    Waited too long in waiting room. Really stressed out cats. Vet really takes her time and clearly lives the animals. Gets down on the floor with them to admin shots. They don't seem to know when she giving them the shot. She's gentle and quick.

    My Golden Retriever hurt one of her back legs on a Thursday night. I called Chartiers Animal Hospital Friday morning (before they even opened) and they were able to get me an appointment for 45 minutes later. Once I arrived I had very little wait time, and the vet spent a considerable amount of time with my dog trying to figure out the problem. I was extremely pleased with the entire staff here, and have used them for the last two years. The unexpected visit for my dog's leg was a reassurance that I will continue to bring my dog to them. I never feel as though they are suggesting services to make money, as they truly do care for each pet they see.

    I have been taking my dog to Petco in Washington for the past 5 years. Recently, Petco has decided they are more interestd in $$$ then in people and their pets. They kept him there for 5 hours last time we went and yelled at me when I voiced my concern.

    I decided to try Kim's since it is so close to my house. Joyce did an amazing job and I paid $30 less. The girls truly care and I will never, ever take him to Petco again.

    Fetch Pet Care Pittsburgh

    Our usual pet sitter was unavailable and we had to scramble to find someone else.   We used the link on Angie?s List to go to Fetch?s web site and fill in their request form.  We included our phone number and email address.  We never heard from them.  We have 2 cats and needed someone to come once a day to feed them and clean their litter boxes a week from the day of our request. We needed someone Monday through Thursday.   Maybe they were all booked up, admittedly we were running late with our request, but a quick email saying they would not be able to help us would have been professional and useful for us.

    We brought our dog to PVSEC on the recommendation of another vet due to after hours availability.  We took her to another vet initially and were not gettina the response we expected and we felt she was suffering, so after calling another vet, they referred us to PVSEC (this was at 8 pm or so).  When we got there, they immediately took her back.  The only aggrivating part was that we waited for a long time while they ran tests.  We were not allowed back with her while this was going on.  Once they determined we could see her, they brought us into a room with her to discuss options.  She had an aggressive form of cancer and gave us 2 options.  We knew it would be expensive, but we wanted to try to save her, so we gave the authorization to start the treatment.  They kept in touch with us, no matter what the time of day.  They ended up calling us at 2am to tell us that she was failing fast and we should come in immediately, which we did.  AT that point, we made the painful decision to end her suffering, and they were very accomodating, letting us spend time with her saying goodbye for as long as we needed.  When it was time, they allowed us to stay with her for as long as we needed after as well.  The staff was so compassionate.  Weeks later, we received a package in the mail from them containing a card and our dog's pawprint with her name.  It was such a wonderful gift and was received at such a needed time.  It really was special to us and we still keep it in a location we can see frequently. 
    The only downside is that it's very expensive, expected for an emergency specialty vet, and they want payment up front before treatment is done.  They make the animal comfortable, but anything further is delayed.  Ultimately, we had pet insurance so we were reimbursed, but still had to come up with the money upfront. 
    I would absolutely go back to them with a specialty issue or in the event of critical care.

    I really like their services because they are pretty punctual and they use conventional medicines for my dog's disease. They don't overcast and they're reasonable. Their prices are high. We will use them again in the future.

    FETCH! PET CARE
    I have two dogs whom I can not kennel due to separation issues. I have not been on a long vac for 4 years due to that and finding someone I could trust with my two larger dogs was difficult until I located Fetch with Angie's List. The women who was to watch my dogs came over twice prior to my leaving to meet with them. Both dogs instantly liked her and they felt very much at home. Usually my one dog would just stay in her crate and not eat. Not this time she welcomed the sitter with both paws around her shoulders..

    We have a rescued English Mastiff (about 140 lb) who is pretty quirky and does not like her feet touched.  As a result, trimming her nails is almost impossible.  From the time I first called them, we were reassured that they could trim her nails without traumatizing her.  And they did.  They took time for her to get used to them and the shop before taking her back for the trim.  The trimming was done quickly and without trimming too short, which would hurt the dog.  We will definitely go back for follow up trims.

    First time there. I have three small dogs, two are tiny and one is
    difficult to groom, as she is old and cranky. I called on Saturday and
    they got me in on Sunday afternoon. The shop is very clean, and you can
    always tell by the smell. The staff are friendly and punctual. I tip
    based upon the dogs when I pick them up, and I was generous. They looked
    great and were not stressed out. And the groomers didn't complain about
    the challenging one! I had an excellent experience with Kim's Groom
    House and will absolutely return in 8 weeks. Look forward to doing so.
    Fair prices. Great service. Super convenient hours. 5 out of 5 stars.
