    It went very well in the end. It is difficult to get a commitment from Rosedale for a specific appointment time which tended to mean you had to stay close in case they called. Otherwise, I would highly recommend their services with the fan replacement going without a hitch and working well.

    We called Steve before 9am and he was at our house before 11am. During the call he took the time to advise us to cut the water to the refrigerator if the leak was ongoing to minimize any further damage. After he arrived, he quickly diagnosed a faulty part and grabbed a new one from his truck. He was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Neat, friendly, professional service. Would use again and recommend to others.

    he was on time....problem diagnosed right away .....had to get part install it and whole thing solved within I 70.00 for him and part was 10.00.......this guy steve who is the owner is as honest as the day is long......west chester area this guy is the best

    I hired Rosedale to come out and fix our Dishwasher, Ice Maker and Dryer. They were here for a total of 30 minutes (over 2 visits bc they forgot a part) doing the work. Fixed the dishwasher, did not complete the work on the ice maker (after 2 visits and me sending pictures) and recommended someone to fix the dryer because they won't clean out the exhaust for the dryer. They charged me over $400 to replace a screw in the dishwasher and replace part of the Ice maker. When I complained to the owner he told me that I have a house and he doesn't. He said he was not making a lot of money. When I told him they did not complete the work and were charging me over $200 an hour for the work that was done (parts were about $160 per my research, but he was not willing to tell me how much the parts were nor break it out in an invoice), he said that he has to pay for training, drive time and other expenses. The owner would not listen to what I was saying and hung up on me. I tried to call him back but he would not pick up the phone.

    I ended up not being able to get the parts. The whole thing wasn't really Rosedale's fault. They didn't fix the problem. It wasn't their fault. It was the manufacturer's issue. The people who came out weren't authorized dealers so they couldn't get the codes they needed to plug in so they weren't able to fix it. They tried but they weren't able to get it done. They came when they said they would. The folks seemed to know what they're doing.

    A summer Saturday shut-down of our side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and of the 10+ calls we made to service providers our only response was from Singletary's . Service was provided within 2 hours - quick, efficient, professional and fairly priced ( this was a summer Saturday emergency!). Highly, highly recommend and will use them for future needs.

    Called Tom on Sunday 8/5/2012. He actually answered the phone even though he had just got back from vacation. The problem was with our refrigerator and initially it was not a crisis as there was a buzzing sound and no ice being made but the frig was still cold. Tom told us he was really busy and would get to us as soon as possible, probably 2 days. Later that day the refrigerator completely stopped working and we placed another call to Tom. He answered the phone again and told us he would fit us in somehow the next day. He arrived around 4:30 and was very professional and courteous. We were completely happy with Tom, his service and integrity.

    They diagnosed the problem, were punctual and made the necessary repairs. However, the technician that arrived complained a lot about the owner and about the company in general. That left a very bad impression and made everything quite uncomfortable.

    When I came back from vacation, the pilots on my double ovens had gone out and I couldn't get them back on. I found Rosedales on Angies list and called them on Thursday , someone was out on Friday. Craig was punctual, friendly, professional and fixed the oven in no time. . Thanks Craig

    Marie was very nice on the phone. I just dropped off my microwave and about a week later I picked it up and it was fixed. It just needed a small fuse. It has worked great ever since - it was about a year ago.
