have no idea what they are doing with insurance, either. And I also heard the staff talking about the doctor and some patients through the glass window. Very unprofessional!
