He arrived on time, was polite, answered all our questions, and provided us with useful information on caring for washing machines. He was a total professional.     Prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, let me know precisely what the problem was, repairs, prices, how long it would take, what to expect afterwards. Jamie knows exactly what to do and how to do it. Took all leftover boxes and paper with himself. He is great. Perfect! When I called for an appointment, I should have asked about methods of payment.

    These folks are wonderful! Family-owned business - husband and wife work well together. They found the source of the leak, fixed it and charged only for a service call even though they were here more than an hour. They keep up-to-date on the latest diagnostics. They took extra care with the washer and anything near it, they spent the extra time making sure the problem was fixed and everything was clean and back in place. Great quality work at a great price and I enjoyed working with them. Hire Harner's for any appliance repair needs...I certainly will.

    They arrived in assigned time window.  Were there for only 1 hour.  They do from inside.  2 guys.  They have accents.  But is OK because my wife has accent.  They discussed process.  Was all very quick.  They suggested a service to my machine which I approved and they did not upcharge for it.  They suggested their appliance repair service which I will consider when needed.  This is a good company.  I would strongly recommend them.  They did exactly what they said they would do, plus a little more.   Before service took 3 cycles to dry one load.  NOW only takes one.  So the payback on repair will be soon.

    She was great to talk to. She said that they advise their folks that if the cost service is much and then the age of the dryer, it is better to get a new dryer. They were not even after fixing it. They said that if it is going to cost more than this then get a new dryer. I decided to get it fixed because it was under that threshold. I would definitely use them again because they were honest and they were very responsive. She e-mailed me back right away. She said all the information. She did not try to sell me on anything. They are just a good, honest people to work with.

    When I called, to make an appointment, Karen made several suggestions to troubleshoot the problem to avoid having to make a service call--I was beginning to think they didn't want the business! ;-) When I insisted that, aside from the current overheating problem, my almost 20-year-old dryer really did need general cleaning and maintenance, Karen explained the base service call price and subsequent estimate procedure, and I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule.
    Karen called 20 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled 2-hour window to let me know they were on their way, and she and Kevin arrived right on time. They took my dryer apart and discovered that, in addition to a build-up of lint in the internal exhaust vent (down below the filter, where you can't reach it), the thermostat was disintegrating. They cleaned everything and replaced the thermostat. 
    Kevin and Karen were prompt and professional. I have an innate curiosity about how things work that I don't normally get to see, and they didn't mind my watching them work. They explained everything they were doing, made suggestions for keeping my dryer working, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them.

    I got hooked up with them because when the refrigerator needed work I went on the Whirlpool site to find out who the authorized Whirlpool people are then I set up an appointment online and it was Sears that showed up.  However, it took them ten days to come.

    It went great. The temperature had gone and quot;haywireand quot; and froze all the food in the fridge, though the temperature was set at 40 degrees. Had someone I don't trust check it out the day before (5/8) and that person said it needed a new circuit board. The next morning it seemed like it was working a lot better. The Nace repairman checked the temp. and it was operating accurately. It seemed to have fixed itself. He recommended waiting to see if it and quot;failedand quot; again before ordering the $200.00 circuit board. Importantly, the $90. fee will last for 30 days and will cover the labor if we do have to replace the circuit board within 30 days. Only an honest repairman will recommend not replacing parts.
