The initial exam went well except for the fact that the use of Novocaine was never properly accomplished and after that it was all downhill. Temporary caps were placed but Dr. Alrez' office refused to use any sort of anesthetic to numb my wife's mouth during the procedure, despite her many objections. After three and a half hours, Novocaine injections were finally done but not done very well. The injections themselves were painful and took entirely too long. Following the procedure, my wife contacted Dr. Alrez' office complaining of pain. Dr. Alrez only prescribed antibiotics to deal with the assumed infection causing the pain. Dr. Alrez' office has contacted her since then to schedule a follow-up appointment to place permanent caps and/or perform root canal procedures. Needless to say, there will be no return appointment. We are currently seeking a new dentist. This was the first dentists' office where my wife literally had to shout to get the staff to stop "working" and subsequently walked out of the office. AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS!

They are very attentive, do a good job, over friendly and do not over prescribe which I appreciate. The office is good; has magazines, tvs, very spacious and I like that they are very punctual, show up and get you in on time.

Dr. Supriya has excellent bed side manners. She is attentive, skilled - easily fixed a bite issue I had with a previous filling by another dentist, and more importantly she advised AGAINST an expensive procedure.
She is a good listener and has a certain ease with which she conducts herself which put me at ease.
The staff is friendly and pretty adept. The equipment seemed modern and up to date. X-rays are digital.
I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I got over my inertia to write this as I was/am a very satisfied patient and would highly recommend this clinic.

He is superb! He is extremely friendly and since the office is small, I get tremendous personal attention. Donna, his personal assistant, is great as well. They are practically family. The office is very state of the art.

I have been going to Dr. Turk for 'cleaning' and 'dental checkup' every 6 months for the past 2 years. I have not needed any dental work until now. A silver filling fell out/partially broke off : no tooth damage, just the silver fell off/broke off. Dr. Turk drilled and re-filled the tooth. The filling fell out again after 2 days. I returned to Dr. Turk and he once again re-filled/re-drilled the same tooth (no apology). In re-filling the second time around, he actually filed down the opposing top tooth so that the bottom refilled tooth would not touch the opposing top tooth. The top tooth HAD NO FILLING and HAD NO CAVITY. The filling FELL OUT AGAIN after 2 days. I went to another dentist : no problem in the refilled tooth so far. Now I started experiencing pain and fragmented chipping in the top opposing filed-down tooth. Dr. Turk can clean and xray and examine teeth, but, beyond that, I believe he cannot fix cavities . I do not recommend him and am very upset that he destroyed one of my good teeth.

My husband had been a patient of Dr Turks and he had had a root canal but Dr Turk recommended an endodontist for him.  When I asked why I should not also go to an endodontist I was told by him and his wife that he could do the job.  I should have gone to an endodontist and eventually did to finish the work done by Dr Turk.  There was no refund from Dr Turk, or apology, regarding having to have someone else finish the job.

He's really fast and efficient. He is very nice. He does good work. It is just he and his wife. They are very sweet and they make it as easy an operation as going to the dentist can be. I've been seeing him for about five years.

I did the no-fee consultation with Dr. Barboza. The dental offices are very nicely decorated with almost the feel of going to a spa. She was easier to talk to than my previous dentist whose English wasn't so good, but I found her too interested in trying to sell me cosmetic veneers. She seemed a bit impatient with my questions and didn't offer much information without me asking detailed questions. But of all the local dentists in my plan she was the only one offering zirconia crowns and had been working with them for some time. So I switched dentists and easily got an appointment within days of my call for my initial visit which would include exam, xrays and cleaning. Dr. Barboza had said during my free consultation xrays would give her a better picture of my fractured tooth. When I arrived at my appointment I was greeted warmly and shortly thereafter ushered in for digital xrays done by a very friendly technician. I wasn't asked any of the typical questions regarding any concerns, tooth problems, changes in health etc. Then the dentist came in looked over the xrays and quickly examined my mouth and said nothing about the fracture. In fact, she pronounced that my teeth looked good, making no reference to the fractured tooth. Then the technician did a passable job cleaning and polishing of my teeth. I was stunned. Had my fractured tooth disappeared? Before leaving I brought up my fractured tooth and the dentist off handedly said I could take "a wait and see attitude", basically saying the crown was optional for now. Asked her what she would do if it were her, and she basically avoided answering the question. I can't help but wonder if because I said I wasn't interested in doing the expensive lumineers she had recommended she was less interested in me. Nevertheless, she had a terrible communication style. Evasive and not forthcoming. This is someone I do not have confidence in to do dental work on me.

I began working with Dr. Thomas several years ago. I am pleased with the service. The staff is pleasant, punctual, and capable. Dr. Thomas has also gone the extra mile for me on two occasions by creating a impression of my bite (not with plaster, but with "blue mousse" spray on rubber material) and not charging me extra. Since the cleaning services are covered by my insurance I do not know how her prices compare with the marketplace.
