  • Finding parts for an old truck can be problematic. They were able to rebuild the carburetor and although it took a little while to find a tank they were careful to make sure it wasn't defective before installation. Truck runs fine.

  • I have been going for years and I find them to be very thorough, very attentive and they keep good records so they know what my car needs. They are family owned and operated and very, very reasonably priced. It is a really small garage and they are very, very busy. They are really good. I know he spent a long time installing the cabin air filter. I also did not think the A/C was working that well when I took it in. He did find an electrical problem when he did the cabin air filter, which, unfortunately, he was unable to resolve so I probably will have to take it to a dealer.

  • What an awesome garage! Rare find these days. I thought I had a rear main seal leak. The Kreitzer team found a leak, but it wasn't a rear main seal and it was a much cheaper fix, like 600 dollars cheaper. This is the only place I will take my cars in PA. Thank you Kreitzer team!

  • Dave Gibson met with me to discuss the type of vehicle that would meet my needs, the amount of money I wanted to spend and what options I had to have on the vehicle. We worked together to select the best fit and I provided him the money for the purchase on Wednesday. He called me from the Dealer's Auction on Friday morning to confirm color choices and let me know that he had 3 possible vehicles to follow. He contacted me later that afternoon saying that he had been successful in getting me a 2011 SUV at the price on which we agreed. He did a PA State Inspection and prepped the vehicle for delivery. I picked it up the next Friday. The vehicle is exactly what I wanted, I could not be happier. I will definitely return to Gibson's Auto, for future purchases and for vehicle service. Dave is honest,  trustworthy, and dependable. He has serviced various vehicles for me over the last 30 years (Toyota's, Subaru's, Fords, Chevy's and Honda's) and I have always received excellent quality work at reasonable prices.

  • I have used J & J for automobile service almost exclusively for the past 8 years.  It is a pleasure to use a merchant you can trust explicitly and J & J has consistently performed to deserve that trust. It is worth the trouble to go out of your way to use them.  His billing is fair and his integrity unquestioned.

  • They listen to you and they understand that you don't know cars as much as they do. They are punctual and they keep appointments. You may pay a little more for the car and the service plan, but when you go there, you are going to get what they tell you.

  • Very proffesional group. I had done a lot of research on the transmission ( a Volvo car) and common issues with some components. They identified it and di waht I understand many places wont do - rebuild the component part.

  • Service went well.  I was treated in a professional manner and not talked down to.  Service manager listened to my concerns and explained options available.  Overall a very good experience.

  • This team goes above and beyond. I use a customized van for my business and rely on it being always available. They are great about squeezing me in when needed. They are very busy, but manage the workload well. They are always available when I call - no messaging back and forth. They are honest and reliable. I have my truck serviced on average twice per month.

  • Everything went smoothly until I thought my brakes were binding one day in August about 100 miles from home going to a meeting. I pulled over and couldn't find anything wrong. Drove away and seemed oK. Oh, they told me rear shoes were needing replacement soon in June, so thought they were getting low and of course, pushed it longer.
After another two weeks highway driving etc, I brought into my mechanic Noble Auto and they figured out what was wrong: Jiffy Lube guy didn't even hand tighten my lug nuts!!!! I am afraid to think of how bad this could be!!!
