Well & Water Pump Repair reviews in Carlisle

From the first inspection to the final installation the entire process was fantastic!  Tim and his entire crew were very friendly and professional.  I asked a lot of questions, Tim had a lot of answers, not just a yes or no, but I also got the how and why.
I am very happy with the system Lebo's plumbing installed.  I was treated very well.
If you are in the market for a new heating, cooling, hot water system I strongly recommend you contact Lebo's plumbing, they are a first class outfit, they will treat you right.

The project started on time, but due to extreme cold, took longer than projected. The finished project looks good. There was some miscommunication on when they would return to finish but it was resolved. The dehumidifier install went quickly and smoothly.

When we moved into our home in late December, the temperatures plunged
well below freezing, and into the single digits. This was our first
experience with well water, and a water conditioner. The second week we
were in the house, we woke up on a Sunday morning to no water. I
didn't know whether the well pump was broken, or whether the problem was
somewhere else in the system. The only name I knew was Black's Water
Conditioning, from the real estate agent at our closing. I called
Black's on Sunday morning and left a phone message. Within 90 minutes I
received a return call. I spoke with Laverne Black who said they don't
typically work on the well side of the water system, but they would be
out to check things out for us. Mr. Black and his son arrived within an
hour. They checked out the well pump, the water line running to the
pressure tank and the water conditioner, and determined that the line
was frozen at the pressure tank. They replaced the pressure gauge and
thawed out the water line, restoring our water. I asked them to look at
the water conditioner while they were there, and they told me it was
    not working properly.
They gave me an estimate on installing a new water conditioner, moving the pressure tank and gauge inside the basement (from an external well room), and removing outdated/leaking extra plumbing lines. They came back about a week after the emergency call and installed the new water conditioner. The temperature was in single digits, and they completed the work in a couple of hours. The new installation protects the entire system from the cold, and the clean up of the old pipes cleaned up what was once an eyesore.
I would recommend Black's Water Conditioning to anyone. The provide excellent service, quality work and were a pleasure to work with.

Water stopped at 1am Friday morning - anxiously called at 5am, and call was ANSWERED by a live person. Fit us in at end of day on Friday; consistently called to update us on arrival time (refreshing!) Up front about problem and pricing. Performed work on Monday morning through afternoon - beautiful job. Completely professional and friendly to interact with. So comfortable with their work, I took a nap while they finished up. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and hire again!
Only suggestion for improvement would be an itemized receipt, but their price was fair for the work done, especially when the quality is considered (quite happy to have the water flowing again). Thanks, guys! :)

The company sent a sales rep to our house to provide an estimate.  The sales rep that came to our house (I can't remember his name), told us that we had black mold in our basement (keep in mind that he never actually tested anything), told us that we should never go down in the basement unless we have to until they treated it, and basically tried to sell us the Rolls Royce choice of repair when we only needed a Honda.  The estimate that he gave me was on a plain piece of white printer paper (which I supplied to him) and only had the dimensions of our basement on it and wrote illegibly what they were going to do, with >$12,000 as the estimate.  In order to get the "written estimate", I had to copy it on my printer and print it out.  No letterhead, no forms, nothing, just a white piece of paper.  He tried to tell us that we needed 2 sump pumps (for an 800 sq foot  ranch house that never had more than 1/4 in water and only in 2 areas, and that they only put in the world's best sump pumps.
I asked him many questions about what the problem was with our basement, and he would talk around the problem and never answer my questions.  Everytime I would ask a question, he would turn and address my husband with his response.
We informed him that we were not committing that day and that we were going to get additional estimates where he warned us that although the rest of the estimates might be cheaper, they wouldn't be the quality that his company puts in.  We told him that he was over our budget, but we would keep that in mind.
After that, he would call both my husband's and my cell phones 2-3 times a day to see if we had made a decision.  I told him during our meeting that I could not use my cell phone at work , so to call my husband, not me.
BTW, I had another company test the mold.  There was mold, but it wasn't black mold.
To wrap this up, I think Central Penn Waterproofing may be a very good basement waterproofing company, and their ratings back that up, but the gentleman that was sent to give me an estimate left a very bad taste in my mouth and that is why I decided not to use them.

We have worked with Tim Lebo and his staff on projects both large and small. Most recently, Tim installed a new Bryant HVAC system to replace a twenty-five year old heat pump. He provided thorough background on system specifications and detailed pricing on the total project. Most importantly, the install was done flawlessly, on budget, and they left our home exactly as they found it upon arrival. Tim is competent, professional, and absolutely reliable.

I had everything ready to replace my submersible well pump. I dug the hole, pulled the old one, purchased almost everything I needed, but I could not make the conversion I needed to make. I wanted to put an extension pipe from the well to the surface so I would never have to dig again. Problem, I couldn't get it done and knew if I tried I would really screw myself up. So I called in a professional. HE LEFT THE FIELD ON THE FIRST DAY OF DEER SEASON. He arrived in 30 minutes still in his camouflage and took over. He did want I would have never been able to do in a million years and charged me a very reasonable fee for 3 hours work when he did not have to. Thanks Tim.

Our well pump blew out on Friday night after Thanksgiving. I called PRONTO Plumbing which is now Secco I guess and left at message Friday evening to call me back Saturday morning. They called back at 8:15 am Saturday morning and we agreed, even though they have posted Saturday hours to a $100 "emergency" fee in addition to their $44.95 show up charge. Their plumber arrived in 90 minutes and was extremely, let me emphasize extremely professional. Secco, if you read this. Your guy was great and you should give him a raise because my problem is with your price schedule. First, to replace a 100' submersible well pump start to finish their estimate was, get this, $4916.56. I almost fell out of my chair. I asked the plumber what the cost of the pump was and much to my surprise he did not know. Again, I do not blame the plumber he was simply quoting from a service price book. I end up doing most of it myself because for nearly $5000 I might as well go to plumbing school. I am not trashing the company or the plumber. If they can get $5000 to do a $1200 job more power to them and maybe there is a sucker out there will to pay, just not me brother.
