  After calling for an estimate, Charity asked me to give them a chance to give an estimate. I waited for their estimate and chose them because Charity and Jose were so professional and nice. Jose was GREAT as the foreman of the crew who did the work. They did a good job when they did the work in Oct of 2016. It looked great. However, 5 months later plants that they were supposed to have removed grew up through the asphalt. Jose came by to look and said they would fix the issue. I called the office NINE TIMES between April and October to try to get them to fix the holes in the driveway. Charity told us numerous times they were going to fix it. She asked me t OK entrust her. She told my husband once that they would be here on Thurs or Friday if that week, but they never came. They are now closed for the winter. After 13 months of nagging Charity in the office, this week (Nov 13, 2017) we finally paid to have someone else fix our driveway before the winter snows did further damage. We will NEVER use this company again and will tell family, neighbors and friends about our experience. Very disappointing.

  Both jobs went great. There was a mix up on the color of the deck railing, but we worked through that. I watched how meticulous the crew was with measurements, checking and double checking. I would highly recommend him.

  We got a an estimate done 4 months prior to having the work done. We called them up to have the work done when the money was available to do so. He came to us with an additional $1200 added that he stated, and quot;My costs have went up since the last estimate.and quot; We are business owners and instantly felt like he was playing us with this. We decided to have him do the work anyway since he was recommended on Angie's list. While the work was being done, the workers would be here for 3 hrs some days and not show up other days. We never knew what was happening nor when the work was going to be completed. Joe would tell us we need to be on the same page, but would NEVER communicate with us what was going on anytime during the construction phase. I felt like I had to babysit everyday when the work was being done. I would find things that weren't completed correctly and have to go to them about the findings. What I got was grief and a and quot;call Joe.and quot; I would call Joe and I felt like he would always give me the run around when I would ask something. Joe Cooper is the owner of Cornerstone construction. Joe was backing a trailer up into my yard to complete the walls for the steps to the new access. While he was backing the trailer up, he backed into some stone landscaping and busted it all up! We confronted him about this and told him that we want that to be fixed like it never even happened. He (Joe) never came to us and told us that he had done this. We seen ourselves that it was broken and had to confront him about it. I told him that I was having a contractor come in to look at it and give us an estimate to fix what he had broken. He was here when the landscaping contractor showed up and basically talked to them and told them to leave that there was no need for them to be here. I said to Joe that I was the homeowner and I will be the one to make that decision, not him. He said to me at that point, and quot;I will not pay for someone else to fix your stone. I will do it myself!and quot; I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left him fix it at his costs. I stated to him that if it didn't look like it did before he hit it, then I would be bringing the contractor in to fix it at his costs. He said if I did that, he would fight me on it. I told Joe, that he can fight all he wants, but he WILL be paying for it if I am not happy with how it looks and it was left at that. They did buy some stone and made it look nice afterwards, so we were happy that it didn't have to get into further litigation with Joe. After the work was and quot;completed,and quot; they didn't finish it to my standards. They left our siding not finished, the drywall on the inside was mudded but never sanded or painted, or the trim placed back on the wall. The steps, railings, and gate are pressure treated wood and could not be stained to match the rest of our wood outback at that time. They said to us that they will be back in the spring to stain the wood. I will be extremely surprised if this happens! They also left a bag of concrete and sand laying in our back yard and it rained, so we were stuck with bags of hard concrete and sand in our landscaping! I would NEVER recommend the business to ANYONE, but I would recommend 2 workers that he has working for him (Curtis and Patrick). Joe had gotten sick during our construction phase as well. This extended our work from 2 weeks is what he told us it would be to complete this to 5 weeks altogether by Joe's term of and quot;completion.and quot; We were told by some of his employees that he did not want them working on our home while he was away and was angry that they did work on it and not other projects.

  the repair was done on time without any issues. i would use this company again without hesitation. we had an old well pump in the area being repaired. waterproofing inc, hauled it away and even came back to remove the last bit of the pump. they were great to work with!

  The company arrived on date and on time as agreed upon. The excavator was very courteous, hard working and did a good job.
